Dr Mus. Best eye doctor in the GTA. Cares about all his patient's
Dr Sylvester and her team have been taking care of me for many years. She is extremely competent and has excellent diagnostic skills. She explains everything perfectly and involves me in the process to understand what’s happening. She and takes her time- no rush! Her team is efficient and caring and a pleasure to deal with. Overall amazing experience with her for over 20 years!
Dr Nisha Gupta is an outstanding eye doctor. Take yourself and your kids to her!!! She is detailed, efficient beyond words and knows her profession better then any eye doctor you have ever known.
My wife needed her glasses tightened. Sukhi was kind and helpful even though we had not purchased the sunglasses from here originally. This was the only eyeglasses place open in the entire mall when we went on a Sunday. Service is exceptional
I recently took my children to see Dr. Sylvester, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment we walked into her spotless office, we were greeted by friendly and professional staff. Dr. Sylvester herself was very attentive and caring, making sure both of my children felt comfortable and at ease throughout their eye exams. Her expertise and the level of care she provided were outstanding!!!
I went in to get my screw replaced. Sukhi was extremely helpful and she fixed it within 20 minutes free of charge. I will definitely be coming again for any future glasses needs
Rightly named "Excellence Eye Care". I really haven't come across a doctor who truly cares and is so enthusiastic about the work they do. Dr. Slyvester and the staff were beyond fantastic. Appointment was not rushed and I was provided a very thorough explanation of my results. I had an opportunity to ask all my questions, which is a rarity when visiting doc office in this day and age.
The experience was so good that I ended up buying my glasses from there, I mean why search for another place when you are getting an excellent service all around.

My whole family have been customers of Dr Hwang and the professional, knowledgable, friendly staff at Sheridan Optometric for over 20 years. It is like seeing family when you go in to the clean, bright office. You receive superior customer service from the receptionist right through to the fabulous ladies who help you fit new glasses. They have fabulous taste!! Dr Hwang is so thorough that she found an issue in my eye and with further testing lead a surgical team to remedy a situation in my brain. Thank you for such thoroughness, Dr Hwang!
I was recently in the Erin Mills Pkwy store to purchased prescription glasses for my mom. My mom is 91 years old, lives in a nursing home and is wheel chair bound. Therefore, it is very difficult to bring her to the store to try on glasses. I am very fortunate to be served by a very helpful associate. Based on her recent eye glasses prescription, she was able to recommend suitable glasses. The associate was very attentive to customer’s needs, extremely knowledgeable and professional. She went out of her way to accommodate our needs. We are very grateful to have her help. The glasses package that LensCrafters provides was very reasonable as well. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends and family. Thank you for providing such outstanding and quality service to the community.
I had an eye test done here recently. Dr. Sarah Yan was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything to me in great detail and answer all my questions. Amazing experience.

I brought in relatively low quality sunglasses because one of the arms had bent out of shape. I was warned they may not be able to be fixed due to the structure, but they provided free repairs and made them better than ever. I already own a few LensCrafters glasses (these sunglasses were bought elsewhere), and their quality has remained strong for years. Great staff and great service!

Dr. Mus is awesome. Went in for an eye exam today; he's very friendly, and knowledgable. Explains what he is doing and the results of the tests very clearly. No pressure given to purchase any glasses or products. The rest of the staff is also very nice and professional. They also have a wide selection of glasses available.

The staff at the Sheridan center location greeted me a snails and friendly hello and were quick to ask if I needed help with anything. I needed a quick repair on my glasses and both Danny and Hazel were amazing and extremely helpful and got the job done in matter of minutes.
First off, the office itself is so beautiful and well kept. Secondly, the staff there are all so friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. My optometrist, Amy, took her time and explained everything to me in a clear and direct manner, but her delivery was also perfect in a way that kept me calm but informed. Sukaina is an expert at helping pick out the perfect frames for glasses! I was looking for a new pair of glasses and sunglasses, and on her first try picked the ones I liked the most and ended up going with! She knows what looks good and really cares about how glasses make you feel. I would 10/10 recommend Excellence Eye Care as you really feel cared for and valued!

The Lens Crafters Team at Sheridan Mall 2225 Erin Mills Parkway is fantastic, Mirelvis is specially wonderful! She is very patient, gives excellent recommendations and is very professional. She has amazing client service skills and on top of that is super kind and sweet!
Everyone here is super friendly. I have been coming here for YEARS with my eye disease. The ladies at the front desk are always amazing and every optometrist I have seen has been great! With that said, Dt. Muse is by far the best optometrist I have ever had. Not only is he amazing at what he does, but he genuinely cares. I’ve come in there crying, having panic attacks and he’s never once made me feel judged and has always done his best to help me. Having chronic eye disease has been incredibly challenging, but Dr. Muse made it easier. Most people think of paramedics when it comes to saving lives, which is true, but I genuinely think of Dr. Muse as one of those people for me. I don’t know how else to express how thankful I am for his care! Truly need more doctors like him in every profession.

the customer service so bad it was ridiculous. we were getting side eyed while looking. and when we tried to call for help, no one would help us. we had to leave cuz we were getting looked at like we were thieves.
I usually visit their Yorkdale Mall location so it was my first time here and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The gentleman upfront helped me with my belt and the lady guided me through their new shoe collection with care and kindness.
I would highly recommend this location. They have a large selection of items and most importantly, common sizes which are difficult to find at other locations.

Asked a gentleman working at the store whether a pair I was interested in were Goodyear welted. He asked “what is that?!” as if I was talking about rocket science. What a shame that this is what Ferragamo has become. It’s a brand that is best fit for selling its belts to teenagers rather than fine footwear. Shame.

I was here today jan.8 around 3-4pm. I was just looking around the mens section and when this white haired old guy, bald in the middle, asked me “how r u,” i said “im okay, just looking around for now.” When i went to the back area, i saw him through the mirror looking at me. I then went to front door area, i saw him looking at me again. I still browsed anyway and just left cuz i felt uncomfortable

The customer service from these 3 ladies was exceptional! They helped me pick out everything I needed and wanted :) I left very happy and thank you again!
Wish I could give this store zero stars. I went into the store to make an exchange and the employees of Saturday January 6th from 2-3pm were absolutely rude it was disgusting, especially this girl with bangs thinking she was all that. DO NOT go to this location unless you want to deal with mean girls. Management needs to properly train their employees on how to treat customers, unless management just enables it. I get retail is hard but I was more than easy to deal with until they were being rude, giving me looks and making comments that were unnecessary. I’ve read reviews about this store and other people can agree the staff sucks. Never buying from guess again.
It's a decent store but they have to improve their shelves arrangement as people get confused. A shelf will say 40% off, people pick them as I saw many people on the counter while waiting in the line. They picked up stuff from those shelves thinking there's an off on it while there was no discount and it was a waste of time. Overall the store is stocked, and customer service is good

I could not recommend Excellence Eyecare more. We initially visited to bring our 14 month old son in for glasses after hearing great reviews. They are one of the only places in Mississauga that carry glasses for infants and are so good with children to boot. From start to finish the service was exceptional. The whole team was waiting at the front when we walked in to great us. Dr. Sylvester was great with our son, and when I came back to get my own eye test done she answered all of my questions, was so kind and personable as well. Thank you so much to Sukaina and Patricia for being so patient with me and my family, and going above and beyond to make sure our whole family is happy with our glasses. You guys are best, and we will be coming to you for many many years to come!

It was my first time getting my eyes checked at this eye clinic and it was a great experience. The optometrist was friendly, thorough and extremely informative. It was a bonus that their tech is more advanced than other clinics that I've visited. The employees are genuine and showed great customer service. I ended up ordering new glasses with the help of their employees. I will definitely come back and I would highly recommend anyone to check this place out.

Went to get the battery changed, they damaged my watch. Lack of expertise and they told me someone will call me to discuss the case, but no one called me. This store dont care for customers..Imagine being a watch company they just damaged someone's watch and have no answer to it. I could have gone to any other watch shop, however, I went to Fossil expecting high quality of service.

I had a terrible experience with the fossil store manager Muhammad while shopping today along with my wife and 3 years old daughter. We found the store staff extremely cooperative and helpful until we came across Muhammad at the payment counter. Who from the very beginning came across grumpy and unprofessional.
On complaining regarding his rude behaviour he kept saying “you’re taking too long and wasting my time”. I couldn’t believe he’s saying that to a customer in-front of a lot of other people. I couldn’t understand how could I waste his time in 2 minutes of interaction whereas the other sales staff gave me good 10-15 minutes in selecting the watch.
He couldn’t take it well and rather than being professional he kept threatening to call security on me to remove me from the store. I was there with my family and he kept disrespecting me in front of everyone, although I kept reminding him he was being unprofessional and his attitude was wrong. I told him that he’s got a beautiful name but a very rude and arrogant attitude.
I was having a great day with my family and this guy managed to ruin everything within minutes and caused us mental stress. This person’s attitude is not right for the customer facing role. I am a fossil lover and got a collection of Fossil watches however I’ll ensure I never walk into this store again. Disappointed and stressed due to pathetic and unprofessional customer service and that too by the store manager.

First rate service! My wife, son, and I just came in for an engraving and possible watch repair at the Square One location. Urvi and Mohamed both took good care of us. The engraving was easy to choose and done immediately and the quality was perfect. Unfortunately, my old Fossil watch couldn't be repaired at the store, but Mohamed informed me of my options and I ended up with a new watch which I am extremely happy with. My wife also bought some jewelry for a close friend. Urvi and Mohamed were very kind and receptive to our needs and explained everything clearly. We are very happy with their service and will be sure to back again and recommend to others! Thanks Fossil!

I visited the SQ 1 location and picked up a belt. Will was awesome and very helpful. He helped me pick the right belt and also cut it to get the fit done perfectly. Overall experience was very pleasant. Will is a great sales person and very patient.

I forgot the Asian woman's name but she was lovely to speak to. Walked out of the store with 3 items. I'll consider shopping here directly rather than purchasing items at Saks.

I recently requested help with repairs and was willing to pay the associated costs. I was transparent that the shoes were gifted to me and I could not provide proof of purchase. They were very nice and helpful and agreed to help.
After I dropped off the shoes to store, I was informed these were purchased from a sample sale (which I wasn't aware). From that point forward, I was immediately declined everything due to company policy. The Yorkdale staff was very nice to offer a courier return. However, the overall process has left me feeling very unwanted and unworthy.
From the company's perspective, It was very obviously, I was no longer considered a customer and therefore didn't deserve support or service. I wasn't asking for free service or trying deceive. For a large multi-million dollar company, I took it personally when they didn't want to make an exemption for my case.
I have always looked to luxury goods as an indulgent treat to feel better about myself. This incident has made me really sad because I realize no matter how much I covet Jimmy Choos, I represent a type customer they do not want and be associated with.

Service are very bad was told that the item we were buying were replace because of stain but then we found out that they were just lying because what they did is they did not replace it with a new one but just cleaned it. While they were saying that they gave us a new one . I would never come back to a seller who promotes dishonesty to buyer. Not even deserving of a one star …….be careful on this location .

I went to buy presents for my friends and I asked them to put them in separate bags but they didn’t and said that they don’t have enough bags. I told my friends to come in and buy it separately but the worker didn’t care and called the manager. They had no respect and were rude to their costumers bad customer service,.

One of the employees was judgemental and looked down on us because we walked in with casual clothes. She blocked off the front door with the belt barrier as soon as we entered and removed it immediately after we left. We asked about other colours for a bag and all she responded was that the other colours weren't on sale. After escorting another customer, she left to join a co-worker and refused to help us further.

Dr Mus is a wonderful eye doctor! The first eye doctor to help me and is informative and respectful. I've been seeing him for years now. I couldn't recommend him even more. I recommended family members to see him and all that had seen him had nothing but good things to say. He is definitely one to be trusted with your eye health. Also all the ladies that work up front are nice, helpful and informative as well. Office is nice and clean and they have a good selection of glasses to choose from (not too many to be overwhelmed with, a nice size with good variety. )

Amazing store, amazing friendly staff. They don't allow more than 10 customers inside the store as a covid precaution, but still they'll give you all the attention in the world while you're browsing. So hats off for that. Plus products are personal choices but this Garrett HR Gen 5 watch i picked is amazing and working smooth and fine. The straps are a bit pricy, but I got one from this Fossil Store and others I already had. Overall good experience with both the shop and product.

The customer service at the Holt's Burberry was amazing. I brought in my bag to be fixed after emailing head office and I was attended to by Olivia Lewis. She was polite, honest and an advocate for me. My bag was less then two years old from purchase and needed repair after only several uses. Olivia advocated for my bag to be covered by Burberry as per my request. Although the wait was long it was well worth it considering that it came back in perfect condition and that Burberry backed their product and covered any charges for the repair. Thank you Olivia.
I loved this location! I was passing through on my way to Jamaica and stopped in this shop to browse. All the associates were super friendly, outgoing, and genuine. I ended up buying a cashmere scarf, & it was the best experience I’ve had in any Burberry location.

ABOUT FERRAGAMO. Their sun glasses are amazing. I wish their jackets which are a beautiful design would be made of other material not leather. Not only because I am vegan but as canadian, leather is not the best choice for cold weather . Yet love their designs, beautiful, stylish, amazing customer service, just material is not cruelty free.
