Don’t trust these people who work here at chipotle. I am a pure vegetarian, I ordered a veggie bowl and I found meat pieces in my order. This is rediculous and not acceptable. Also, the place was a big mess, none of the tables were clean to dine in and when I asked them to clean it, a lady walked and literally wiped the table with a wet cloth, it left a very weird smell and wet texture on the table. We cleaned it again with the napkins. I don’t expect a proper restaurant service from them but cleaning table for their customers is the bare minimum they should do.
This place is not good at all.

I hate to complain about workers that are probably overworked and underpaid but the worker put gloves on to start my sandwich but before she went back to put veggies she touched the register with gloves on. She only used one finger to touch the screen and it was late so no other subway open near by. I took the sandwich but I will be enjoying it less having seen the lapse in hygiene and next time I'll have to enforce hygiene.

Don’t know what’s up with all the bad reviews on here. This chipotle is right by my job so frequent it very often. Every time I come here the staff is quick and efficient and my bowl is always fresh and had the appropriate portion sizes. One of the best Chipotles in the downtown area!

My friends and I walked to chipole and the sign says it closes at 10pm and they closed at 9:20pm and denied us of service. They said they already put all the food away and told us to leave. Please change the sign if you are not going to follow as it says.

The owner of this store is AMAZING! The store itself is very clean and the sandwiches were fresh. Also love their cookies. BEST Subway I’ve been to.

I came in around 3:30 am on New Years right after they had closed shop. The person working was very kind and opened the doors just for me. I was so thankful that she did this as I was so hungry at the time. Love this Subway!

This is technically the closest subway to me, but it is not my favorite. I always order my Subway ahead through the app, and if there are any deals, I apply them. There was a buy one get one promotion going on with this subway, and I checked out online. However, when I got to the store, they informed me that they were not going to honor the deal and made it seem like it was my fault for ordering a second subway for free lol. I told them they need to figure that one out with the subway app but that’s not my problem if It took it online.

So the food here was amazing, the service is outstanding but keep in mind there is a dress code when you go in, and the Atmosphere was superb! Our Host name was John I believe and he was amazing he also said that he was from Indiana, witch happened to be where we where visiting from. I highly recommend this place.

I was told to tap my card, and was immediately charged a 20% tip without the option to decline. That’s messed up, this is theft. This isn’t even the type of restaurant you would traditionally tip. I won’t be coming back.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Went there at 10:35 am and the doors were closed (opens at 10:30 am). The staff was clearly looking at me and ignoring me. I kept looking around confused because the hours were right on the door. Staff was clearly inside ignoring me and holding their smile as if I wasn’t a paying costumer. I ended up going next door to Jimmy Johns where they were happy to work. The staff was so unprofessional, don’t waste your time going there…

Ok guys, hear me out…. PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST HAPPY HOURS IN CHICAGO! The happy hour menu is attached. Sliders were absolutely delicious! The fries…. 🤤 the burrito… spicy and delicious! The crispy Brussel sprouts were not crispy, so if you love crispy, ask for them if they can make sure they’re crispy. The flavor of them were delicious! You literally can not go wrong with the 5 bucks deal! The location is fantastic! Downtown Chicago, can’t ask for a better location! Definitely coming back! The service was great! Very attentive!

Potbelly is my favorite sandwich shop. I ordered delivery thru the Potbelly app. This was the worst potbelly Sándwich I have ever had. My boyfriend also said It was “terrible”. Whoever made those sandwiches last night should be fired immediately! It was that Trash. They must not be trained right or they must be independently owned. DO NOT order from this location!! I recently visited Rosebud and overall, it was a decent experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, however it was a bit on the dark side in there. The menu had a good variety of Italian dishes to choose from. While the food was well-prepared and presented nicely, the temperature of my food was warm at best. The service was friendly, although there were a few minor hiccups with timing and attention to detail. Despite these shortcomings, it was still a decent meal.

I got the plain fried rice with no beans sprouts an extra egg. That is what you see in this photo. It was good. I also ordered the spicy beef. I wanted it to be like the Beijing beef from Panda express. They told me that it was and I was very sad when I got it. It’s this big beef stew that does not taste good & was oddly spicy. Nevertheless, the plain fried rice was good. Dark fried rice it’s a bit sweet because of the dark soy sauce it’s cooked in. I enjoyed my rice and the extra egg on top was great.

I’ve gone here 3 times hoping for a positive outcome and every single time my order is somehow messed up. I’ve tried using the app so there’s no confusion and they still somehow manage to give me the incorrect items.

This is the worst restaurant in Chicago.
1. Idk what the kind of meat they used, didn't taste like it's supposed to taste.
2. My food is very very very oily.
3. The food it just covered with sauce, no seasoning.
4. You must pay before you eat!!!! and the waiters ask for tip before bringing my food? (What the kind of restaurants of that!!!!)
5. We order crab ragoon and tasted like it was cooked in old oil.
6. The restaurant is not clean!!!!!!

I love Potbelly. It's almost always consistent, although this location isn't great. My chicken salad was borderline inedible due to the amount of salt. They also forgot our shake. I'll totally eat Potbelly again. Just not here.

Food is always amazing! When the craving hits my family and I drive over an hour 1 way to have 3 Happiness. Some regular favorites are beef and pea pods, beef chow fun, sweet and sour chicken, and combination fried rice. Only downside is the place is very small, maybe 6 tables max. And if using the restrooms, don't be claustrophobic getting to them. Despite those couple of somewhat negatives, it's soooo worth it!

Stopped here while on a work trip and during the Italian Festival on Taylor Street! The items on the special menu all sounded good. I had Grandma’s Gravy and it was delicious! I would like to come back and sit in the dining room, looked very classy and old school inside. They had the street blocked off and seating outside. It was a fun atmosphere!

I ordered a $12 Cesar salad. It came dry with a small cup of dressing on the side. The small cup was half filled. I did not enjoy eating the salad mostly dry. Also, some pieces of chicken had bone in them.

I volunteer for a global non-profit and had the absolute pleasure working with the General Manager, Stephen Randall, and his team.
During our week long stay at Loyola University, Stephen personally worked with me to provide 320 boxed lunches for our students and staff to enjoy on our trip to the Museum of Science and Industry. Not only were they able to accommodate the dietary restrictions of our group, they labeled every meal accordingly and provided additional help loading our vehicle.
Making one sandwich already requires a considerable amount of care and time, especially to make it custom to patrons but to make 320 - that takes dedication. We wanted to recognize the complete care and devotion of time to make this feat possible and we are so thankful for the outstanding work that Stephen and his team did for us.

During our week long stay at Loyola University, Stephen personally worked with me to provide 320 boxed lunches for our students and staff to enjoy on our trip to the Museum of Science and Industry. Not only were they able to accommodate the dietary restrictions of our group, they labeled every meal accordingly and provided additional help loading our vehicle.
Making one sandwich already requires a considerable amount of care and time, especially to make it custom to patrons but to make 320 - that takes dedication. We wanted to recognize the complete care and devotion of time to make this feat possible and we are so thankful for the outstanding work that Stephen and his team did for us.

We had never been to this location, only Rosebud on Rush St. We were missing out. This is some of the best Italian you will have in Chicago. The atmosphere is perfect, food was excellent and the service was impeccable. Very friendly staff that makes you feel welcome. We will be back.

Gotta admit if you want Chinese food gotta come to Chinatown. I got the combination rice and it was phenomenal 9.3. Their sweet n sour sauce is perfect for the added flavor to their fried rice. Also got the crab rangoon and yes sirrr these things are a bangin'...i mean brah it's better than any crab rangoon I've had 9.2....hit it with the sweet n sour sauce chef kiss💪🏾. A couple of egg rolls and it is a quality meal after you had a few drinks. Overall, 9.1...you would mistake the appearance of this place and miss out on the food. Must try.

I've ordered here several times because I live two blocks away and faster food options are limited nearby. The veggies and toppings have always been fresh for me, but the bread is absolutely DRY and horrible. I don't order toasted sandwiches and wondered for the longest time how things could be so stale. I recently noticed the bread-warmer-thing door is always open while I'm there. So it's like the bread is just drying out all day. Awful. I even asked the employee about it while noticing my bread looking like garbage and she said it was soft while poking the bread as it fell apart on the prep board, so I just walked out.
Also, I find they regularly cut the bread horribly (falling apart, in pieces) or just have bad attitudes in general. I get it. Being a sandwich artist isn't the most glamorous life. But I don't need to feel bad for buying a $10 dry sandwich.
The still-existing COVID whatever with barriers for ordering and bathrooms are also... just not cute. You can't hear anyone ordering because you force them to be 10 feet away!

Got the Greek Pocket and it was very delicious. The size of two meals at least and inexpensive. There are lots of vegetarian options! The people working there were so kind and the service was incredibly quick. Would recommend, I’m looking forward to getting a calzone next time :)

This was an incredible experience. From the wonderful service to the absolutely exceptional food, it was awesome. I will warn you, DON'T think these portions are like your typical restaurant. They are HUGE! I had the chicken parm and had never seen a portion so large. It was the same with the "piece" of carrot cake my wife and I intended to share, only to find it was a quarter of the entire cake. Add to that the quality of the food's taste and you have a winning combination.
This is no exaggeration and I've attached pictures to prove it. Did I mention the ambiance? Thank you to the wonderful staff for making this experience so special for us!

A nice but largely unremarkable Italian-American restaurant. The warm bread at the beginning was yummy and the drinks were well-prepared. For food, we had the seafood salad, which was alright but unfortunately the seafood was not the freshest that Chicago has to offer. Also, the scungilli (snail) could have been shaved more thinly, so as to catch the very flavorful lemon vinaigrette. We also had a side of momma’s meatballs, which were lovely and perfectly cooked! The restaurant itself is somewhat dark, but otherwise I appreciated all the wood and brown tones. The vibe from the waitstaff felt strange - everyone appeared to be running around and on edge. The food, service, and ambiance are not worth the price.

I’m often not compelled to write a negative review, but this was truly a terrible experience, and I would like to be contacted by Potbelly management to remedy this. I arrived to pick up my order which was estimated for 11:49, after placing the order 10 min prior. It was understandably busy, but the cashier was rude and dismissive. After a bunch of orders started piling up behind her, she finally brought them over to the shelf at 12:04pm—making me late for my meeting. My sandwich did not contain the bacon that I paid an additional $2.69 for. When I called to address this issue, no one picked up the phone, hence no one can refund me for the issue with my order.

This potbelly provides pretty good service and taste in comparison to other potbellys. There is another potbelly near Ogilvie and this restaurant is much better than that one as the other one constantly has problems and poor service, whereas the service here is very good and they make the sandwiches well.

Front counter/ pickup station/ cashier so unprofessional. My pickup order wasn't ready when i walked and I had to wait about 5 mins. This was expected, I just placed the order on the way down. When customers walk in and you see them standing there a "hi ma'am did you have a pickup order? It's still being prepared, coming right up" would have went a long way instead of acting like you didnt see me and not saying a word. Showed up to pick up an order. It was ready and behind the register. When I walked up and asked for it there was only one other person in the shop. Nathan told me to wait. So I waited over 5 min. As he finished sandwiches and cleaning a blender. AVOID this Chipotle at all costs, especially if you are placing an online order. I arrived on time for my pickup order, waited 15 minutes in case they were running behind, only to ask them about my order and clearly no one had been monitoring the online orders. I finally get my order, leave, only to find later that it is the wrong bowl that includes a ton meat when I ordered vegetarian. I can’t even complain on the app because whoever is working still did not mark my order as completed. Workers are extremely confused and clearly management is awful.

I received stellar customer service yesterday that deserves recognition. I placed an order on the app, and it was delivered via DoorDash. Unfortunately the driver gave me someone else's order, and when I called the store they immediately remade my order and an employee *walked it* to my doorstep. Talk about going above and beyond!

First I think this Subway is intentionally putting the wrong address and store number on the receipt so people can't submit complains online.
They do not respect the subway formula when it comes to sandwiches. I bought a Wrap and was given two half scoops of chicken. I asked he gentleman that was working what was the actual formula for wraps? he said yes . He went ahead was ready to charge me for extra cheese. The official formula for wraps is same as a footlong. What I was served was the equivalent of a 6 inch with only 2 slices of American cheese instead of 4 as suggested by the formula. They are cheating their customers.
One other thing is their bathroom is always close for cleaning no matter what time of the day.
One last thing, they sometimes have some ladies working there and they never wear hair nets. It's awful that with everything going around they do not have a clue of what sanitation is. I am not even sure if anybody working there have a sanitation certification.

I had the BBQ Chicken Wrap on my first visit to Pockets. I thought the wrap was good overall. In my opinion, it seemed a bit heavy on the lettuce vs chicken ratio. Wrap, chips, and a can of pop were about $15.

A clean Chipotle. Staff was fast and efficient. We got there right after it opened so there was no line. I had a 3 point veggie burrito and my husband had a chicken bowl. We both got regular fountain drinks. My burrito was very good. Will definitely stop again.

This subway is worst with its timings. They say they are open till 9pm but i always find it closed after 7. Atleast they should update their timings so that people are not fooled around.

I was having a hard time placing a catering order on the website. I called this location and Julian was a great help. He was able to help me out and get my delivery here on time for a team outing. He was patient and understood the frustration I was having with placing an order on the website.

This location is ran very well. Super clean, quick, and the food is always fresh. They are just as good, if not better than Chipotle (cooked steak and queso cheese).

Asked for a BLTA with no tomato and the worker confirmed everything but no tomato and gave me this nasty mess. I also got a veggie melt and they just threw mushrooms all over it. I waited awhile for such a simple order.

If zero stars were an option; that's what I'd give. The two men working there this morning emitted no basic human interaction skills. The conversation that they were having amongst themselves apparently was deemed more important than greeting their only customer. While speaking in their native tongue one of the duo looked me in my face , and walked to the back. Neither engaged in my good morning greeting to them. These actions led me to walk out. I don't patron places that don't acknowledge the presence of folks. Especially when the business is run by folks of color that aren't Black, but they're based in a Black neighborhood. As stated. This has been my second or third time here, and it's loud and clear that there is a disdain for the folks who live within this community.

Worker had no idea how to use his own cash register to scan coupon. On top of that had to wait 10 minutes outside as worker had sign on the door that said “be back in 5 mins”

This place is AWESOME. Had a Southwest pocket sandwich, and the Gobbler hot sandwich and both were amazing. Super fresh, clean environment, and really good flavors. Not your average salad restaurant, will definitely return to try more of the menu.

Took a coupon for a free drink and chips with any footlong purchase. Coupon was good till November. Was charged for all three. Clerk said I needed to pay for all three. I even held up the coupon and read it aloud. She finally agreed to give me the chips for free, but not the drink. I told her to take the drink off the check and gave it back. Sandwich was fine, but it is the last one I will ever buy there.

While the food was good, the staff were the most difficult and disrespectful I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Half of the seating area was closed off during the middle of the day, and high top chairs are difficult to access with a bad knee. Staff were more concerned with talking amongst one another than assisting the pile up of customers in the front, and the girl there had an attitude when taking orders. It doesn't help that she was extremely difficult to understand, and was hard of hearing as well. Having visited other locations I know this isn't an issue, but this experience was unacceptable all around.

Was in this Subway location for no less then 10 mins. I like subway and since it's light raining I considered going in a purchasing something. When I first came in she asked me if I was gonna buy something, I told her yeah give one moment. She asked me again after about 5 mins passed by and I told her no thank you I have to go. She rudely commented you can't just sit here, it's for customers. I told her I was gonna buy something I wasn't here long but now I have to go, there was no customers at subways at 6:45 am until I was leaving out the door one young woman came in. I feel like restaurants shouldn't force customers to buy something especially if not everyone that walks in is expected to buy something. I hope this helps.

Food was alright. I got the rotisserie chicken sandwich and the meat tasted old and weird. I always get the rotisserie chicken sandwich at other locations, but this was my first time at this location and I was disappointed. It tasted like a lot of dark meat and it tasted old and stale. They were advertising the new sunflower crunch bread, but did not have any when I asked for it. The service was slow. Parking is terrible at this location, so if you're not walking beware. I usually like Subway, but I was disappointed with this location.

Fast and Fresh! First time visitor. Went for the original turkey w/pita and the balance of fresh cool veggies and a soft warm pita hit the spot. Completely flavorful with a side of ranch to add, but did not require it. Service was quick, and the gentleman who helped me was almost too quick to understand, but respectfully took my order and proceeded to make it himself. Clean tables, but I wasn’t sure if I should wait for the meal or so they bring it to you. It a lot of signage, and no place to recycle my empty bottle when putting your own trash away. Not enough negatives to deter my rating.

If I could give negative stars I would. This Subway location does not use air conditioning so it smells terrible inside and all of the vegetables are soggy, wilted, and turning brown from the heat. Super gross.
