I can’t tell you how many times I have eaten at this Chipotle and it’s always clean and the employees friendly… The food is always good too
There were little bugs crawling all over the prep area where they make your order. They were out of many things, like Pico de Gallo, guacamole, some meats, and cheese. The place was a disaster. Every table was dirty. There was food and trash all over the floor. The drink area was gross and the tea containers were also empty. The trash cans were over flowing. This place has gone down hill so fast. So sad, because we are big Chipotle fans.
Food wasn't fresh. The meat was so salty it was impossible to eat. Me and my wife got the same thing but the burritos are completely different in size and weight. The girl rolling the burritos obviously didn't know how to do so. Not worth it
Moe's Southwest Grill is only 1 block away and much better in this town. Right next door to Fire House sandwich and a Tesla charger station.
Also, Panera, Jersey Mike's, Red lobster, Olive Garden, and all other national fast food is within one mile from the interstate highway exit.
Food was ice cold as soon as I got back to my car. Also, the manager was standing in front of 50+ bags of cold and stale tortilla chips. I asked if they were all made at 10am opening, and she admitted that it was standard store policy. (The deep fryers were cold and shut down with other cooking pans stacked on top)
Because of a Xmas gift card, I showed up in person at 6pm on a Thursday and all the bins for steak, chicken, and, pork were dried and empty. The other bins were low. See pics. Saw one cook slicing a single flank steak which was not enough for my single order of two burritos and they had unused pots and pans covering most of the stove tops and other cooking surfaces. No gloves or masks by the cook handling post-cooked food. The service staff looked at me sideways for suggesting there be meat in the bins before I order and offered to scrape the crusty cheese queso bin for an extra charge. When I declined to take the dried crusty queso, they magically appeared a fresh bin full of queso. I wanted it, but declined because I was unwilling to reward that behavior with additional money.
Update: the Corp office asked me to fill out a web form and wouldn't accept more than 1 pic above 750kb (most phones take 5mb pics)
Update #2: I needed to zero out the $50 gift card with a 2nd order of two Carne Asada Burritos. I told the staffer to alert me before adding any ingredient which would cost extra.
The 2nd thing added was the ToFu and they tried real hard to get me to pay for two proteins. The manager got involved and she tried real hard to convince me to pay more, when I refused to pay more than $12 per burrito, she threw the whole thing in the trash and started anew. I was ok with her choice.
Also half the bins of ingredients were empty again, and this time, it was 4pm.
I gifted / donated the last 12 cents remaining on the gift card to the manager so that a future customer doesn't have to argue about 12 cents. The manager seemed like she was going to throw the gift card in the trash as soon as I left.

This is one of our families favorite restaurants in Lake City. They have the best burrito bowls and amazingly fresh ingredients. The staff always do their best to make sure we have good food and a pleasant experience. My boys love it because of the protein packed food with great tastes that really compliment their work out and dietary goals. My wife and I like it for the taste as well as being a healthy choice.
If you order online when they open it will tell you pick up is 10:50. Yet when you pull up at 10:54 the girl in the window with the septum will get pissed at you and tell you “WE JUST OPENED FOOD ISN’T EVEN ON THE TABLE YET YOU’LL HAVE TO COME BACK IN A LITTLE” okay so ONE yeah you JUST opened to the PUBLIC. And Two if your corporate manager will not let you guys come in 30-60 minutes before your shift to make the food then you should have your attitude to the big guys. I didn’t do anything other than tell you my name and I’m here for a pick up. When you have an open time that should be open to the public time. Not the time you start cooking. Now I’m scared she spit in my food all because I came to get my food when the APP said it would be ready. Maybe she is half asleep and just agitated I’ll give her that. But don’t make me feel bad for coming to pick up my order and you guys didn’t cook yet. Like really? Open at 11 then.
The food usually taste good so I won’t complain there. If you DoorDash they like to miss some items here or there so there’s that but I just want to leave this review for people who like to get lunch a little early just know you might have to wait 20 minutes to pick it up after the schedule time.
Update as of 11:00 order still not ready. So 15 min since you’ve “opened” to the public and food isn’t “on the table” it is 1107 now I finally got my food and the girl was much nicer after I picked it up still leaving the review because you guys need to understand that when you open to the public your food should be ready to go

We pulled into this Chipotle for dinner after seeing all our options, and knowing this one would be comfort food on the road home. It was clean and looked new, but it’s been here for 3 years. Husband loves Chipotle, but I’ve only been once or twice near home, and have always shared a bowl with Husband.

Tonight we each got a chicken burrito. Mine was a little more adventurous as I added queso blanco to his order of rice, beans, chicken and shredded cheese. Michelle took care of us, and she was friendly and quick.

We both enjoyed our burritos. They were good! I guess I’ll have to give our local Chipotle a try more often!
FRESH & CLEAN! Road trip stop & highly pleased! Easy access to turn into location. Food was fresh. Clean newer location. Use the Chipotle app for awards. Drive Thur requires you to order ahead. Employees were polite. I would recommend this location. Leave a review for others.
