Have always found receptionists very polite and helpful under the pressures they have experienced since Sheppey surgery had to close. Taking on more patients etc. Only issue is trying to get through on the phone can take some time

As per my photo they never answer the phone, over an hour. I’ve literally driven down there while on hold and showed them the phone and the receptionist have said calls get lost in the system. If you get through they are normally rude. At the surgery they normally have two on front reception desk and one at the back desk. None are answering phones. I think they ignore the phones. Today I’ve been on hold since it opened at 8am. It’s now 8:36am and still no luck of them answering. My partner is now driving down there. Utter disgrace. You have to be a certain type of person to be a doctors receptionist, narcissistic.

Had to have bloods and MOT today at clinic. Saw Nurse Sharon Miller can honestly say always have great attention in here. I am always so anxious when i go for any appt but she made it so much better had a chat took my mind if it. Thank you 😊 all staff are so friendly .

Never ever answer the phone, never have nurse appointments either, always late on the rare opportunity that you have an appointment

Absolutely HORRENDOUS system!! Myself don’t ever go to the doctors because the phone lines are constantly busy and you can’t get through BUT when it comes to my children I have the constant battle to get though to the doctors to get appointments for them and when you FINALLY get through from calling at 8am to 10am to be told there isn’t ANY APPOINTMENTS over the TWO surgery’s they have is absolutely ridiculous!! And get told to go to the walk in clinic next door in the hospital to be turned away because there isn’t any more appointments left! It’s disgusting that you have to get your child up and dressed for them to go and see if you can actually get an appointment and for them to been turn away!!! Actually SHOCKING!

Today I went to the sheerness branch to have a ecg done. I saw the lovely Georgina… I suffer really bad with anxiety and it’s now the second time I’ve seen this lady She puts my mind at ease and makes the whole experience a lot easier for me to cope with. so Thankyou :)

Totally useless GP surgery, phone is either always engaged or just rings out. No permanent GP, as far as I can make out, as my parents get letters from Dr ‘Locum’. They have missed all the basic requirements for check-ups required by my parents and when in phoned up to report an issue with my dad (I only got through because I went through the hospital switchboard first) the receptionists response was ‘what do you want us to do about it!!!’.
