As an actor, I needed to add to my showreel. I just had the one scene - for which Adam was the camera operator. Not only was his work on that shoot, several years ago, excellent but, more recently, he was more than happy to cut and add existing material, which I had accrued since then. Adam - very professional, understanding and friendly.

We have used ‘London Video Editing’ on a number of occasions for graduation videos, thank you to teacher videos and other school related projects. We have used both own footage but have also had some filming done by them. They have been really good at taking directions on what we wanted and have also recommended changes which have made the videos better. We can highly recommend them and we will definitely be using them again.

As a location owner I can thoroughly recommend Location Works: Andy and his colleagues are all very experienced in matching crews with locations which means very few wasted reccies, saving's everyone time, and means that crews always leave happy because they have been matched with the right location in the first place.
I had a month-long Bollywood shoot this summer which could have gone pear-shaped at every turn but at the end, Bollywood were happy and I was still sane. Amazing.
LW also has an efficient accounts department.

They are excellent to work with, the on-line library has photographs that really define the locations, their search options work really well, you can define the areas that you search in, new locations are regularly added and - love their work.

One star is one too many. 'Michael' who quoted me £1000+ vat for a location in Tanner St they were listing. I queried it and he qualified the price by saying it included a £300 fee to his company. I said my budget was c. £700 all in so he said he'd speak to the location and get back to me and was sure he could sort something out. No call back. I rang two days later left a message for him with a colleague, again no call back. Next day I get an email saying he'd spoken to the location and the price would be £2500+vat ! I responded as follows "Hi Michael. So we've gone from £1000 + vat to £700+vat to £2.5k + vat just for use of the location? Seriously?" That was Feb 22nd and here we are March 5th and not the courtesy of a response. It's people like 'Michael' that give many good people working in the ancillary areas of the creative and entertainment industries such a poor name. People who think they are so much more important than their would be customers. No doubt if I was 'a name' then Michael would have been fawning all over me. If they don't want to deal with regular people like me then they should say so, not attempt to bum you off with a ridiculous price (which it appears) in the expectation that you'll just go away. Poor experience from a discourteous and seemingly artificial individual at a company that I am sure could have and should have handled my enquiry a whole lot better.

I have had the best content produced by these Brothers time and time again! Give them a brief and they will deliver!!
