Omg, the doctor was too RUDE to answer the call!!! I want to book an appointment after that when I want to ask some questions and hung up on me impatiently. I certainly wouldn't go back if it wasn't a designated place. RUDE KLINIK

This clinic does not even deserve 1 star. I had to give 1 star because google asked me to 😑 My 63 yrs old mum and dad came to this clinic and was told to shut up by the rude male doctor. Don't bother to run a clinic if you cant treat people kindly. The clinic also didn’t give any receipt. Please don’t waste your time coming here, please find other clinics

Expensive clinic treatment for cough, flu for RM150.00 on 9.8.23 I walk in go get treatment for cough flu but I take saliva test at home is negative at Morning. Then 10 Aug 23 I go back to clinic to get MC or I ask them how to update Mysejahtera as I tested saliva test is positive but the Mysejahtera apps is cannot update I test positive from home. So I decided to go back to clinic. So the Indian nurse said I need pay another RM60.00 for the Rapid test. I only need to update Mysejahtera only. Really this clinic is blood sucker. Do they really have paid all the taxes LHDN must check this clinic.

Don't come here seen treatment, please, please, please. The doctor are very rude.
I bring my wife here for treatment, trying to tell him about my wife's medical records. But the doctor and his wife ask me to shut up. And when he talk to me and I try to reply, doctor and his wife will ask me to shut up!!! They think they know everything about my wife's health records. This doctor and his nurse wife are very rude. Please don't waste your time and money here.
No wonder no other patients every time I come here.

Need a lot of improvement . The doctor was okay but their nurse who took my blood for blood screening seems doesn't hv experience in it . She literally left the needle inside my skin while searching for cotton to cover it up and my blood was splattered . She could hv prepared everything earlier . Really disappointed with the services.

Dr indian name hema,i adk the staff dr name i saw her inside was eating my daughter was asthma she told staff for lunch brake 1pm-2pm and ask staff to close the door. Very bad dr and clinic

Underpaid locum work for an extremely busy clinic.

patient visit not for lecturer,, just for medication, consultation or some advice if nescessary, don’t add more pressure to patient,,, in this case one old female indian doctor, as she like scolding/babling to patient including her staff due to small reason, don’t stress about other things,,, stress to your patient health for sure, that’s not your ethics as a doctor,,, please don’t under estimate people who you met, maybe there is better than you or maybe it worse than you,,, remember that,, put in your mind,,, this not about your individual reputation,,, it effect for the whole SP care organisation reputation…

One of the best clinic. Doctors also treat the patients very well. Another thing the clinic is very clean and beautiful. The staff also treat the patients good.

No Star should be awarded to this clinic. I just went to this clinic because fall sick. Unfortunately not mc was given coz the Dr. just said normal sick condition. I was WHAT?? If im not sick I also dont want to go clinic better got prescription from pharmacist and the fee for medicine and consultation expensive.That why I'm weird why no patient in this clinic, then after do review wow all the review same. Please check the review before go and also review to the other premise. Regret!

Sudah la..klinik ni nk kaut untung je lebih...sistem pharma yg menguntungkan. This is pharma-based science. Who cares about the root cause of disease. Just treat the symptoms and hopefully new symptoms will appear and treat those symptoms too.. $$$

Please not recommend to go this clinic. There's a lot more other clinic.The worst experienced. we came to seek the advice cause we sick but the doctor just assuming and even commenting we dont want to go to work even now still young and said if I old cannot walk still dont want to go work this young age.OMG. its too much.How can we work if we are sick.Im really speechless.The younger cannot sick then? Cannot have fever? Please change the attitude.

Wife went there with complain of abdominal pain, with no other symptoms. Got prescribed with around 9 medications, could be that the doctor is taking advantage of us having a panel supports. Me and wife have a medical background, hence understand which medications are not necessary. He even palpate my wife's ab without asking consent. Very unethical doctor and overall, a very bad experience. Won't return again.

Worst experience with both Dr and receptionist(rude) / nurse. The Dr Singh never listens to patient. He is Dr (I know everything). Beware you will be overcharged for some cheap medication. They also recycle patients medication prescription sheets into paperbags for medicine..

Very rude doctor and receptionist. Call for query Influenza Vaccine, the Indian/Pubjub doctor pick up call and very rude answering call and suddenly hang off my call without answering my further question. Then call for 2nd time, the receptionist was rude also. I guess they very stress here, or they dont know how to give good customer service to customers. They need to go for Customer Satisfaction Training. Please dont come this clinic, worried if you guys will be given bad treatment by doctor and low grade services 👎

This is my 1st & last time to get the service from this clinic. I went here for medical check up last Friday. They promise to give me a call once my blood test completed. Unfortunately, after 1 week no call from this clinic. So, I take an effort to make a follow up & they informed my results is out. But why no call as per promises???!! Then today, I visit the clinic again to get my medical check up report. But they let me to wait for an hour. I go & see the nurse to enquire is there any problem with my medical report? They told me that their lab forgot to provide my full medical check up report. I need to wait until they (lab) fax to us full report. Oh, what a waste of time!! Its not professional enough to attend their patient. Please find other clinic for any medical check up. I definitely NOT going to return to this clinic anymore. Now, please pray for me... I need the medical check up report ASAP. I cant wait for another hour as I also got many things to do!
