Extremely friendly and hospitable. There was a small confusion about the reservations and the menus available, and they were extremely helpful, and as an apology for the minor confusion, gave us the deserts on the house. Beyond their incredible help, the manners of the staff, the decor of the restaurant, and the food and drinks were all top quality. I highly recommend if you are in Ginza to go to La Brasserie.
Overall disappointed with both the food and the service. One staff member, whose name I unfortunately couldn't catch, was particularly unfriendly (he looked very annoyed when seating us). Throughout my visit, I didn't feel very welcome.
The food was okay, but it definitely didn't live up to the hype. The bread didn't feel like it was freshly baked, which was disappointing.
We waited for 1 hour to be seated on a weekday afternoon. Not quite sure what the hype is about. Service is probably the worst we’ve had in Japan so far. One of the waiters gave us the look when we were taking our time to order. Very limited options for vegetarians, and a minimum order of two appetizers is required if you’re a vegetarian. So we had to get an extra baguette for the table which we weren’t able to finish.

For the dessert we got a Mont Blanc and a strawberry dessert. Find them mediocre and overpriced.
Good French bakery 🥖
Went there for breakfast, it was crowded before the opening and you will have to wait !
Butter ham sandwich is good 🥪, pastry too 🥐
Prices are a bit expensive, quality is good and service is good but a little long 👍🏼
Expensive but a good meal

This place recommended the 4 dish for ¥8,900 and cha gee me for 2 of the dishes at normal price on top of the ¥8,900. Everybody there spoke English and different cross their minds to let a paying customer know what dishes fall under the ¥8,900 and what dishes don’t. Food was great but at the end I paid ¥10,000 more than what I should have. It is a nice restaurant but it wasn’t worth what I paid .
There are many options for dinner course menu and every single plate was delicious. Looking forward to having lunch next time.
Bakery expensive mediocre tasting. Kougin-Aman ¥400 needed more crunch/lacking ‘buttery’ goodness. Gruyere cheese bread average ¥860. Pre-made take away sandwich’s…

Trading on location…having merchant banks in the building.

Not sure if I’d try the dining in experience.
Went to this restaurant multiple times between 2015 and 2016. The food, the service, the ambiance were great. A very pleasant experience.
Now... The service is awful (a manager spending his time on his computer, not able to describe a wine that is on the menu), the food got worse and the wine... Even the wine somehow managed to get worse... (And you can't even argue with them that they gave you some strange tasting wine)

The prices changed to a more competitve price though, which may be good for you, if you are looking for value.
Good quality French food with a great value lunch set for ¥1100. Plates are well out together and presented nicely.

I went in for the lunch course on weekend with my wife.

It cost around 10,000 yen and overall was very good. I ended up getting the salmon entree but was a little disappointed by the appearance. It was deep fried so it looked like I was just eating 2 fried patties.

They had a nice selection of desserts and we could choose as many of each as we wanted to so that kind of made up for it.
I came here for a friend’s birthday dinner. I reserved dinner for us and I asked if they could make desert for her but it was on that day so I couldn’t.
Food was really good. They gave us explanations of menu, like where it came from and good with wine etc...
when we ordered deserts (mine was parfait and hers was gâteau chocolat ), who expected?? They brought her decorated cake for her birthday!!! We’re surprised and she looked happy.
The service was great, I would love to come here again!! Next time I’ll come here with my mom :)
Went there for dinner about one month ago. Located in one of the top commercial buildings at Marunouchi, it is very close to Tokyo Station. It is very convenient for a tourist, especially if you stay in this area. Layout is like a typical French bistro with its own bakery. Staff can communicate in English. Service was good. Quality of food was nice and price was reasonable. On the date of my visit, a Wednesday evening, it was full. It was well patronised by locals. I think the apple pie was an excellent choice to end the dinner. Will consider a revisit if I am in the area.
Walked by after dinner, couldn't resist, so bought a few pastries which looked delicious! Both flavors were pretty good, not too sweet. Textures were too dense though. Maybe will try the restaurant next!
Very enjoyable French bistro food at great value. Fun casual ambience and it’s great that they’re open through the day so you can pop in anytime for a meal.
A true brassiere. A small menu but the quality and prices are extremely good. Great service. They have a Bouillabaisse at 1/2 of the cost of most Tokyo restaurants. Busy during the lunch hour.
I had a lunch in Wed afternoon and only few people were in this place. It's quite cozy and the waiter was quite nice. The lunch menu set we're good and the fries is so delicious!
Great little brasserie, with lunch sets starting from 1080yen. Best to go after 1pm to avoid the crowd.
Great restaurant!! Variety of quality and meat and fish...daily different seafood and fresh meat such as T-Bone steak, premium pork, deer and even horse tartar!! (delicious!!)
Sufficient selection of famous wine, great staffs and relaxing and friendly atmosphere.
Must reserve. I will repeat again and will visit its sister restaurant at Tokyo Skytree.

Went for my wife's birthday. Very classy all around. Nice high ceilings. Food was superb. Most tender roast beef I've ever had. Not cheap so save it for a special occasion.

The best dining experience - interior atmosphere, waiting service, and of course, food. A taste of early Japanese interpretation of Western fine cuisine, which in certain aspects have preserved its essence better than the West. Will come back again and again.
