First class service. Called 8.30am. Short wait to speak with receptionist. Appointment made for 4.30pm same day. Bonus - Locum doctor called me back 30 mins later to arrange an even earlier appointment! Very professional, caring, efficient service. Thank you!

Virtually impossible to see a GP. Reception staff are rude, arrogant and unhelpful in the extreme. The surgery was fine before "covid" but is now a pathetic shambles, apparently run by the reception staff rather than the doctors.

Dreadful Surgery,everything is a problem, you are made to feel like they are doing you a favour, and you are a pest. So difficult to get an appointment, you can`t email a request.No follow up on any meds you are prescribed if you do get to see a doctor.

Avoid this doctors at all costs, been here for a good few years now. Went to register children MY CHILDREN and told no how do they know there mine. Have birth certificates every bit of information to say are my kids but still the power tripping secretary said no you may just ring around and find some where else. So I'd like to no what information and documents do you need to prove your kids are use. Why would I even waste time trying to register other children what is there to gain. But this is what happens when people think they are something on a phone. Absolutely disgusting.

Called today about my Father who has lung Cancer, Have never came across such a rude receptionist, she raised her voice to me then when I questioned her attitude, she banged the phone down. Why are people like that allowed to stay in a job.

Never answer phones straightaway, although you can somtimes hear them chatting and laughing, it normally takes continuous reringing to get through, has the surgery taken on too many clients that it cannot service?

Can not praise this doctor enough. She is so thorough and takes time with you, going out of her way to help you in anyway she can!

worst practice ever been under ignorance of some receptiôn staff delayment in referrals lack of empathy medical notes not forwarded to appeal service one thing after another with this practice

Excellent doctors and the receptionists are very polite and professional. Never had any problems in Corran Surgery over the years.

My three GP the greatest nicest smartest, and I know they are the best of any where else
They are helpful throught my years of illness never showed any sign of upset or anger or frustration from me .
But the fact they do everything to help me truely I am so blessed with such brilliant GPs .
Dr A J Mcilroy and Dr E Murphy and Dr Hopkins are the angels from heaven .
To say thanks it is so little to say million thanks still so little what can I say, But only i can express my deepest appreciations and thanks heaven for being patient in such nice surgery they do deserve honour from the NHS as they will not find best caring DRs ever any were in UK.
As well not to forget the nice team of receptionest who always want to help and always attending and so pleasent with a smile any time
which is great feeling for us the patient to see that it is healing to start with before we see the angels inside.
