Could not recomennd them more highly.

Dr Andrew Sun was able to diagnose my son’s asthma induced after suffering from influenza A.
I would definitely recommend him due to his knowledge, professionalism & was able to prescribe the correct medication.
Dr Sun will now become his new GP.

Love this Doctor surgery, my go to Dr is Dr Gabriel Arokiasamy he is just out of this world, both myself and partner are so lucky to have found someone so caring and wants to help. Listens, respectful and other Drs are also amazing.

Botany Road Doctors is a lovely practice with friendly staff. I was completely impressed with Dr Gabriel Arokiasamy professionalism. He is pleasant to speak with at every appointment, always taking the time to listen to your issues and has shown true commitment to solve them. I highly recommend him without hesitation.

Best practice ever!! So thankful. They saw me on a whim and took care of me asap. The receptionist was amazing, as was the doctor. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Wish I lived closer. Their practice is thorough, empathetic and overall lovely. Thank you!!!

Dr. Omar is one of the best GPs I've seen. He explains the problem and the solution in an easy manner and doesn't rush me. Highly recommended.

The location is convenient though I had to walk around a bit to find it as a first timer. Basically when you enter the building, there's a spiral stairs.

Booked online, parked across the street but it looks like they have their own parking behind the building. Very easy check in process, no need to bring my
Medicare card cause they can pull it up on system. The wait on a weekday Wednesday was quick. They have a someone in training sitting in with the GP. A swift turnaround just to get paperwork for blood work. Will return everyone was very professional

Very upset. My first visit & consultation with this specific DR was quite unfriendly & came across condescending & patronising towards me. I was hesitant to speak up. I was close to walking out but kept my cool. Won’t deal with him again. The Receptionist was absolutely lovely and the practice is very tidy & clean. No waiting time.

Dr Omar treated each concern with importance instead of brushing me off like a regular GP and he took the time to listen. He was also great at explaining what my issues were without being too technical.

Visited Dr Omar Salem today for some script renewals and to join a new practice. First impressions count for everything. The location struck me as being unusual for a Medical Centre, however it's refreshing to not be going to a practice on a busy road. There's a nice vibe about the Cannery in general which made the experience a definite positive. Dr. Omar Salem is probably one of the nicest doctors I've ever met. He wasn't rushing to get me out for his next appointment and took the time to get to know me. On top of this the practice manager / receptionist (?) was welcoming, efficient and all up a lovely person to welcome me into the centre. I'll definitely be keeping Dr Omar Salem as my GP moving forward.

This is the best medical centre I've been to. From the friendly welcome by reception right through to the overall experience. Dr. Omar Salem is a fantastic doctor. He takes the time to listen, is not rushed and shows genuine care. Plus the medical centre is beautifully appointed. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment easily online, upon visiting the clinic for the first time the receptionist was friendly, offered me a drink and sat in me in a comfortable waiting area. Dr Omar Salem was interested in my concerns, got to know me and offered sound advice. Overall a great experience, would recommend.
