Placed an order online came to pick it up at the store but no one is here. The store seems to be closed. It states online that the store opens up at 10:00am it’s now 11:22am and the gate is still down and the store is still closed. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Oh they also have a sign on the gate that says back in 15 mins. It’s been longer then that. DO BETTER ZUMIEZ!

I am no skier, but Alpine has been my go-to spot for all things tennis. Strings, racquets (demos and purchases), tennis balls, everything. Really knowledgeable and chill staff who always do me right. I also like that it's a second-generation, family-run shop. (And they do a March Madness pool!)

Such a great experience at Alpine today with Tony & Danny!! Helped me get some custom grip tape to make my 3 year olds birthday present perfect! Thanks for going above and beyond to make her day!!!

Awesome selection and customer service. Was looking for some new shoes for my kid to wear this summer and immediately found 3 pairs that fit. To make it even better 2 of the pairs ended up being on sale. Will definitely be back for when he outgrows these.

I prefer to shop for everything I can online. I’m definitely spoiled by the ease and convenience of finding the best deals on the internet and having things shipped right to my door. I’m not a “mall person” at all. However, my son needed a skateboard helmet, and we needed to ensure the fit was right. I went into Zumier, and was pleasantly surprised by immediate, friendly, and helpful customer support. The team member, Ant, also could answer all the questions I had and helped us try things on for size. He definitely deserves a shout out for optimal customer service. The young man at the checkout was even very pleasant!

Wonderful place to get tennis rackets restrung! Workers were really friendly, informative, and understanding during the process of selecting the right strings at the right price for me. They have a wide range of rackets to buy from too (with some on sale)! Great place for tennis players.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, understanding that ski and snowboard equipment is an investment! They do everything they can to make sure you get the most out of your investment and with their knowledge and skill they will work through any issue you have with your equipment!

Excellent customer service. They spent a couple of hours helping me troubleshoot ski boots I didn't even purchase through them and they were able to resolve my issues. I will definitely be going back. They are extremely knowledgeable and are very friendly!

We are new snow sport family. We needed boots and helmets for our whole group. The store was busy! Kaleb and Ariel both were amazing in making sure we got the right equipment. They didn’t rush and spent a long time with us to make sure we were happy. Loves the store and loves the customer service.

Tony was on the money. Coming from sector 9 pintails and carving roads, I wanted something a little more aggressive but still enjoyable to ride on. Tony mentioned this Arbor longboard being the right amount of stiffness but still feel “alive,” and springy. The carving feels exactly what he meant. He also mentioned a decent upgrade on Orangutang wheels, and I’m already feeling like I should switch them out and trying them since this recommendation was on point!

I came here because the place that I usually lease ski equipment for my kids from had sold out for the year. I am so glad that I found Alpine because the customer service, personalization, and expert knowledge put this place head and shoulders above the place I used to go to in Arlington, Virginia. Their ski buy back program is a great fit because they let you sell most stuff back after 2 years.

Heaven and Scotty were such nice people. Really helped us pick a board for niece and were just smiles and awesomeness the entire time my family was in the store. Amazing customer service! Thank you Heaven and Scotty!!!

The workers helped me pick out a board and gave me good recommendations that matched up with what my friends had told me. The board works great and there was a deal for pads and helmets that saved me almost $100. Great staff and selection.

Múltiple times i pulled items off the racks that were not labeled correctly. I then went to check out and the pants that i wanted, again, weren’t the price that they had been marked down to. I asked the sales person to honor the price that was on the pants and they had to call someone to ask for permission. And in the end, they offered two shirts, which is not what i wanted. I have worked in retail for years and have always had to honor these types of situations. Unfortunately, I did not go through with the purchase.I also asked for the GMs card and they couldn’t provide that either.

First off, amazing customer service! I went to the mall looking for jeans. Spent some time searching until I hit Zumiez. The employee working was so kind and willing to help. I ended up walking out with 4 pairs of pants that were buy one, get one half off and a pair of vans. I’m highly satisfied and will definitely be coming back with my family and friends!

Once again Olivia and her staff have far exceeded my expectations for customer service.
My wife and I went into the store at Fair Oaks Mall last week to buy my son a birthday gift, of course we received amazing service while at the store. I then saw a pair of shoes I wanted to purchase for my son, but they did not have his size in store. Olivia then helped me to order them online. The next day I received an email stating that the shoe was unavailable in his size. I then called the store, and Olivia searched the company site and was able to locate a pair in California, and is having them shipped to the store.
