I had an unusual experience here. Our server made several mistakes with our orders. For example, my mom ordered a salad but ended up with a soup due to a miscommunication. Later, she ordered fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, but received a dish with a meatball on top and shrimp on the side, which was incorrect. While the server did correct the errors, the situation took a turn when the manager was called over. The manager's approach felt confrontational, and when I expressed dissatisfaction in a survey, she loudly questioned us in front of other customers, making the situation very uncomfortable. The server appeared to be of South Asian descent, and the manager was a white woman with noticeable fake eyelashes and a rude demeanor.

Horrible experience every time! Why do i even try with this place anymore? Whether i order online or through Uber eats, I'm always disappointed. My order is always wrong! For example: tonight, i ordered a burrito bowl through ubereats. I asked for rice and no beans. What did i get? No rice, and a crap ton of beans. How does that make sense? I literally got a $2 refund through ubereats (bc they're dumb and I'm not sure why i use them anymore) which doesn't even cover what i paid.
That's just one example of my many messed up orders. Make it right!! I'm done wasting money here.
Honestly this chipotle is a joke. Everytime I order online for delivery, I’ll get a salad and they don’t put the dressing in there. It’s always at least 1 thing missing from an order. I’ve been quiet, not wanting to post a review, but it’s been the same for 2 years now. It’s not hard to understand when the mobile app order says the dressing as part of the order, you put the dressing in the bag. This store is a waste of my time and effort having to reach out to chipotle support every time I order. I think this was my last time ordering.
Our family has enjoyed Olive Garden across the country for almost 20 years, yet no experience matched our most recent dinner on 07/28/24 with Terrance as our server. Clearly an expert, he was incredibly attentive and perceptive. Everyone agreed, he makes his role look effortless, truly connecting with his guests. Service was the star, food was still excellent as always.
This chipotle is always getting my order wrong. I’ve been ordering from them for about a year now and my order has only been correct and up to standard a couple times. This particular time they gave me the complete wrong order! Their portions are so small so I always ask for extra of everything yet the bowls are still half full. I can’t even call in and speak with a manager. I’m not the only one having this issue. Everyone I know complains about his location. It’s terrible I have to go to a different one when this one is across the street from my house. I’ve also noticed that when you put a name of Hispanic origin on your order your meals tend to come better quality and WARMER. Just terrible. I hope you all actually read this review and take it into consideration. This is my last time ordering from here smh.

This place needs to be check. The prices do not match how other Chipotles charge you they price insane and High Prices for barely 47 grains of rice, 5 pieces of steak and that comes to a total of 19.71$ Dollars Typical Middle easter Scammers.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. We ordered thru the App and they delivered an order to our house we had to drive all the way back to the actual restaurant to tell them that we recieved an order for someone named Cynthia Williams & got my husband's order wrong. Do nor EVER ORDER from this location. They don't pay attention to the order. THE manager is an A hole.I called 5 times B4 being told they do NOT accept calls, so good luck on getting Customer Service.
I was craving some Chipotle and had just gotten into town. This was the closest one to my hotel so I went. When I went in it seemed pretty busy but they were eager to take my order. When I got up to the counter it seemed as if I was being rushed. I got a burrito bowl and had asked for a burrito shell on the side. I was moved down the line pretty quickly and when I got to the register and was ready to pay the employee there seemed to be distracted.
I ordered a bowl along with chips and a drink. When I got there for the pickup they were out of watermelon limeade and when I asked when it would be refilled one of the employees walked to the back and came back out to finish what he was doing (filling to go orders) no one came to me to say of the drink would be refilled or not and I waited five minutes just in case they were in the back making it. I ultimately left with some lemonade which I didn’t want and I don’t drink soda. It was between drinking lemonade or getting my money back but they were all too busy (it seems) to even ask why I was just standing next to the drink machine. As you can see they were basically all empty and the overall cleanliness of the store was terrible yet there was a woman “sweeping”
We were traveling from out of town the food was amazing as well as the staff! will definitely return.

I order carryout here often. Food is delicious. But the staff is NOT FRIENDLY. No one ever says thank you. And the place is always filthy. Tables and drink area always look like they go the entire day without being cleaned or wiped down. Smdh
The people who are at the front you know the greeters(in this case the non greeters) there are four people up front and none of them greet people because they are to busy on there phone or talking about other people to greet you.

Our server wasn’t that great, I guess they don’t like it when you order water, but that’s all we drink so who well. Our waiter was so bad someone else had to refill our waters and bring out our food.

To top it off we were seated in the Togo area it was awful just listening to the waiters talk, people coming in and out. It wasn’t good. We haven’t even been sat here. Awful awful.
The server was mediocre. He made multiple trips and took forever to take our meal order, then waited and had to remind him that some got an appetizer and an entree. He was not very tentative. The food was as expected. I tried a new drink that was good. Always nice to get the $6 take home meal per entree.

Since you deleted my first review, I will say again that people who think Dixie Bones is amazing don't know good BBQ. The pulled pork sandwich was flavorless, as was the mac and cheese. I didn't even finish the potato salad, which had a weird consistency and taste. I was very disappointed in my visit, as this place was so hyped up. I will not be back. If you can't stand the heat, then you should close the kitchen.

Nice place. First time eating at that "location" since they moved out of the strip mall a block down the road.

Very clean for being so close to I95 and the customers it brings in. Much better parking than before.
I've been a Dixie Bones Fan for about 20 years. I lived in the area when I was pregnant with my son who is now 20!! I'd crave it. Everyone who would come visit made a request to go. My fiancee and I scooped up lunch too take to his son who was home with his first born for the first time!!! Well we were the reinforcement!!!! Lol, he loved the food too!

Ordered rapid pick up. Picked up the salad. Was home before I realized they didn't bother to put chicken on it like they are supposed to. And since they leave ZERO options to provide feedback or remedy this issue, it's a 1 star here.

We had to pay with cash because their resister is broken. The AC was also broken or off, and they had their garage doors open to keep it cool inside. Food was okay, but many of the options I loved are now gone, such as the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. The drink dispenser was broken and we had to get soda cans from the cashier when we wanted drinks. The bathroom is disgusting, the floors being dirty and wet, graffiti on the sides of the stalls, one of the stalls being broken and didn’t close. Not only that, but there wasn’t any soap or paper towels in the bathroom. They forgot to make my brother and my mom’s food, we had to ask remind them the order since it was written down on a piece of paper and missed by the cashier.

The food was at least good but a little expensive for the environment, which doesn’t surprise me because we were likely one of five patrons present. Clearly the owner of the establishment no longer cares to keep it running as it did in the past, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it plans on closing down with how poorly it is being maintained. There’s somewhere around 10 - 15 TVs, with only one being on.

A disgrace to how good it used to be, and we will not be returning here. I don’t see why it is still running if the owner doesn’t care to maintain bare minimum necessities such as paper towels or soap in the bathroom, or their register.

Amazing experience primarily because of the restaurant manager Jose. It is so refreshing in this culture to have an individual who genuinely cares about professionalism and responsibility; an individual who isn’t lazy and thinks his job is somehow beneath him as if it didn’t matter how he conducts himself or approaches his job. This individual doesn’t waste his God-given breath in complacency, grumbling , complaining and/or some self-entitled attidtude. He cared for my family as if it were a 4 star restaurant. No job is meaningless. No moments in life are to be wasted. No responsibility is too little. No person is unimportant. He took care of my family. Thank you for the memory.

I gave service one star not because of the people, but how management conducts business in regards to their kiosks.

So here's a problem I have with this particular Panera.

Now, this review does not apply to all Paneras, but rather this particular location or others like it who have removed drink cups from the kiosk.

There's a notification within this location stating that if a drink is ordered at the kiosk, the customer must go up to the register, give their name so that the employee can look up and verify that they did purchase a drink, and then the employee will give the customer a cup

I can definitely understand this mindset. Otherwise a person could just walk up, grab a cup, get a drink, and walk off without paying. Nevertheless, the entire purpose of a kiosk is to avoid having to go up to the register.

I'm a member of their Sips program. I pay a monthly fee in order to obtain drinks at no charge. It's a great program for those that can access a Panera frequently and does so at a regular basis.

I do this because I do enjoy Panera coffee and so that I can go in, grab a drink, and walk out making my way to work or my day's errands.

There's no point in me using a kiosk and then having to wait in a line that goes all the way to the door just to get a cup.

Again, I pay a monthly fee and use the kiosk to avoid this very situation.

So what's the solution?

I'm not sure if this location is a franchise, but I would believe it if I discover that it was because a franchise owned by an individual rather than corporate Panera would worry about cups and drinks.

The only solution I can see comes down to two options.

1) The owner/operator accepts that there may be a few occasions where it dishonorable person will take a cup and drink without paying.

Or

2) Redesign the kiosk menu so that it can only be used for purchasing food or a drink WITH food. A person would have to wait for the food to be prepared at the cafe and they can get a drink with that food, so they would have to wait anyway. The only point of the kiosk would be to place their food order quickly so that it can get started rather than waiting in line. In terms of a person ONLY wanting to get a drink, the kiosk is completely useless, so the ability to order ONLY a drink should be removed.

Again, what is the point of a kiosk to order ONLY a drink if I still have to stand in a line for the cup?

Other Paneras I've been to (for example the one in Fredericksburg VA off of Carl D Silver parkway) still have the cups next to the kiosk. I don't know if it's a franchise or corporate, but I think that location simply accepts that the majority rules and the majority of people are honest and pay for the cup in which they take.

For businesses where customer service matters, it's better to make the majority happy.

I suspect that Panera's largest profit margin (corporate or franchise) doesn't come from the drinks anyway.

We ate here for our Friday night out meal. We’ve had Fuddruckers in other towns before. This location is older and definitely in need of some updating. The drink machines were broken so we were given cans of soda at $2.85 a piece. The place has a dozen TVs and not one of them was on or they were broken possibly. Also there are games in the front of the restaurant and one of them played this very annoying music loudly and constantly the whole time we were there. The food however was pretty good. I had a burger and fries the go to meal here. It was good but I’ve had better. Over all I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
I went here today and the food wasn't great, customer service was awesome though. The chicken sandwich was bland and lacked any seasoning. The mac was bland also and they placed shredded cheddar cheese on the top of my mac. It would have been fine without. Also, I had a baked been in my mac which I do not like. I'm not saying it was a bad experience but they need to season the food.

I actually went into labor🤰 in this restaurant 23 years ago and refused to leave without my collar greens because they are my favorite. I still feel that way today.🫶 Unfortunately, we're stationed in North Carolina now, so it's a little bit of a drive.🤣We stopped in this week to grab our favorite color greens and pork barbecue🐖. Of course, the muddy spuds 🥔were also delicious as always. The restaurant is always clean and has plenty of parking.

FILTHY. Disgusting. When the restaurant is dirty it makes you not want to eat there. Also portions are tiny for the price. I paid $7 for a sandwich that was a tiny square that was at most 2.5 inches wide/tall. I wont be returning to this location.

Save Fuddruckers!! I am fortunate to have a Fuddruckers near me as they are getting harder to come by. If you want a reasonable value for a burger, Fuddruckers ranks up there especially when you get to customize the burger yourself at the fixings bar. Check out my burger in the pics.

Went a few days ago and was very disappointed. This location is not like other fuddruckers I’ve been to, not only was the general vibe depressing it was a Saturday evening around 8pm and there were only 4 other customers in there. We tried 4 different tables before we found an actually clean one and most surfaces were sticky/grimy including the toppings bar. The cheese sauce tasted sour and was extremely thin and one of their 2 coke machines was out of coke products? I ordered the hand breaded chicken tenders and was sorely disappointed in the frozen school lunch tenders(pictures attached) that I received which looked nothing like the pictures on the wall, I also ordered wedges(also pictured in the wall) and received steak fries which isn’t even an option on the menu so I can only assume it wasn’t a mistake and that’s what you serve instead of wedges. If I had been informed about the fries I would have ordered a different kind. The only reason I didn’t ask for a refund was that I tried to power through the nasty tenders(the inside looked like a chicken nugget) and ate 2 and some fries before I gave up. Overall a horrible experience but from my many years of customer/food service experience I would guess this is a franchise owner/manager that is trying to cut costs due to slow business.

I wish I came when this place was in its prime. I was greeted by a "Cash Only" sign on the front door and more of them as walked in. When I got to the register, their shakes were also out of service. The shakes were the main reason I decided to go there. Anyway, there was a system outage of some sort. The cashier was not knowledgeable about what kind of plant based burger they had. She just said yes to everything I asked. I asked if it was a bean burger and she said yes. Then I asked if it was a beyond burger. She said yes again. I had to look up their ingredients to figure it out. I ordered my food and saw that they were understaffed. The register person was now the server.

As I waited for the food, I went to the restroom and saw that it wasn't clean and the paper towels were on top of the towel dispenser and not inside of it. Those are just little details I pay attention to. It's not sanitary for all patrons to grab the roll of paper to clean their hands. Moving on, the place is huge with outdoor seating. But the indoor seating looks like it was attacked my a tiger. Every other seat is eaten up. This place needs a major upgrade.

I got my food and went to get my drink at the machine and they were out of most of the drinks. Very disappointing. The lettuce in the salad bar was a little brown, but the other items looked ok. My burger was surprisingly good with my sweet potato fries. I recommend the sweet potato fries for sure.

This place is kid-friendly, so I understand why families go here. There are some arcade games right when you walk in and I guess the burgers are good. My sister did not like her turkey burger, but I liked mine. I guess you have to take a chance. I would go to Fuddruckers again, but never at this location, until they show this place some love.

Haven't been here in a while. It's really gone downhill since the last time I was here. The drink machine had about 3-5 choices, which was never mentioned by the guy behind the counter, until I brought it up. The restaurant is very clean, even behind the counter. I'm not sure if this is normal or because there was no one there. The food is good except the fries were not seasoned the way they normally were. They support veterans which is a plus.

We haven't had Dixie Bones in way to long. Today we were in the area and decided to treat ourselves. BOY was that a great choice. Still the same great food at a reasonable price. We got a pork platter with beans and rice, pork loaded tater, and to top it off a slice of chocolate and coconut cream pies. Yummmmmmy. Food coma is setting in lol. I highly recommend the collards.
Olive Garden is a popular Italian restaurant chain that offers a family-friendly dining experience. The restaurant is known for its casual atmosphere and affordable prices, as well as its selection of classic Italian dishes.

The menu at Olive Garden is extensive, featuring a range of appetizers, salads, soups, pasta dishes, and entrees. The food is generally good quality, and the portion sizes are generous. Some of the standout dishes include the pasta dishes, such as the Fettuccine Alfredo, and the chicken dishes, such as the Chicken Parmigiana.

The service at Olive Garden is generally friendly and attentive, with servers making an effort to ensure that diners have a pleasant experience. The restaurant is often busy, especially during peak hours, but the staff generally manages to keep up with the demand.

One of the standout features of Olive Garden is its unlimited salad and breadsticks, which are included with most entrees. This is a great value and a popular feature among diners. The salad is fresh and crisp, and the breadsticks are warm and flavorful.

Overall, Olive Garden is a decent option for those looking for a casual Italian dining experience. The food is generally good quality, and the prices are reasonable. While the restaurant may not offer the same level of quality or sophistication as a high-end Italian restaurant, it is a popular choice among families and those looking for a reliable, affordable meal.

The restaurant itself is spacious with a nice floorplan and ample parking. Unfortunately the restaurant is not very clean. Trash was all over the floors, under the tables - which didn't appear wiped off and clean either. I had the new Buffalo Chicken on a baguette and I don't think I'll try that again. I was just disappointed in this location.

I haven't been to Fuddruckers since the restaurant in Fredericksburg closed. I was very excited to find this one still open. The hostess/cashier patiently helped us with our order. Our food was delicious and hot when my name was called. I had the 2/3 pound bacon cheese burger it was almost to big to finish. My date had chicken wings which were cooked and seasoned to perfection. We also got some seasoned fries to share, which were crunchy perfection. Will definitely return next time we are in area.
Everything was amazing. The hostess was very friendly and our waitress was even friendlier. Our waitress was very attentive and ensured the food was correct and perfectly timed. She made sure we were done with plates and took them almost as soon as possible to keep our table clear. We had the salad and ordered meatballs as an appetizer, then both ordered plates of the shrimp and scallop fettuccini alfredo. Every food item came out perfectly as ordered and was deliciously prepared.

She ordered the Italian margarita and I got the Italian rum punch. Hers was great, tasted strong, and packed a punch. Mine was delicious, tasted like there was no alcohol at all, and packed the same punch.

Sorry I didn't get great pictures, I was too excited eating this greatness!
Great homemade BBQ, sides and desserts! We ordered the pulled pork sandwich with green beans and Mac, and a pulled pork platter with potato salad and baked beans, so we could share! Everything was fantastic and you could definitely tell every single item was homemade. We ordered a slice of pecan pie and coconut pie for dessert for the road. The service was kind and welcoming and quick to seat and serve us. They support law enforcement and seem to be a neighborhood staple with a lot of local character and sass! Definitely will be returning as a pitstop in our future travels!
Love that they opened this new location with a bigger dining room. I love coming here to study and always get a good meal with it. The staff is also nice.

A must visit BBQ spot, if your looking for an absolute great hole in the wall kinda place. From the great friendly staff to well price menu items, this restaurant will deliver. So fresh and flavorful were the dishes we order, yum!
Our waiter ( David) made our 1st time experience a good one. Thank you!
We will see you soon.
We've been coming here for years, the staff was nice, and helpful.
