I was 17 just had my son and you guys turned me away when I walked into the emergency room. I had told the lady my age she didn’t even get my name yet and she said sorry can’t help you. The medical director should really step up about rejecting patients that need to be seen. I was considering suing horrible hospital don’t go here!

We took our 5yr old son here because he was having trouble breathing and was very pleased with the service here and everyone on staff. Very helpful, caring, detailed and made us feel comfortable. We will be coming here when needed.

I found this place because I had to get new insurance. I didn’t have a primary Dr and needed my bp meds filled. They gave a full exam and I got my medicine. Awesome staff! Thanks !

The best experience and super clean facility. Everyone there is super nice and friendly. Beyond grateful. They treated my son so well. My son said they are the nicest doctors. You get in and out super fast. Love this place!

Took my husband in today and we were in and out in 35 minutes! Phil (Dr. Suh) came in and was so friendly and approachable! He explained what was going on with my husband in a way that was understandable. He made us feel at ease, while providing care. This is my go to place for Urgent Care needs! This facility deserves a high 5 star rankings. I was treated very promptly as soon as arrived. Diagnostic quickly by the doctor and treatment was done by nurses asap. I am amazed how professional this location was. Great job! You are a very qualify medical facility in Lakewood.

We love Urgent Care Pros. With a four-year-old, we've (unfortunately) had to visit probably 7+ times in the last year, but every time, they get us in and out SO fast and everyone is so friendly, professional and respectful. This last visit, they gave our sick son a stuffed monkey and it really brightened his day. Grateful to have this option nearby when it's so hard to find a good doctor or to get an appointment. Thank you to the whole team there, you guys are the best.

I came here from out of town from Washington state and as seen right away! I went to the ER at 5am and was there until almost 8am and they didn’t even look at my issue, husband and I had to remind them and they still didn’t see me. So I left. I came to this urgent care and was Given the best service from everyone. I was in and out in about 20-35 mins. I even got my prescription in the same parking lot quick. I saw a
Review about being black and I’m telling you they didn’t act like that towards me. I don’t even get this type of service and respect back home. I was so impressed. Thank you guys for being amazing
