Ris was so helpful to us. she gave us so much info on the different types of boards and helped me get fitted for knee pads and elbow pads. i had just went into xtreme boardshop and they were so rude and not helpful at all but i went into zumiez and it made my day with how good the customer service was!♥️

I've been going here for years when it was just Dr Honda, who is fantastic. The new staff has been here for a couple of years now but still the same quality. Optometrist gives you a thorough exam and takes the time to explain what is going on with your vision and going over medical history that can impact your vision. Even if you want to purchase your eye ware online you still need a good optometrist. DO NOT GO CHEAP ON YOUR VISION! Highly recommend Eyeschoice Optometry

I drove over an hour for my appointment scheduled at 5:15pm I got there 5mins before my appointment for Mary to say I was late! When I had called hours before my appointment to confirm! Never again will I bring my kids here either!

After going to Costco optical for the last 10 years, my friend referred me to this place. WOW, I've been missing out. It is a fabulous place to get your eyes checked and get contacts/glasses. The doctors and front office staff are amazing, they make you feel like family. Even when my 14 year old daughter wanted to wear contacts, they spent almost 2hrs with her teaching her how to put them on, with no complaints or frustrations. They were so patient and so lovely with her. I love this place and will recommend it to all of my friends & family.

Honestly my FAVORITE optometrist in town! I refer everyone I know here to this place. The office staff is amazing and so polite! Always like seeing Mary and Daisy, such nice gals! The doctor herself explains the exam and results. Always asks if you have concerns and does her best to answer everything. Truly one of the best office experiences, always makes you comfortable. 4 employees in total only one cash register open. Someone ahead of me was doing an online order and they had me waiting for 15+ minutes while the other 3 stood around, one was even riding around on a skateboard. I had an item that I found in the clearance section and asked the price. She said this isn’t clearance I asked her can u please talk to your manager to compensate for the times wasted waiting. She walked to the door of the office and immediately returned to me saying she couldn’t do anything. I commented on the speed that she did this at and she told me “you can just leave them” in short a very rude experience huge waste of time. Hire more professional staff

My experience at this providers office was amazing. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Dr Honda’s exam was very thorough and he allowed me to ask questions. His response to the questions were to my understanding. I Would recommend anyone looking for an Optometrist to this office.

Dr. Kame is a knowledgeable and caring optometrist, who takes the time to provide exceptional individual care. The support staff are friendly, helpful and professional. I started seeing Dr. Nakasone in 1999 - He recently sold his practice to North Tustin Optometric Center - He picked a great team of Dr's and professional staff. The office is clean, the staff is awesome, professional and very understanding of all the customers needs - I have continued to have my eye appointments with North Tustin Optometric Center - due to all the above.

Had a great time at the office! The staff, Rene and Jody are super nice, accommodating, and making me feel at ease. Dr. Hsieh was just as nice, very thorough in her exam, and took the time to answer all my questions.

The office also has a wide selection of glasses to choose from. The whole team (including the doctor!) were happy to help give their input so I could select the frame that best fit me.

My and my friends went to the store to look around and shop when a worker comes up to us and asks what we're looking and we said we're just looking around and he told us to we had to leave, its crazier that most of the clothes we had on when we went was from zumiez. We weren't causing trouble at all we were genuinely looking around for clothes

I started coming here a couple months ago and have been very impressed! Jody and Rene at the front desk are always so welcoming. Dr. Hsieh is awesome too. She always answers my questions and explains things to me to help me understand what the best options are.

First time visiting this office. Was very impressed with the friendliness of staff and their willingness to assist us even though we had no appointment. Rene helped my husband find the perfect frame, gave us lots of information regarding progressive lenses, transition, etc. Renee was extremely helpful and we were so pleased with his service that we decided to schedule an appointment to return. We were greeted with the same professionalism and friendliness. The optometrist Dr. Hsieh was very friendly and knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable with her. So impressed were we with the courteous, friendly, and professional service that I booked a future appointment for myself as well as my aunt. I'm so happy we found this optometry office!

Main Place Express- Sara and her manager were very rude and condescending when I made a return. I stopped there because I work down the street. Never again. I’ll stick to Brea.

Denise helped me out when I visited Zumiez over at the block of orange. She noticed I was in need of help and did so right away. I ended up getting the last pair of nike sb in like a pink color which were supprizingly men’s shoes.

Is was great tribe place is nice very clean purchase some new clothes with my girl spent a lot of money but the place is great I recommend this to anybody they have a 40% off everything so don't miss out go to the Westfield Mall Santa Ana

Went there today bought some Impala roller skates 🛼 love them and the price🙌🏼 But I really like the young boy that helped me out he was so nice and helpful, (which is hard to find nowadays) Great job young men keep up the good work 👏🏼

They were so kind to me and my best friend, honestly I thought I was gonna get judge but they were just friendly and gave me honest and good information for someone who is just gonna start skating. I will definitely be going again, to buy more boards, once I get better

I've been coming to this optometry establishment for years, and have always had nothing short of a positive experience. They are now under new management, but the service provided is still exceptional.

I booked my annual eye exam, and was going in feeling comfortable. On our call, Jody had asked me to make sure to bring my mask and to fill out some paperwork via email prior to my appointment, to reduce contact and time spent in the office. Upon arrival, I was asked to call the front desk to assure that I would be socially-distanced and everything was cleaned before entering. Once entered, Jody took my temperature and then walked me through some eye tests. She made sure to wipe all of the equipment down before use, which was very assuring. I then walked into my exam, and there was a sign on the chair before sitting down stating that it had been cleaned. I had an eye exam with Dr. Hsieh, and was extremely happy with her professionalism and knowledge. We ended up trying out some new contacts! James checked the schedule and had me book a 1-week follow-up appointment to make sure that they were to my satisfaction before ordering them.

I came back a week later with no problems, and ended up purchasing a year supply of contacts (which were shipped to my house promptly - in less than a week).

Overall, they are one business that is following COVID guidelines well, and I will continue to give them my service!

I needed bolts for my longboard trucks and Bradley was a champ, looking everywhere for the last set in store and calling the Bloc to see if they had any. He scrounged them up for me and gave me a great deal. Props to Bradley!

This store was really unhelpful with my exchanges. A lot of mistakes and an over all lake of care. I went here twice and got the same experience. It was very frustrating and what should have been a simple transaction took over a half hour. I recommend just doing it all online. It's less effort than dealing with employees who don't care.

Yesterday I had the best costumer service on the women's section. I forgot the name of the lady who took great care of me but I'm so grateful for her help. She went above and beyond to help me iron a new shirt that I bought at Express which I needed for an interview. Thank you so much!!!

I went in on a Tuesday to buy my daughter a birthday gift that I needed for Sunday I got charged twice and left the store empty handed. Something went wrong with their computer And didn't show in their system, but it showed in my bank account. I didn't get a call back so I called back 4 days later then I had to go back in 3 days later Which made It a Full week of no resolution. I Bought my daughter a gift somewhere else. Just to think that something like this could happen again I Will take my shopping somewhere else.

Well their staff are pretty vacant and clueless, sometimes even blowing me off while I wait to ring up purchases and then cutting someone else in line because they go past me! Also often they mix full price items up in the sales then don’t tell ya til ya rung up. At which point it’s …well…awkward, to backpeddle on payin fer it. Still, the clothes are good for low prices and their mens section is huge…
