Horrible office staff at the Seguin location. Arrived at 9:20 for my appointment at 9:30. Stood at the window for over 10 minutes. During that time, Velma made two calls inquiring about homes for lease in Seguin and there were two girls in spine center shirts walking laps in the parking lot.

When she finally decided to come to the window she was extremely rude and had a vile attitude. Apparently, the tech doing my nerve test rents a room from them and the offices are completely separate. I asked her how I check in and she said you don't. To tell her my name and she'll tell the tech I'm here. Soooo... checking in, I guess.

How about not taking care of personal business on company time and doing your job. I guess the fact that I was not one of your patients made it ok to treat me with no respect and then speak to me rudely. I will also be looking into filing a complaint with your regional office and, if I find out that you are a tech, also with the board.
I sincerely hope you have the day you deserve.

On a side note, the tech doing my nerve test was wonderful. She was very kind and you could tell she actually cared about her job and the people she treats.

Dr Pena is amazing. Sees you, listens to you and is so nice, helpful and treats you with respect. His office staff is amazing.
Appointments are on time. I highly recommend him.

Highly recommend! The staff is friendly and professional, and the doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. I have had two injections, one in my lower back and one in my neck, and both worked very well! I will absolutely use the Spine Center of Texas in the future, and will continue to recommend them to friends and family!

I was new to Texas and had double knee replacements and severe neck issues when I came here. I left a group of wonderful doctors back East. Dr Eduardo and his staff have truly done everything to make me feel at home. He listens to your concerns and addresses them. We have even talked about better treatment plans for me. I love that he is caring and I can connect with him about my pain . Insurance has been a big issue for me since I moved here and this practice has been more than understanding. He truly goes out of his way for his patients. I am very particular with who I see and I wouldn’t change him at all!!

Dr.Talbot and all of her office staff are awesome! They are always so helpful and quick to see me! The nurse Jesse is always so nice to speak with too! I used to always get nervous about doctors visits! Since I have been a patient in their care, I no longer do. The ease of checking on online for appointments and the patient portal as well really makes things convenient! Couldn't be happier!

Narcissist does not begin to describe Dr. Talbot. I had my first and last visit with her this week. The office is filled with promotional material to try to sell you medical procedures which makes sense after meeting her. Seems she is more focused on selling you things than actually taking care of her patients. Her bedside manner was horrible and she referred to me and another medical provider I’m seeing as “retarded” that’s her exact words, not mine. She spent all of about five minutes with me and it was the most awkward, unprofessional, and rude experience I’ve ever had with a provider. That’s saying a lot since I spent 12 years in the care of the military and the VA and we all know the level of care those providers are known for.

Dr Talbot is the best! She and her team are friendly and so helpful...thank you Dr Talbot for always going the extra mile for my health!
