Eye test was good, 3D scan went well but for a 5min time on the scan was to expensive, when you can have the same Eye scan at spec savers or vision express was very much cheaper

where shall I start ? ! - two deeply professional individuals who knew what they were doing, listened to my concerns, accepted my way of dealing with the situation I had been left with, and sensitively suggested adjustments, and a way forward.

Not enough words to say how reassured and actually happy I have felt since.

I had been dreading and postponing the visit after which I had experienced as disheartening, if not worrying in its outcome last year.

What was so special about your members of staff / contractors who looked after my eye health and my concerns this year?

They were so assured in their professional standing, that they could connect, listen, be warm and pick up / reciprocate my sense of humour. Pass on their knowledge and view of the situation in a way which respected me and my own thinking.

Waxing lyrical here, I know, but I mean it, and I would love them to be recommended, and for them to know what a difference they made to me.

Two other opticians in Macclesfield left me struggling not being able to see properly.
After paying for an extra test at the second one. I was told the new glasses /prescription was ok.So I went back to wearing my other old pair..
12 months on I tried Boots and thank goodness I did . Fabulous. Thank you Boots.

After a DIY mishap I attended an emergency appointment at very short notice at Boots. The optician Farzana Islam was so lovely and did probably the most thorough eye exam I have ever had and identified the metal shard in my eye. Following this she immediately contacted the hospital for an emergency referral and I was seen within 2 hours. Farzana then contacted me a couple of days later to check everything went OK and if I needed anything else. You don't get better care than that. So thank you! Highly recommend!

The staff were all wonderful and very helpful. However, I was stuck waiting for around 30 minutes after my initial checks. The staff did seem a bit frantic and I think they were down an optician from what I overheard so I know they were trying their best to see me quickly but it did mean I was 40 minutes late getting back to work.

Great experience from entering the store all the staff are friendly and helpful. Optician was fantastic and again, friendly and informative.Explained options for my circumstances very clearly.
Rae was extremely helpful when choosing lenses and assisting and explaining the options.
