I had a great experience shopping for long champs Harrods especially with Christina , she assured I get the color I was look for although it showed that it wasn’t available in the store. Thank you
They have very nice bags, always in good condition, I already bought three bags at their shop. Maria was very helpful with the last purchase I made online. Super nice and polite service. Thank you again!

I am absolutely disappointed by the service from a girl named Sunee. I bought a bag at the store beginning of November and I requested for another bag with a long handle large size with my desired color, she explained that it was not available and she will order it for me. She took all of my information and just because she knows I live in London she never ordered it for me as to her I’m a least priority, I kept following up because i wanted to buy it from Harrods but she never responded to me! and she takes days to tell me it is not available, while i checked with regents street and they had 20 items, so finally today on November 26 she replied to tell me that she will order it today, and guess what? she again said it is not available, im not sure why she is lying! tho i found it online available on multiple stores. so she concluded by saying it's better if you get it from regents street. she is not professional at all, harrods should not be her place! she should respect customer's time.

The employee of African descent with the fake French accent (working in Mens) needs to be fired immediately.
I visited this store with my family to purchase a few gifts for loved ones. My mother asked him a simple question, the response he gave was rude and obnoxious. We immediately walked out in disbelief.

I have no idea who he thinks he is. We are the ones that keep you employed. Your customers are the ones who have the money to buy the products. You are merely a puppet of the brand.

Now that I've looked at some of the other reviews of this store, I can see that other customers have also found the employees' attitudes to be unacceptable. I have no idea why businesses employ these morons who think they own the store but can't afford the basic things in life.

I've never experienced this kind of service from this location, and I certainly won't be returning here again. I proceeded to purchase 2 presents from Hermes & Chanel instead. At least, they know how to speak to customers. I can also recommend YSL (Womens) from previous purchases at Harrods, they were amazing.

Boycott stores who treat you badly. Don't give them your hard earned money. They're not special! They'll soon realise customer satisfaction is key. Looking forward to these subpar stores shutting down and terrible workers being left without a job as customers turn to online purchases.

This review is based solely on one gentleman, Mr Ahmed-Khalid, who I strongly feel deserves a 5-star review for his kind and friendly demeanor and exceptional handling of a few problems I encountered with my purchases in store. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly commendable and he resolved the situations swiftly and effectively, ensuring that I as a customer, left the store feeling satisfied and valued. Mr Ahmed-Khalid delivered impeccable service and his grace and customer-centric approach are second to none! I look forward to my next visit to the store!

They have amazing pieces in excellent conditions for a very reasonable price. The staff is super extra friendly and they give you advise. I saw a woman leaving her Chanel in consignment and trust me they’re very attentive to details and they take its time to authenticate the items ❤️ I love it!

TERRIBLE!

Went to harrods for a preplanned shopping trip. My worst experience was at LV, the woman serving us was exceptionally rude and condescending. Out of principle, I did not purchase from this store and ended up purchasing from Selfridges in Birmingham instead.

The woman who served me at LV in Harrods was French, slim and long blonde hair. Never in my life have I met someone in sales with such a poor attitude and the WORST customer service.

She could learn a thing or two from the staff at Cartier and Chanel who were charming in comparison.

This LV store doesn’t care about customer service or it’s customers on the slightest!

Cannot believe you register to shop. We waited 45 minutes for a server to tell us the product we wanted was out of stock! Sat down at a desk, lots of servers walking around doing not alot never asked if we wanted a drink or anything. How would they know we were buying a £300 gift and not a £3000 one? Won't rush back will go to John Lewis or Harrods in future or just buy on-line.

Staff is only nice with you when you buy from them…I gave them a Chanel bag to quote me on for sale.…the quote was outrageous and wen I went to collect my bag they were so hostile with me…I asked them for a paper bag to put my bag in so I don’t carry it in my hands…where the one of them said to me ,,sorry we don’t give out bags like that” I mean I asked you for a paper bag which you just give away when you buy something….but because I didn’t buy anything and didn’t sell trough them they are rude…

I will never go back there out of principle…
And I hope nobody does…at least not to the
Knightsbridge shop.

Great place to buy or sell your designer items at below retail prices. Very friendly staff. You can bring designer items to sell in person. Clothing and shoes are seen at their Kings Road branch and designer bags at their Knightsbridge branch. They will either reject when you bring it in or accept and send to their central office for authenticity check and quote. Quotes take up to 2 weeks. Expect to be offered between 20-60% of what you paid.

I will be very honest with my review, i am on of their customer and i ordered a piece of jewellery and collected in store. After buying and trying the jewellery I realised i am allergic to the metal base and didn’t realise it was same. Now the sales executive has tied their so called tag in such a manner that i was not able to put that on and i had to cut the thread . I bought that in the evening and soon after emailed them for return explaining my situation. Now they don’t want to give refunds.
I please request them to at least issue me a voucher if u don’t want to give my money 😕

I had high hopes when I placed a remote order for a £1800 Chanel vanity bag from the Knightsbridge store while shopping at the Birmingham location on July 29th. Birmingham has been my go-to, always with fantastic service (which they have continued to give despite the below issues not being their fault at all!)

This time though, things went awry:

🚚 Bag sent to the wrong address despite the correct info on my account.
🏷️ Bag arrived with a security tag, which isn’t the same type they use in Birmingham meaning I couldn't get it removed locally.
📧 Exchanged 21+ emails with 'WeCare' (DE head office?) over a week – this has been extremely time consuming.
✂️ Finally advised to snip off the tag with strong scissors – it seemed like this solution could have been offered a week ago. I asked about the alarm but was assured it wouldn't set off.
🚨 Snip! Alarm blares, had to stow it in my car to spare everyone the noise.

I asked for a complaint escalation, but silence followed. 🙁 Fair to ask for compensation – this was supposed to be an exciting purchase! Yet, the ordeal left me disheartened, all thanks to 'DE WeCare's' shocking customer service.

I used to rave about Designer Exchange, but I can't endorse a place with dismal post-sale care. 🛍️ I've also not heard back since requesting escalation or sharing my alarm saga. 🚫

I bought a medium shoulder bag, but when I opened it home which is in Korea, It was medium top handle bag. A male sales person gave me different design of same color. I DID'T NOTICE THAT because IT WAS FOLDED AND I Thought of him as professinal. What a shame. I CAN NOT EVEN REFUND OR EXCHANGE IT BECAUSE I AM NOT IN A LONDON ANYMORE

Pathetic liars! Their website states the following;

“Within just 48 working hours* from arrival in the studio, your payment (either bank transfer or a higher priced Designer Exchange voucher) will be with you. *Some items may require an additional 24hours for extra authentication or checks.”

However they NEVER follow what they advertised. The first time I waited over two weeks and I put it down due to the new year etc however after another time of dealing with them I am still waiting almost a week. Plus the communication is absolutely horrible.

I would advise you use other websites as designer exchange is the worst service I have ever received. They don’t even have a number for the headquarters causing me to have to send multiple emails over days, which they constantly ignore.

They will probably respond to this quicker than they do emails.

I would not recommend shopping here. The store manager is unhelpful, confrontational and dismissive. Something I have never experienced in a luxury goods store. It’s a shame because I have had great service there by other members of staff. Unfortunately Maria’s attitude and general demeanour has undone others fantastic customer service.

Very poor customer services.
I had a certain product which I would like to buy it. Therefore I asked one of LV staff for stock availability, and I give him its item number. As I’ve been confirmed that it was available. I prepared to purchase it , and I gave LV staff my name and my Mobil number, but I been told that I need to wait a little bit. So I was waiting and after while I received txts message twice and need to wait more( I was waiting 15 minutes). Looks a few staff were available but I still had to wait. Isn’t it first come first served !!
After complain to Manager, one staff approached me said ( how can I help you) . I don’t understand, do I have to give them again product information??? This shop has not got any communication skill between staff , as well as has not got any customer service skills. I left to Harrods and went LV Bond Street.
If someone would like to buy LV products , avoid Harrods , Go to LV bond Street , or Selfridges.

Indeed one of the worst customer service I’ve ever met. I was a cabin crew with a five star airlines. With chances to visit many LV stores worldwide. This should be my worst experience. Queuing system was bad and there wasn’t many customers. Sales person more then customers I would say. And yet, they couldn’t give better service to genuine and polite approached customers. Bad attitude lower the grade and image on your brand. Please send your staffs for more self improvement courses to catch up with competitive market. For me, I’ll choose to buy online now which is more convenient and soon, your retails can close down with no commission and jobs. 自食其果!
Ps: Even smaller brand ‘Long-champ’ on the lower ground floor have a much polite and service orientated sales. Shame on you!

I was completely lost and confused in harrods and overwhelmed over the crowd and due to that I separated from my husband in the shop and went with my son to the children’s designers level. The SA in Burberry kids was the finest and nicest I could ever imagine. She noticed that I’m overwhelmed and looking for my husband while trying to entertain my little son, she helped me to entertain my child while looking for my husband. We did not finish buying anything from burberry that day but it reminded me once more of the high quality of service I always received by burberry. Thank you so much lady. I will always remember your kindness.

Fab service from Lydia Chu at Burberry. I bought a cashmere scarf for my wife's birthday from the Knightsbridge boutique. I wanted it to have her initials and wasnt able to go back to the store to collect. Lydia got it delivered to store, repackaged it and made it look wow, then got it delivered to the restaurant that I took my wife to for her birthday. She made sure that it got delivered before we got there. My wife was thrilled to see it get bought over by the waiters as she was not expecting it. Thank you Lydia
