Waste of time

My boyfriend is a patient there. There has not been a Doctor on staff at this facility for at least 4 months. Each month my boyfriend runs out if his meds and has to call for a prescription. Before he got 3 refills with his script. Now he gets no refills. He sees his therapist every month and is allowed to leave without a new prescription thus he runs out and is without his meds until they feel like giving him another prescription. They won't even call it in to the pharmacy mind you he doesn't have his own transportation. Who is the patient? And why is this happening every month?

Issues resolved. They now have doctor on board. Things seem to be back on track.

Didn't tell me what I needed to bring, got so frustrated I left. I forgot to add they made fun of my handwriting and were extremely rude as well.

Not organized at all. Person that did my intake had to have me spell every other word for her. They double booked and asked me if I felt like I was gonna kill myself, cause if not they were going to reschedule me and see the other patient instead. And there system said that I had been institutionalized in 2011 in Berkeley County. I have never resided anywhere out of Florence County. They looked at me like I was lying and then I started getting bills from this other place!!

They really don't care about people
