The disorganization here is very disturbing. I cannot count the number of times my doctor has forgotten to send my prescriptions and refills to the pharmacy, causing me to go days without medications and the stress of having to call multiple times and make emergency appointments to fix the problem that the doctor caused. I'm currently on three attempts to get a simple refill after my doctor left me hanging yet again. The staff says they will help but whenever I call to follow up, nobody knows what I'm talking about and they can't even find the notes from my last appointment or the messages from my many attempts to get my medication. I do not feel like they care about patients at all.

Dr. Ghannadi is the best doctor I have visited in Vancouver. Very polite very knowledgeable and caring about the patients , and also a very positive energy running in the office .

This is your go to centre if you are looking to improve on skin appearance. Dr. Ghannadi is brilliantly informed. Fatemeh is one of the best estheticians in the Vancouver area. She will get your skin on the right track!

Dr. Ghannadi is extremely unprofessional with younger people. Thinks she can take advantage of them. Tells my daughter she’s “giving her this” and then when they’re paying she realizes it’s a 70$ dollar product and ask do I have to buy this and she says yes??? U can’t tell anyone what to do with their money first of all. She also had a procedure and was told it would be 70 at most, left with a bill of 270, without even letting her know this it would cost more, when my daughter tried to return the product she had a screaming fit in front of her, calling her names in her language. Disgusting. A money making business and if you’re not gonna spent as much as they want they start to scream at you …

The office itself has a good vibe and the receptionists are polite and helpful. The doctors are quick and on top of things as long as you are too, have had some paperwork problems and communication stumbles, but generally great care and friendly staff.

Dr Ghannadi, is one of the best doctors that I've known. We feel so blessed to have her as our doctor for more than 10 years. She is so amazing and dedicated and goes out of her way to help out her patients. Dr. Ghannadi's team are so helpful and they make sure things were taken care of. Very professional!!

I’ve been seeing Dr Ghannadi as my family physician for years and she is amazing. She is so thorough and caring. But what triggered me to write this review was the work she did on my knee scar. I had a scar on my knee for a year that was very obvious and prevented me for wearing a skirt or shorts. With only one session, Dr Ghannadi was able to remove the scar for me - it took a week of healing but it was well worth it. Now not only do I trust her as my family doctor, but also for any skin and beauty related medical issues too.

The most stressful and Un compassionate staff. Wouldn’t see myself or newborn baby for an emergency and sent us to a walk in clinic. My family has been going here for 30+ years and has gone utterly downhill. Rude, very rushed and overall a horrible experience since my baby was born.

I've been a patient here since 2006 when their clinic used to be on the 2nd floor of the building. Every time I have an appointment, I usually wait for an hour or so. It's so hard to plan another appointment like Physio or dental coz you never know what time you'll be called in. Just today, I've been calling their clinic and been on standby for 45 mins just for a prescription refill. SO FRUSTRATING!!!

The quality of care is good but the punctuality is terrible. Expect to wait up to one hour on a regular basis, even if you have an appointment. The staff are over-worked and do not respect other people's time. They think they're the only ones with busy lives. Being a bit late is understandable and even expected, but being regularly very overdue is just a lack of respect.

I am fortunate enough to have Dr.Holowenko as my GP. I have chronic health issues and she is on top of referring me to specialists to get support and having her staff call for follow-up appointments to discuss results etc. I have had 5 GPs in my adult life (I'm in my 40s) and she is one of the best. The staff are busy and efficient. When I have called for an emergency visit, they squeezed me in. I always try to keep my appointments to one or two issues max to be conscientious of the Dr's time - I understand that they can only bill for so much time (15 mins per visit, I think) and I also don't want to cause Dr.H to run late for my fellow patients. A friend recommended this clinic to me and I would recommend it to others.

Dr. Jessica Palmer has been wonderful to my wife and I, extremely caring and thorough. We have also found the staff there actually really nice which has been a change from other clinics we went to. We were happy to make this our family clinic and Dr. Palmer our family doctor. People who have had bad experiences may have trouble with the protocol at Ambleside. Works great for us!

Dr. Jessica Palmer is like an angel on earth but very smart as well. She is kind, caring and very professional and took the extra steps to ensure that my care was of the best quality with great solutions in a complex situation. Her follow up is excellent and keeps up to date on file progress.
