Partner couldn't get to see her GP, advised go to Sheppey walk in centre, on arrival told we needed an appointment, and none left for today, surely walk in means no appointments necessary

Had my blood taken by Antonio. He was so kind and helpful after I forgot my forms! Put me at ease once I finally found them, very gentle, barely felt a scratch!
Also the receptionist at the walk in clinic was kind, helpful and informative. Got a great memory for people too, would definitely pick her to be on a pub quiz team!

Absolutely shocking, went here with a chest infection and was told by the receptionist that I needed to go to medway hospital as they could not help me but by the expression by the nurse at medway they can't be bothered to treat you Truely shocking......

my wife went to the walk in centre at sheppey hospital today 8/10/23 as she was feeling unwell and felt she had a chest infection due to the symptoms. she was immediately seen by the on duty doctor who was very nice and she confirmed that she has a infection. my wife and i both attend this walk in centre as we find it much more convenient and a lot easier to get a appointment compared to calling our usual surgery where we always have to wait a month to be seen. the walk in centre is local to where we live and the opening hours are very good. the staff are always very friendly and helpful too.

Our own GP cancelled an appointment and it was urgent, the surgery advised us to go to this walk in clinic. At first I was dismayed with visions of waiting hours to be seen. How wrong I was we were met by a really lovely receptionist and after barely an hour seen by Dr Main Tahir who is one of the nicest doctors, listened carefully and prescribed what was needed. A first class service, like an wonderful oasis in a desert of generally failing NHS GP services. Well done to all of you at Sheppy Walk in GP centre.
