It had been quite some time since my last visit, dating back to 2017 when I first acquired my beloved O’Malley glasses. Nostalgia filled me as I dialed the familiar number, and to my delight, Richard answered. I vividly recall the anticipation in my voice as I explained my intent to journey from Vermont to procure another pair of glasses, hoping for a replica of my cherished originals. However, fate had other plans as, upon trying them on, I found myself drawn to a different style. Despite my indecision, Richard remained steadfast and accommodating throughout the three-hour ordeal.

What truly distinguished Richard’s service was his profound understanding of the brand and the intricate components that compose each pair of glasses. His expertise was evident as he guided me through the selection process, patiently detailing the nuances of various styles and materials. In the end, I emerged from the store not with a replica of my original glasses, but with a newfound appreciation for the Gregory Pecks, in a perfect 47 size. Each time I don these glasses, I am reminded not only of their timeless elegance but also of the exceptional service and camaraderie that defined my experience at Oliver Peoples

Very disappointed with the customer service and management. I made an online appointment and I got a confirmation for today at 3:30pm to get a pair of prescription glasses - time was sensitive for me since I was bringing my 20 MO daughter. When I arrived the lights at the store were off and two chairs were blocking the entrance for my surprise. The staff was there having lunch. I saw a little note on side window stating they would be back at 3:45pm. I waited since I really wanted to get a pair of OP. When I came back the store was already flooded with costumers the person who tried to assist me didn’t asked me for the appointment or the reason why I was there he just handed me a few frames to try and didn’t show truly interested in selling or help. Save your time and maybe try another store.

The Sales Manager, Shaq, in the Short Hills, NJ shop was amazing. I attribute the relaxing vibe of the shop to her. Within a few moments of meeting Shaq - I knew this was going to be a nice shopping experience. She knew each frame and colors - and her suggestions were perfect!

Customer Service at its BEST!! I have been wearing Oliver Peoples frame for the past 5 years… I had the pleasure to get advised by Shaquana who immediately called out the Gary Grant and Gregory Peck frame for me to try… bam! In less than 10 min i placed the order for new lenses and best of all got it on time prior to leave for a trip abroad. Special Thanks to Nina and Shaquana!

I had a great experience at this Oliver Peoples location. Nina and Richard both gave excellent customer service. They both helped me navigate my way to getting new lens and frame, listened to my eye surgery experience and advised me on what to do next. It was a delight to speak and work with them in choosing the right eyewear that would best fit me. I highly recommend this place and the staff who work here. I stepped out of the store with excitement as I got my new frames. Would definitely come back.

Richard was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the product I was looking to purchase. Each and every question I had was answered and delivered in a way that made it very understandable for me as the consumer. I learned proper care for the sunglasses I purchased and also received very valuable information about having my prescription installed in the lenses. I would recommend Richard as a go-to for any eyeglass/sunglasses purchase from this great designer.

That said, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the outstanding customer service I also received from London at the king of Prussia location. Also very knowledgeable and helpful- without London I do not make this purchase. Thank you all so much for making this a very comfortable experience for me!
