I stopped by the store to get two smoke brisket ball after I pay the bill, I asked if I can have hot sauce. The lady in the front asked the manager. if We have hot sauce she said no we out of hot sauce I was upset. I sat down. I was eating my food. Suddenly I see a box of hot sauce brought out this was in the morning 12 o’clock when I asked her she said I’m sorry I didn’t know we had hot sauce. with attitude you can tell she lying to her teeth I think you shouldn’t let people like this working as a manager. This is last time I will come to the store

Had their sandwiches at work event and picked the "Homemade Chicken Salad." First bite was ALL bread not even a tomato to help, beyond dry... Had to literally tear off the outside. I will say the middle that actually had chicken salad was very delicious. Cookie was ok, sweet nothing special.

I just wanted to share my experience I had with curbside pickup at this place for the first time. When I arrived, there were no parking spots available, and the restaurant is right in front of the street.
I ended up calling to ask where I should go, and the person who answered told me that if I wanted my order, I would have to get out of the car and go inside to fetch it, in a rude manner.
So, I parked over at the university campus and went inside to get my food. Thankfully, the food was good.
My only complaint is that they shouldn't even offer curbside pickup if there aren't any parking options available. It just doesn't make sense.

The subway location provides exceptional service with friendly staff who are always eager to customize your order. The shop is consistently clean, and the ingredients are fresh and well-stocked. It’s a great spot for a quick, delicious meal on the go.

The food is prepared very quickly, the location is fairly clean in a pleasant looking shopping center, the portions were MASSIVE for Chipotle and certainly worth the $9.75 for a bowl - no complaints here! I am always satisfied when I order from this location!

However, Alam was very insistent that I fill out the review and stopped listening to my order until I filled one out. Might be a language barrier but it seems this location's owner really pushes his employees to get reviews.

Nicholas was extremely accommodating in taking my order. He did not mind changing his gloves when asked to. Would recommend coming here again.

The owners are rude and nit professional. Today I went to pick up a costumer food because I'm a deliver at the same time costumer,one of the manager was playing around didn't have nothing ready waited until I come to pack wasting time.This is the reason why they cannot keep employees too long because of their nasty attitude.They beg people to give good reviews so they offer you 1 cookie as if people are starving.Most positive reviews you see it because they offer those costumers cookies in reverse of reviewing.Their breads are not fresh.bad company

Walked in and sat at the bar. Bartender was Tony and we were ignored for the entire time we sat at the bar. A young man from the kitchen had to come and take our order, punch it in on the kitchen computer, and then proceed to take care of us at the bar.
A man sat at the bar at 8:50 and sat right next to us. He was told he couldn’t order a hamburger, only pizza! Another lady came in at 9 and was told someone canceled her order, and she said it wasn’t her.
When we walked in, there was one gentlemen doing a pick up order and we were never spoken to or waited on by the bartender. Wish I could say I was the only one who experienced Tony’s lousy work ethic, but he continued with his rude remarks and treatment to other guests who came for pick-ups.
We never got an apology from Tony, but he apologized to other guests who didn’t have to experience his lack of customer service.

La Prima catered our outdoor farm wedding last weekend (90+ guests)), and everything was phenomenal. The food quality was excellent - received many compliments from our guests (even the picky ones) - and the menu variety they were able to offer included high-quality meat, seafood, vegetarian, and even vegan options (we had a passed appetizers and a buffet dinner service). We provided our own alcohol, but La Prima did the bartending, and their front-facing customer service was fantastic. In fact, all of their servers were great, accommodating requests such as walking around the entire reception area pouring one-off champagne glasses for every guest for our toast, etc. The lead caterer, I believe his name was Jose, was super attentive to our Sweetheart Table bringing us food from the buffet when we didn't have time to get it ourselves, and making sure our wine was always refilled. Loved everything about La Prima and would HIGHLY recommend for any wedding or similarly large fancy event.

The guy making my sandwich can’t hear, he doesn’t listen, or just doesn’t care. Him not putting the Italian seasoning and oil on the sandwich messed it up for me. And the Mac and cheese is not good

Credit where credit is due. This subway is a step above most. The staff were friendly and even chatted with me while prepping my sandwich. The inside is clean and orderly.

This is my favorite Mellow Mushroom. The food & service are both consistently great. Tonight, I brought my family who came in from out of town. They loved the experience & are considering bringing some back with them. It’s THAT good! Our server Madison was AWESOME! She took great care of us. I highly recommend this location.

Our server Madison was fantastic. She was very quick and kept our drinks refilled. We would ask for her again. really good food and it was hot! The music was a little loud but we managed.

In reality, very stingy franchise. They fake the machine not working/accepting coupons, put very little amounts of vegetables, correct you on pronunciations if you don't say it in an Indian accent, terrible attitude.
I just go here because most convenient location, otherwise I wouldn't. Quite unpleasable experience overall.

To preface, this is a restaurant we frequent and spend hundreds in throughout the year. We generally dine in. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh and hot. This past Sunday, we ordered a pizza for pickup. We arrived at the designated time and were presented the pizza for our inspection by opening the box lid. All looked fine and we left. Upon arriving home the pizza was cold, so we put it in the oven. After 15 minutes we plated the pizza for our dinner. The veggies were not cooked and when we got to the crust, it was raw in the center. Disgusted, I called the store to convey my experience. The woman who answered the phone responded by asking me if I had inspected the pizza prior to leaving. I said the pizza looked fine and a brief inspection would not have revealed the raw dough. She referred me to the manager who congratulated me on being proactive by reheating the pizza! He then suggested that I should have inspected the outer edges of the crust and requested pictures. When I suggested that he was unhelpful, he informed me that he was just investigating the situation. There was never an apology, never an offer to make things right. He was doubting the credibility of a frequent customer over a $20 pizza. Unbelievable!

The manager was extremely rude to me and my Wife. I didn’t get his name. He was of African descent. My Wife asked about Breakfast and he told her to go next door if she wanted breakfast. Which a Dunkin Donuts was next door. He then walked away without asking if she wanted something different. The other staff was rude and unhelpful as well. I would not go back under any circumstance.

I would give this place a 0 if I could. I am SO sorry I came in at 945 to order food. They close at 11 pm!? I don't care if you close at 930pm, and I walk in. I appreciate good service. The reception/ attitudes I received were cold as the ice, which was warmer. I have been to worse establishments and rec"d better service. All I am saying is if it is 1045 am or pm (closing), try to have a nice attitude toward your customer. Especially if you don't want to see nasty reviews here.

I was not in the mood to cook after being stuck in this Atlanta traffic!! Mellow Mushroom is our go to spot for pizza and wings and they are literally a 2 minute drive from my home.

The building is huge and Beautiful! I really love the decor. The food is wack! I ordered the lunch special. Selected pizza and house salad. They put too much of whatever it was on the crust. My pizza wasn't hot. I had to ask the server to check on it, it seems like it had been sitting on the back. My salad was very basic. Mushroom soup was mediocre. Cobb salad was good but skimpy. It did not look like the picture at all. My coworker ordered a pizza and it was soggy. The manage looked dumbfounded about what to do. It's been a while since I've been and it will be even longer when I go back. They have plenty of free parking.

Trying to plan a wedding by Lake Anna with a large guest list and many assorted dietary restrictions, we kept running into issues finding a company that came to our area and had an option for everyone. Catering By Seasons not only offered a menu that worked for our many varied dietary needs, but were willing to come all the way down from DC! The travel costs did of course make catering more expensive, but it was well worth it to know that every one of our guests would be able to safely partake in the meal :)
We were planning in the middle of the busy season, so responses could sometimes be delayed, but Leeanne made sure to answer all of our questions whether through email, text, or phone call, and worked with us as our attendance list kept changing, even the night before the wedding! We got so many compliments of the catering, especially the attentiveness of the servers. Thank you so much to Leeanne and all the staff who were willing to come down to the lake!

We hired Catering by Seasons for our wedding in the fall of 2023. Although the food was decent, the inappropriate treatment of wedding guests and other vendors, and consistent disregard for our requests disqualify any recommendations for her services.
Throughout the entire process - email communications, venue walkthrough, and even the event itself - the caterer was disrespectful to our planner, often trying to take over her job. She referred to our vendors repeatedly as "the help" and refused to let them go through the buffet line at the time that we, the clients, had decided.
The event coordinator consistently forced her own choices onto our event, despite clear and respectful communication on our end. For example, she ignored the table setup plans we discussed at our venue walkthrough, and as a result, the family of one of the brides (including parents and matron of honor) were stuck in the corner of the room rather than closest to our sweetheart table. At the reception, we had requested that the cake be placed on the table with the desserts so the guests could see it. Instead, Catering by Seasons placed our small 6-inch cake on a large table in the back of the room, so nobody saw it.
The event coordinator clearly scoffed at our flower and chuppah budget during the planning process and was disrespectful or explicitly rude to a number of guests on the day of the event. She verbally berated an elderly guest as they tried to leave the event hall to use the restroom before we made our entrance. She also belittled a guest who asked about a food allergy, after one of the caterer’s own servers mistakenly told a guest that all food was cooked in sesame oil, which the guest was allergic to and which also was not the case.
We did not feel as though food allergies were taken seriously. My wife is celiac, which we explained numerous times, but the event coordinator did not remember which items contained gluten at the tasting or the menu discussions that followed. Some of the sweet potatoes in one of the appetizers were so undercooked that they were inedible. The green beans and carrots on the dinner buffet were undercooked and the potatoes were cold, but the meats were good.

In Dec 2022, I decided to have a retirement/50th bday party at the NMAI with a budget of $25k.
Before I go into details about Ms. Keith, I wanted to talk about the other staff and food. The waitstaff, bartenders, and captain (I believe his name was Juan) were phenomenal. They were courteous and attentive. My Event Coordinator had high praise.
Overall the food was fine but there were a few issues.
⦁ Cold bread - I specifically advised Ms. Keith, several times because I love my carbs, that I wanted fresh warm bread and soft butter. I stated this so much that she put "warm bread and soft butter" in the proposal and I printed it on the guest menus. We receive cold, hard bread and soft butter.
⦁ The carrots and green beans were barely kissed by heat. I didn't mention I liked cooked veggies because they were perfectly made for the tasting.
⦁ The last guest table received small dollops of mashed potatoes as it seems the portions were not evenly distributed.
⦁ The salads were barely dressed. The salad received during the meal was not the salad served during the tasting.
Now on to Ms. Keith...
The friction came about because I believe Ms. Keith is used to getting the budget and general wants from the client then running and executing as she sees fit. Below briefly (dang character limit) outlines the concerns I sent her via email.
Abrasive - Ms. Keith's communication regarding her opposition to the table overlays was seriously lacking nuance. She acted like she was contributing funds to pay for the party. My Coordinator had to tell her 3 times, "we had this, let it go".
Condescending - I sent clarifying questions about the proposal and received cut/paste verbiage from the proposal as responses
Dismissive - I sent emails requesting information be sent (from a meeting that had taken place a month prior), with a week lead time as the deadline, and I received last minute piecemeal and pushback. She told me I was the only one to ever ask for an itemized statement and that she was super busy with other events.

On day of, my Event Coordinator was very frustrated because discussed details (a few suggested by Ms. Keith) were forgotten by Ms. Keith. Ms. Keith suggested a certain way to fold the napkins to hold the menus. We liked it and said yes, please do. On the day, My Event Coordinator asked about the fold and Ms. Keith acted like she didn't know what she was talking about. Another item was the dessert table. Ms. Keith had suggested a dessert table next to the dance floor and we liked it. On the day, My Event Coordinator asked about the table and again, Ms. Keith acted like she didn't know what she was talking about. I had purchased individual sanitizing wipes and asked my Coordinator to place on the napkin. Ms. Keith didn't like and asked my Coordinator if they could be moved to the side. My Coordinator said no, Nawana wanted them here. Ms. Keith asked a few more times, apparently not wanting them in her pictures (keep in mind she had nothing to do with the decor - I made the centerpieces and my Coordinator added to the look) and my Coordinator had to tell her several more times no, Nawana wanted them there. Ms. Keith asked my Coordinator about the number of seats at each table, and that info was sent via email weeks before.
Lastly, Ms. Keith's attire. This event was formal, she knew I had a custom, full-length gown made and the gentlemen wore tuxes. Ms. Keith wore an oversize, sloppy black shirt, faded black pants and scuffed up white tennis shoes. If she was going to remain unseen, absolutely no problem, but she was front and center during all aspects of the event - cocktail hour, dinner and start of the dancing. All others were sharply dressed. Ms. Keith looked out of place.
Ms. Keith made this harder than it should have been and frankly took the some of the joy. She offered free stuff at the end but I politely declined as I did not want anything other than what I paid for.
Before I go into details about Ms. Keith, I wanted to talk about the other staff and food. The waitstaff, bartenders, and captain (I believe his name was Juan) were phenomenal. They were courteous and attentive. My Event Coordinator had high praise.
Overall the food was fine but there were a few issues.
⦁ Cold bread - I specifically advised Ms. Keith, several times because I love my carbs, that I wanted fresh warm bread and soft butter. I stated this so much that she put "warm bread and soft butter" in the proposal and I printed it on the guest menus. We receive cold, hard bread and soft butter.
⦁ The carrots and green beans were barely kissed by heat. I didn't mention I liked cooked veggies because they were perfectly made for the tasting.
⦁ The last guest table received small dollops of mashed potatoes as it seems the portions were not evenly distributed.
⦁ The salads were barely dressed. The salad received during the meal was not the salad served during the tasting.
Now on to Ms. Keith...
The friction came about because I believe Ms. Keith is used to getting the budget and general wants from the client then running and executing as she sees fit. Below briefly (dang character limit) outlines the concerns I sent her via email.
Abrasive - Ms. Keith's communication regarding her opposition to the table overlays was seriously lacking nuance. She acted like she was contributing funds to pay for the party. My Coordinator had to tell her 3 times, "we had this, let it go".
Condescending - I sent clarifying questions about the proposal and received cut/paste verbiage from the proposal as responses
Dismissive - I sent emails requesting information be sent (from a meeting that had taken place a month prior), with a week lead time as the deadline, and I received last minute piecemeal and pushback. She told me I was the only one to ever ask for an itemized statement and that she was super busy with other events.

This was the second time I worked with Catering by Seasons for an event. The first time was during the beginning of the pandemic for an outdoor event. Despite the chaos that reigned that summer, the staff of Catering by Seasons were organized and efficient. The food was great and everything unfolded perfectly.
More recently, I worked with them for a smaller indoor event. We chose cold platters, like Charcuterie, Mezze, and a Cheese Board. The food exceeded my expectations and it was beautifully presented. As with the first event, they were timely, organized, and overall, wonderful.

Great food, great location. I’ve eaten Potbelly sandwiches in a lot of places with work travel but my wife and son’s first meal there. I had my usual wreck, wife had a BLTA. She said it was the best sandwich she’s had in a while. Fast and helpful, good food, kid friendly, easy parking.

The food is not as good as it used to be. My sandwich is dry and doesn’t have much flavor. I ordered the cold brew shake which tastes like nothing or maybe vanilla… I’m not sure because its so bland.

Came in and there was virtually no line. Workers gave substantial portions, much larger than what I’m used to at my home Chipotles. Food was great, tasted pretty standard for a Chipotle.

Catering by Seasons, and in particular Alberto and Glynis, were absolutely wonderful partners for our wedding reception! They stuck with us through 2 COVID reschedules and helped us stay on top of everything food related. When it came to our final, long-awaited day, Glynis helped us update our two-year-old menu to reflect seasonal food and their latest and greatest offerings, not to mention an incredible dessert table that everyone raved about! She gave us fantastic advice based on her industry experience, helped steer us towards things that would work well for our space and guests, and helped us finalize our choices without pushing us in a particular direction. We highly recommend working with this team!

First time visiting this chain and I was really impressed. The BBQ chicken was on point. Really enjoyed the crust and the sauce was just right. The best part was the service though. I came in late, not long before closing and the lady that took my take out order was just really really nice. After a long day and a 2 hour drive in from B-ham, this wary business traveller appreciated it. Keep up the good work MM, I'll be back! 👍

I come here all the time and I love love love chipotle. I’m a die hard fan. But today I felt really disrespected. Miguel was at the stand and I ordered double chicken. The portion he gave me was less than the normal portion so I asked if he could pls put more. ( I am paying an extra $5 for chicken, He picked up 2 pieces of chicken and put it in my bowl. Everyone else was so nice but him. I ordered 100 dollars worth of chipotle and he didn’t even smile or even say good morning. I was skimped and played today and I don’t appreciate that. Everyone needs to have good customer service cause I’m just supporting. He ruined my morning and everyone else’s food.

We hired Catering by Seasons for our April 2022 wedding, and they were amazing. They managed the rentals of tables, chairs, linens, plates, etc. in addition to catering the food and beverages. We provided the alcohol but they provided a bartender and ice. Every member of their team was kind and professional, from the booking, to the tasting, to the day itself. They say that the bride and groom don't have time to eat at their own wedding, but the Catering by Seasons team made sure we got a chance to eat and drink! They made us a little plate of appetizers so that we didn't have to completely miss out (since we were doing photos during cocktail hour), for example.
The food itself was delicious. Our guests have a variety of dietary restrictions, and they were able to accommodate everyone. Everyone said how good the food was! And they baked the cake, so we didn't have to hire an outside bakery. It was gorgeous and really good--moist and delicate.
Polly was my main point of contact and she was a joy to work with. I truly can't speak highly enough of Catering by Seasons. They are phenomenal. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning an event in this area!

I cannot say enough good things about Seasons and about Katie McAuliffe, our Event Manager. I initially contacted five our six caterers on our venue's approved list and Seasons was the only one to show me what I asked for -- a brunch menu. She was in contact with us for basically the entire year we were planning the wedding, and always had thoughtful answers for our many, many questions. I cannot stress enough how supported and respected we felt by Katie. We were invested at a level that's maybe not super common (we were interested to know the exact breakdown of the glassware, for example), but Katie was cheerful and helpful at every step. Whenever we wanted to do something unconventional she was 100% game. On the day of, the food was delicious (I recommend the mocha macarons in particular) and everyone commented on how excited they were to eat the food we'd been raving about all year. The staff were also super supportive as we dealt with needing to use our rain plan and when the venue made a mistake that impacted our catering service. I would absolutely recommend Catering by Seasons to anyone who wants to work with competent, caring professionals and then eat some delicious food.

We used La Prima College Park, MD for a Saturday event and they were extremely easy to work with. We made a last minute change without issue. The delivery staff was friendly and efficient. The food was fresh and delicious. We will definitely use La Prima's services again in the future.

La Prima in both College Park, MD and Alexandria, VA have catered a number of events for Case Design/Remodeling (including our Home Remodeling Seminars). We have been 100% satisfied with both the quality of their food and their high level of customer service. Upon delivering the food, they always ask if they can set it up, along with supplying all the needed accessories (i.e. napkins, plates, utensils) so that we don't have to worry. We continue to use them for our events, and I highly recommend them!

I have used La Prima Catering for events from as few as a half dozen people to up to 500, and not once have I had a single complaint. La Prima catering food is always good. Everyone when i call is very pleasant and everyone that comes is very nice and helpful. I have never had a problem with them and we use them for corporate lunch parties etc.
