Been going here since I was little. My original doctor was Dr Kwang Yang. Now I see Dr, Felix. So lucky to have a doctor that really cares about your well being and listens to your concerns. My whole family goes here and we’re so fortunate.

Had an appointment with Dr. Ailin Li and was left feeling disappointed. She was not friendly and came off a little rude. I had some questions and she made me feel... dumb for asking? She made me feel quite flustered when I was asking for a prescription refill as I forgot the name, but I would hope that she could look through previous doctor notes and prescription history to find the one I was talking about or recommend an alternative? She made me feel rushed and did not seem like she cared about my concerns.

Oh my goooodd their voicemail is soooooo unprofessional. I don’t know who thought it was a good idea to have a 5 year old record the voice greeting for a medical office but I am now deaf in one ear. It’s loud, annoying, slow and has all the pauses a kid would make when reading script. Unbearable.

Awful front staff. Tried to make an appointment and was told I'd hear back within 24hours. 1 month later and still nothing. I had to follow up and they only had availability for 2 weeks later after that. 6 weeks from when inquiring to see the doctor... It's a shame because dr Yang is great. New location made parking horrendous. You need to park in other complex spots and hope you don't get caught. Their lot is always full.

It’s been years since covid and the doctor refuses to see her patients… she diagnosed me with strep throat over the phone and provided antibiotics, turns out I had the flu, not strep throat. These people couldn’t care less about the well being of their patients. The outside of their office is growing with mould and the receptionists are very rude and blunt. It’s unorganized and has a dentistry inside with rude employees. The whole place is dirty, unprofessional and disgusting. Do not go to this doctor, literally go anywhere else.

Everything is up and running, even in person gatherings are allowed. However, in person appointments are still not available here. what kinda management is that who doesn’t even know how to address the customers’ needs! More importantly, its a profession to serve others and this practice/policy doesn’t really manifest that. I’d suggest to get a new family doctor.

I've been going to Dr. Yang since I was a little girl, and have recently changed to Dr. Felix in my late adolescence and early adult years. Wait times can be slow, but that's not up to the doctor's to decide so I understand. Dr. Felix is my personal favourite. I've heard experiences with other doctor's and it's very subjective. I always suggest Felix to my family just to be safe.

Gateway Medical has been my family doctor for sometime. Dr. Lawrence is an excellent doctor. He is empathetic and listens to you. He does not brush you off and is always willing to lend a helping hand. He has been taking care of my family and has been fast and prompt. I highly recommend Dr. Lawrence and the other doctors at Gateway.

WORST DOCTOR K s Sekhon and Dr NIti ,I'VE EVER HAD. And I've had many doctors, both in terms of GPs and specialists in Surrey and overseas. Talks down to patients and gives lectures instead of medical advice. Has ten titles after his name but apparently none of them qualify him to practice . Completely out of touch with modern-day thinking and points fingers at patients ("See? I told you so!"). Uses "personality disorder" as an argument when he knows it hasn't been addressed and is therefore hurtful. Spends less time prescribing medication and then sends you on your way (whilst billing the gov't $120/visit).Always tell to the patient talk about one disease and make an appointment for next disease separately.. Seeing ANYONE else but him (honestly- talking to a stranger on the street) will get you better and cheaper medical advice. Receptionist is rude and disrespectful as well- part of a well-oiled team of scammers to scam you $40 for a doctor's note and $40 more for a duplicate copy.
Their Blood Pressure apparatus is always tells wrong reading. You can check at the same time in other place you will see the difference.
They are purchase by the pharmaceuticals companies so that they are prescribing their medicines.

We went for my brother face appointment.... he has some acne and dark circles... After trying few treatments from doctor Niti, my brother wasnt happy. So he told her that he wanted an dermatologist appointment but instead of listening to what my brother is saying.... doctor very rudely said to us that she cant refer him to dermatologist and that we are bullying her. We only asked for another treatment or just to have second appointment from dermatologist. I do not know how is this bullying to have an second opinion from more experienced doctor. She didnt listen to what we said and angrily told us to look for another doctor. Very bad experience here..please do not waste your time for a doctor who is so rude and does not know how to deal with patients. I would not recommend this doctor to anybody at all. Zero stars overall. Also the receptionist is busy answering phone calls, does not attend the customers in office and worst customer service ever from the medical profession. Highly disappointed from our own community....
