The worst health center I have seen. Not recommended at all, very poor service, specially reception, No one answer you call when you need them, most of the time are out of service.I called at 3:20pm and saying it’s a lunch time which is very funny, or saying we have technical issues there is Lady on reception I think her name is Martha, she is not helpful at all, she always delays on our medical process’s, even on of our important referral was expired DR Habashi and her was in charge but they were not able to send the medical records to specialist however, they have been notified many times but no one takes care . I have too much to say about them no time to write

The only one you count on is DR Azaam Samir

You don't want to be here, trust me. Evelyn is their only redeeming quality and who knows how much longer she'll be there. Problems with records, prescriptions, even their phones are dead half the time. Lot of turnover, waiting room looks worse than the dmv. I could go on, but you get the idea.

I am extremely happy with Dr. Johnathan he saw my situation with my cluster headaches and did everything to help me. I got my life back thanks to him and the helpful staff, everyone including the front desk staff is very professional and I love coming here for that reason.

I was referred here for follow up from hospital was handed a COVID test and sent away no one was in waiting room and I DON'T HAVE COVID

The doctor's are great but people that round the office never call you to set appointments to discuss your results with your doctor. Stay on top of things for your self the office don't care

My husband has bronchitis and they told me there’s no appointment available for him right now, until January 23 that’s too long they should appointments right away but no 👎

Recently I was referred by Cal Optima to this clinic
Straight to the point the nurse practioner reported false information to the dmv which revoked my drivers license and after 2 plus months I won my appeal and got my license back
I am seeking counsel to further investigate this situation and I would suggest not using this clinic
I feel they run up unnecessary authorizations and they diagnose you with a serious but false illness to make money off the insurance company
They are also responsible for me loosing my job

They dont answer the calls and you have to wait on the phone! They dont care about the people Health or any issues! Shame on u!

I just went to this facility and I must say it was a great experience. From scheduling, to being seen it was a professional operation. The physician spent a lot of time with me and the techs were great too 👍

Best place to receive health care.

They close earlier than advertised. I called an hour before closing and they did not answer. I got there 15mins just before closing to just pick up a form for my mom and it was already closed. No one seemed to be there anymore for awhile.

This is my doctors office. They have a wonderful staff always helpful and compassionate about whatever you are going through. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good doctor with a terrific staff. I would give them a ten star rating if I could.

Well, let's see, do they help you out and give you the care you need? Yes. But as long as you wait long enough. Wait in waiting room isn't so bad, but they call you in and get your vitals. Then let you sit in a room for like 2 hours without anymore interaction. You hear your nurse practitioner or Dr gossiping in the hallway , and if you remind them you are waiting, they'll cheerfully say you're the next patient , but make you wait longer. If you have work and need to be seen here, call off. It'll take your entire day.

They freaking lie to you they don't do anything to help you well you can wear a shell oh no you can't do that after they tell you can oh you have to wear a mask you tell him you can't cuz you have nothing conditions you can't breathe with it and all they know how to say sorry that's why I call my attorneys so suing them they're worthless I want to go there forever as part of the condition to go there

Staff is horrible. They always seem to be on lunch. They have to be pushed to do anything. Evelyn Gomez is nice but the rest are so useless. Never has see Azzam Samir J MD even though he is my primary care physician.

The staff are so mean and rude here they don’t know how to talk With patients .Making a appointment from a month ago n running late for 10 min knowing the fact for them also how much important for us ! Today.1-13-2020 around 2.55 PM .There is no other patient waiting in lobby.And next appointment was my husband and I was telling him I can use his appointment but they said no and it was not making any sense too me if the next available appointment person has no problem than why should with them.I was almost about to cry n I left without argue with them.They should understand the value and important of everyone .I am not interested going anymore this place but Incase if I have too than hope they give good service. So I can write good review this is my first review ever . #Racist may be !

Everything that everyone is saying is SO true! It’s unreal!!! Since when does anyone from the office answer from a phone call as they’re driving in the car and the lady said the office is closed but then why are you answering the phone and for one why do you have it in the car terrible stuff unprofessional never ever pick up the phone and always put you on hold always loses your referrals never gives your medicine correctly so unprofessional they need to be looked into honestly

Horrible staff, appointments take 3 months on average, no parking, and they keep making misstakes like giving me an appointment on Monday but they type it in the computer for Tuesday, if you have a choice never visit them

Stars are given to those who work hard to achieving them. If i had the chance, i would have given them Zero star. I can write an infinite list of critics and many patients of theirs would definitely agree with me.

1. You can never call them and start stating your concern to the receptionist. She picks up, "thank you for calling orange county primary care, can you please hold". And now the loooong waiting on hold counts.....

2. When she gets back to you in less than 2 minutes, then you are lucky indeed. Ask for an appointment with the doctor & you will also be very luck to get one in less than 2 months. The clinic is not super busy like other centers but since the physician starts seeing patients at 3:00 pm and the clinic closes at 5:00 pm! So not sure how many patients could be seen in 2 hours. But there is an alternative to see somebody earlier - that is the PA. PAs are good if you need authorizations, antibiotics pills, fill a form, do labs, etc. But when you are chronically ill, you gotta be seen by the "big boss"

3. If you manage to visit this place and receive a prescription. Never ask the staff to fax it to your pharmacy because there will be high chance they may misplace it & you will end up without your medication.
You sure should follow up with them more than 2-3 times until they give your matter some attention..i assure you it won't be finished on the same day. It's gotta take 2 to 3 days until you resolve it.

4. When i walk in to the physician or pa, i assume my file has my records and latest lab wok or imaging. I think this is the least preparation the staff must do before a patient's appointment. This is not the case in this center. Many times i walk in and out without solid diagnosis because the dudes didn't pull up the record and they are to busy to spare me extra time until they pull it and read it to me.

5. When they promise to revert your call back, never trust them. Because they will not. Even if it was top emergency..Oh! and never say this word "emergency" because they will ask you to call 911!! I replaced it with the word "urgent" but still doesn't mean anything to them.

Bottom line for those reading, if you no patience to stupid mistakes and unprofessional communication, save your effort & find another primary care provider. If you ever find good one, please refer me to them. I would be very glad.

If there was a way to give this place 0 stars I would!!! My appt. Was at 4pm they called me inside until 450pm, the doctor didnt showed up till 5:56pm, WOWO just WOW this is soo ridiculous!! My appt was for a physical, not surgery. This people are soooo incompetent!!!!

It was okey. The lady at the counter with the black hair is not helpful. She didn’t accept my insurance, she just told me that they don’t accept my insurance without double checking, thats why i need to call my provider, and my provider talked to her and tells everything that their clinic is on my insurance list. She didn’t even apologized for her mistake. I forgot the name but she is working today. 09-21-18 2pm. But the other lady with gold color hair on the other computer is pretty nice, she is more better to approach than the other lady. I don’t have any choice because this is the closest clinic on my home, i’m gonna write a review again on my next visit. Hope you guys have a friendly staff and have a good customer service. 👊👊👊

I don't recommend this Dr.s office. The staff is terrible. Office manager Jose Vazquez is very unprofessional, unpleasant and just plain rude. The front desk Ashley and Lynnette are new hires. So dont expect to get any of your questions or concerns answered. Referrals take forever even when they are urgent!! Appointments take forever. They forget to call you back, or they say they will send it, they dont!! I can go on and on. I found a different Dr.s office that actually cares. I will know longer allow my father to be a patient here either. The lack if care and concern, heart breaking!!! In my own opinion, for your own health, please go else where.
