Came here to try the famous pork sandwich and after a 15 min wait finally got one .
Had the pork haggis and chilli cheese large
The pork was perfectly cooked and god bless the staff they had to work fast to get through the queues .
But overall the sandwich didnt live up to the hype but overall was ok

It is a good option for a quick bite. We got the medium size (oink), and it had a good portion of meat. But, it was a bit dry, and it had very little sauce.
The crackling on top of the sandwich was really good and it was worth getting extra ones (0.5 pounds extra).

Absolutely delicious pulled pork sandwich. It was my first time trying one by I wasn’t let down. Recommend 👏

Really cool street food local with main focus on the pork food. Tried the typical oink (sandwich) with haggis and mustard mayo and was really delicious.

Also the service was really great and they helped us picking our "oinks".

Would really recommend to give it a try and taste something new in the heart of Edinburgh.

We grabbed two sandwiches to take away because the place was crowded. It's ok eating outside in the street. Nice and fast service. The sandwich was not much big, but it was quite tasty and the meat really tender.

Ordered the piglet, and it was quite filling. A lot of meat, abit lacking in flavor, all I can taste is the sauce.

Incredibly fast service and polite staff. Had the 'Oink' portion size with haggis and the festive jelly. Great amount for value. Pork was juicy and tender. Lacked a little flavour by itself but was nicely accompanied by the other ingredients. Little messy by the end.

Grabbed a takeaway from the famous hog roll spot in Edinburgh, Oink! Specializing in hog roast (or pulled pork) rolls, Oink lets you customize your sandwich. The pulled pork is the real deal—they literally pull it right in front of you. We got a sandwich to enjoy on the train, and the star of the show was the crackling, the crispy pork skin on top. My only wish? More kick in the chili cheese sauce—I couldn't really taste the spiciness! 🤣
