Renae was extremely pleasant and professional! Took care of all my issues quickly!
I ended up showing up late and the staff collaborated despite my tardiness and made sure that I was seen for my annual physical. Everything was addressed that needed to be and my appreciation was well received. Overall awesome staff and very compassionate.
Called at 4 pm about a suspected ear infection, got an appointment for 8:20 pm, was not expecting this at all! Arrived early, was seen early, and was walking out the door at 8:35 pm. Best office visit experience ever ❤️
Everything you want in a health care provider - convenient, welcoming, timely, caring. In each stage of an appointment, I've rarely waited more than five minutes, which is unheard of at most medical offices. I trust my full care to them implicitly.
They are horrible! Receptionist are rude and nasty to say the least with some sort of god complex while the nurses and doctors don’t listen to what you have to save, send you to anybody for anything don’t take illness seriously. I’ve had multiple problems with the practice even switching primary’s to Sharma vs the other doctor and it’s just ridiculous the lack of communication and accountability they take when you have serious health problems and are sick.
Wouldn"t even give the place 1 star if possible !! Went for a few years now because I was too lazy to find a better place and didn't want to deal with the hassle of finding a different doctor. Until today. today was the last straw and I won't go into detail, but I've had numerous issues over the past few years, actually one continuous health issuethat has never once been eleviated, though I do have a garbage bag of useless drugs I was prescribed over the years. Do yourself a huge favor and GO ANYPLACE ELSE !!
Lake shore primary care is absolutely the best medical practice! The staff is very friendly and the nurses and doctors are wonderful and extremely caring! I wouldn't trust my health to anyone but them. I highly recommend lake shore primary care. It's hard to become a patient but keep trying. It's so very worth the wait.
From the wonderful woman that greeted me and walked us through the items that were explained and signed, to the attentive and informative nurse, through the amazing provider that took time to listen, explain, and share info, to the assistance provided by the woman that concluded my appointment this experience was exactly how a well-run, professional, and caring health care providers office should be. Truly appreciated all they did.
Absolutely amazing! Doctor Sharma took me in immediately as I cut my eye and was in major pain but thanks to the team I’m all good and can see again! The whole team was AMAZING!!
I highly recommend Lakeshore Primary Care Associates! My two sons see Dr. Sara Cook. She is a wonderful physician. Incredibly intelligent, sympathetic, and quick to respond to any questions I might have.

After my doctor retired I picked Dr. Sharma on the advice of friends who had been going there for years. I couldn't be happier. Doctor Sharma is thorough and pleasant. Nurses are very knowledgeable and friendly.
I’ve been going to Sharma Family Medicine for years. While the medical staff nurses/doctors are great, their reception staff is awful. You have to call multiple times to get anything right or done. I have been trying to get a prescription filled and every month it’s the same song and dance. They claim they send the prescription over to my pharmacy and nothing gets sent and I have to call the office multiple times to get it done right and the reception staff gets annoyed by the calls and are rude on the phone. Very frustrating to go through every month.
Haven’t even had my first appointment. The reception staff is HORRIBLE. They told me the wrong date of my appointment on the phone when scheduling then when I went there they acted like I was the stupid one for coming on the wrong day. They also told me they couldn’t prescribe Prozac because it was a controlled substance….. how are you working in a doctors office thinking that Prozac, which so many people are on… is a controlled substance? Truly incompetent. Already looking to change doctors.
Lakeshore primary is very comfortable, professional and caring doctor’s office. I am very comfortable and happy they are my doctors! Dr. D’Angelo is a great doctor, very caring, a good listener, and very helpful with any issues I may have.
I’ve been going to LSPCA since I was a baby and do not see myself changing care providers! The staff is always welcoming, understanding, and helpful! I’ve never had a problem with making appointments or had any difficulty with any of the doctors, nurses, or providers I’ve ever seen at this office!
Excellent primary care providers! The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. Doctors and PAs are very knowledgeable, they listen well, and provide great health tips and care. I impressed with orderly office procedures and the overall commitment to a high level of professional health care.
The girl who took my vitals and check me into the room. I think her name was Marie. She was wonderful. I saw Jenelle for the first time a few weeks ago. Now she is my go to when I need appointments.
I’ve been going here since 2018 and I can easily say that I am ALWAYS satisfied with my care. Dr Sharma is knowledgeable and personable. She really cares for her patients and takes the time to answer my questions. Their office is efficient and I’ve never had to wait an extended period of time. Also, I quite frequently use their patient portal for questions and script renewals… her nurse Mike gets back to me in the same day. Great job team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I highly recommend Lakeshore Primary Care. The staff are kind and caring. They try their best to accommodate your every need. Melissa takes the time to truly listen to any concerns you have. I enjoy working with her. The facility is super clean and pleasantly decorated. I feel my concerns are heard and handled in a quick and professional manner.
Dr Sarah Cook is absolutely amazing. My daughter has had some extensive healthcare issues at a very early age and she has always been extremely attentive to all of her medical needs both physical and emotional. She goes above and beyond at every visit and always addresses all of our questions and concerns. The staff has also always been very kind and helpful whenever we’ve needed any assistance. My daughter has come such a long way over the years and so much of that is due to the fantastic care she has received at Lakeshore Primary Care. We can’t thank Dr. Cook enough for all that she’s done and continues to do!!!
Very pleased with my entire visit today. Friendly staff..Melissa is very professional and takes her time to listen to what you say and to do a thorough exam. You never feel rushed and that is becoming very rare in a time when you feel like you are on an assembly line at some Doctors office.
Once again, Jenna is the absolute best! She always takes her time to listen & explain things if needed. The care I get from LPC is wonderful! From the receptionist to the nurses to drs…everyone is welcoming & caring.
Dr. Kane spent a great deal of time with me for my annual physical and I had plenty of time to discuss all my questions with him. He was very informative and responsive. I always feel that I am getting excellent care and I really appreciate it.
