Please do not depend on this doctors surgery when ordering prescriptions they are as little as useless when you order from chemists they cannot get the prescriptions back to the chemist , actually making you phone doctors to see if they have been sent or phoning Chemist, we have enough stress with our health without the stress of obtaining medication , .

Disgusting useless practice full of rude unhelpful staff, would not get an appointment sorted for my nan who is unwell. Several times in the past when family have used this practice the Dr has insisted they "hurry up" as he has other patients to see.

Do yourself a favour and call 111 instead more helpful than this place.

Excellent practice. Saw Julie who was lovely, helpful and very welcoming both times. Repeat prescriptions are done quickly and can’t recommend enough Chase or Heath Hayes enough, great staff team!

Had the best experience with my job search with chase medical. The staff were extremely supportive and helpful throughout the process. I want to particularly thank Charlotte as she was the one to find the perfect job for me and was so incredibly lovely and made this process as smooth as it was.

So what is the point of having an online service to book repeat prescriptions when the Patient Access website says that the practice does not currently support patient access.
So ring up surgery and if you can get through to someone you only get told "we don't do repeat prescriptions over the phone"
Well if you don't do repeat prescriptions over the phone and not able to access facility online because the practice does not support it then that means I have to now take time off work to wait outside the surgery until it opens so i can post a repeat note in the box in the waiting room.
So much for technology and social distancing then.
Oh well of to Bolton and North Tyne side today to work in some lovely prisoner detention cells so shall pop into surgery like they want me to straight after work with all my lovely bio hazards buddies attached to my work clothes just to get my prescription ordered.
So stay safe people and listen to your Doctors, they know best and are here to look after you. ???
What a change since DR Thacker left the scene, I thought the Hippocratic oath was meant about helping the sick not the Bank manager.

Dr's receptionists are rude and have a dig a patients no wonder people jump of bridges.

Update: after a telling off via phone to call in the surgery and fill in forms for repeat prescriptions,
My eldest daughter dropped in to do just that.
Waited while the receptionist we re gossiping to be treated like an inconvenience. Pointed back to the place for repeat forms. No forms, which is why she asked in the first place. My daughter left and still has no medication guess who's got to no go back in the surgery. Like we have nothing better to do. Absolutely dread having to go in. When will they hire polite, understanding staff? I suppose if they know you it's a different story for us it's always a source of great anxiety to be point we are up and down with appointments and medications.

Very kind, understanding and helpful on reception again. Went above and beyond. Thank you ladies.

I haven't felt like a bother at all making my phone calls to the surgery.

Wonder service the each time I've called up. If you've got this far with my review you see a vast improvement of service. I am now very happy how the receptionist handle my calls and hopefully everyone else's.

They'll be no more updates from me, jobs a good en ;)

I have been given the best service possible at this practice over the last 6 weeks. The receptionists have always found appointments for me and offered alternative venues when necessary. The nurse was extremely empathetic and booked an appointment with a doctor because she realized it was important. The doctors have all been fantastic and urgent referrals to hospital requested. I feel very lucky to be a patient at this practice and thank everyone for my care.

This place is absolutely awful majority of reception staff are rude and incompetent! They somehow lost important forms of mine that had important information on and then spent 4 months giving me all sorts of excuses saying they x had them etc. I was finally told the truth with no apology. One particular doctor never listens and acts like you are more of annoyance then anything else! For someone with anxiety going to the doctors difficult enough as it is but when I went here it became a lot worse! Normally I never write bad reviews but I feel that this place needs one! So glad I've switched doctors now
