Our first time visiting-If you’re looking for a delightful dining experience, Bonefish Grill should be at the top of your list. Our recent visit was nothing short of spectacular, showcasing a menu that sings with flavor and freshness. Derek was our waiter and he was attentive and detailed.

I opted for the bourbon glazed salmon, which arrived perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The salmon was tender and flaky, complemented beautifully by the roasted potatoes that were seasoned to perfection. Each bite was a harmonious blend of sweetness from the glaze and the savory earthiness of the potatoes—simply delicious!

My husband chose the sirloin and crab cake, and he was equally impressed. The sirloin was juicy and cooked exactly to his preference, while the crab cake was fresh, with a delicate balance of spices that highlighted the succulent crabmeat. It was evident that both dishes were prepared with care and expertise.

To kick off our meal, we indulged in the renowned bang bang shrimp as an appetizer, and let me tell you, it deserves all the accolades! The shrimp were crispy yet tender, drizzled with a spicy, creamy sauce that left us craving more—a definite chef’s kiss moment.

We couldn't resist pairing our meal with a pineapple martini, which was a refreshing addition to our dining experience. It was vibrant and perfectly balanced, making it the ideal complement to our meal.

I absolutely love Bonefish Grill! I recently went there with 12 of my best girlfriends for my birthday and they were able to accommodate not just my group with food but the service was great. Because there were so many of us there was two tables but we were right together anyway and we had two servers responsible for my party. Everyone that was their love their food it was delicious presentation was outstanding and the service was really good as well. The only thing that I would say wasn't exceptional was them for getting and having to be reminded a few times to bring lemon to the table or a small to-go container. But outside of that the waiter and waitress were exceptional. I would highly recommend this place if you like seafood even if you don't they had excellent food one of my cousins had a burger and my baby cousin loved her mac and cheese and French fries. Anyway I would highly recommend this restaurant and make sure you make a reservation because the place is always packed. I had the corn and clam chowder I think is what it's called, and I also had it was an orange roughy dish with asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes. Absolutely delicious

Great experience at their Thursday night 4 course bourbon cocktail pairing! The service was great. The 1st course was my favorite! All of the cocktails were excellent. Looking forward to the next pairing...

The worker added extra cheese and wouldn’t take it off even though I didn’t ask for it . Then I was charged for it.

First time going here, and I actually have nothing negative to say. It was a wonderful experience for our anniversary. The ambiance was cozy, and our waitress & the food was excellent. We'll definitely be back!

I had an amazing first time. My waiter was DAVID and he was AWESOME! Please ask for him! He was very kind, welcoming and attentive. The food was amazing! I had the bang bang shrimp and they were soooo good! Then for my entree i got the Atlantic shrimp, mashed potatoes and asparagus….LOVED IT!!! I’ll definitely be back!! Everything was 10/10🙌🏾🙌🏾

Whoever took this place doesn't know how to cook bread. The sandwich I got was half dough not cooked at all. All there bread looked that way. I could not eat anything. All garbage!! I will never go back.

Bonefish offers a seasonal dynamite salmon. It’s hands down one of my favorite dishes. I had it with a side of elote. This dish was absolutely amazing. I went during a busy time so the service was slow but the food was really good.

My experience at bonefish was lovely. The staff was lovely and helpful, also very friendly. They gave good recommendations and were attentive to guests' needs.
The calamari was so small it was hard to eat almost, and their crab fries were tasty, but not good for sharing.
My steak was medium and perfectly cooked, temperature wise, could have had a better sear in my opinion. Brussel sprouts were nicely seasoned, but definitely had a bitter aftertaste. The mac and cheese had great texture but lacked depth in the flavor. My crab cake was almost too soft and barely stayed on my fork.
Salad was amazing, drinks were fantastic and the bread they give you was so good with what I believe was chimichurri oil.
I know it wasn't my birthday, but both desserts had coconut flakes in them and I absolutely DESPISE coconut flakes. So I'm glad I didn't have to eat it, but if I was given a key lime cheese cake with coconut on my birthday, it would have disappointed me.
But definitely worth a date night or a birthday meal!

We had the bang bang shrimp appetizer, which was flavorful and plentiful. My blackened shrimp tacos weren't really blackened, but were still good. My friend had the parmesan-crusted trout which he enjoyed. Our server, Brandy, was very pleasant and attentive despite being busy. I liked that she dated my leftover container.

I opened my member ship two days ago and i tried the decaf coffe it was so cold the cashier said they don't have a warm cup for me , definitely I'm canceling my membership and wont come back again.

Very nice. Food was tasty and fresh. Perfect food for after a workout. The 'Sandwich Artist' made mine perfect and I made sure to tip. What she really did right was make sure to close my sub right. I like a lot of veggies, and she used the cutting to knife ensure a proper fold. I used to work at a Subway and I know it's not easy. Some whack Subways will just wrap it up without attempting to fold it. That's so unprofessional and sloppy. Not here. She did an amazing job. Thank you.

Just left Panera/Orland Park 04/14/24 usually they are a 5 star service here, today 1 star service on the first 80° day of the year they gave me a large green ice tea with 5-6 mini ice cubes that melted before I got a block away and a hard old cinnamon roll couldn't go back I am at work and went through the drive-thru to order don't have time to wait to get my order corrected SMH..........

The manager was working the front end. She wasn't friendly at all. Told us a 20 minute wait, but there wasn't anyone in the restaurant.
Our server was a younger man, who was too soft spoken and he apparently didn't understand what we wanted.
Really need to listen to your customers. Our salad had to be sent back, it was soaking wet in the dressing. There was so much brown lettuce that it shouldn't have even been brought out.
Asked for the unlimited Alfredo, but was charged for all of them.

Yesterday I took my husband to dinner for his birthday. We never go out to dinner, so this was a big deal for us. Since the pandemic and all of the germs going around, we took a chance to go to dinner for once instead of cooking like we always do. Let me start with how watery and soggy the salad was. It was doused in dressing. The bread sticks were unbearably rock hard. I've never had bread sticks from olive garden that were as hard as bricks. When our meals came, you wouldn't believe how scalding hot the plates were. They were so hot that our waiter burned his hand so badly and had to run off to curse under his breath because of how hot the plates were. When he returned back we asked if our food was microwaved. His response was, "we don't have a microwave. We have never had a microwave." Every single restaurant always has a microwave in the kitchen. My husband and I have both worked in several restaurants, and there was always a microwave. Our food was so soggy, and the noodles were definitely heated in the microwave. The fettuccine sauce had absolutely no flavor. We asked for our chicken to be crispy, and it was extremely soggy. The broccoli was so bland and had no flavor as well. All in all, this was a very disappointing dinner and a waste of time and money. I cook better than that and feel terrible that my husband had this experience on his birthday. Not to mention all of the people coughing and not covering their mouths while others were eating. This olive garden definitely went down the drain. It definitely isn't what it used to be. I can't believe how terrible the food and the service were. I will never be returning to Olive Garden ever again.

Loved sitting by fireplace! Very nice atmosphere. Wonderful server, sorry I didn't get her name. Good adult drinks! Loved the berry sangria ! All of our food was excellent. Fast service! And I git a free desert for my birthday!!

Stopped in for dinner with the family today and the food did not disappoint!

I got the same as always, choose my own pasta with meat sauce and meatballs with the zuppa toscana. Food was delicious..10/10.

This was our first time at this location and it was very welcoming with a great staff. Our waiter was very nice and on top of everything. The table next to us was extremely loud but we didn’t say anything, the waiter did ask them to keep it down and we very much appreciated that! I think his name was Mo.

We will definitely be going back!

Upon our entry, a delightful hostess smiled brightly and readied our menus as another host put our number in the little magic box that provided information to whom would have our table. We were then expeditiously handed off to the next hostess...in training who escorted us to our table with a swift an authentic glance, and a genuine smile. Three employees eloquently working together to ensure efficiency and comfort. Kudos to the manager for fine-tuning a well-oiled instrument. I hope the employes know/feel that each fellow employee has their back...as we were cared for by more than just our waitress throughout the entire meal. Well done, Olive Garden.

Went to pick up a mobile order. Arrived at the designated time. Waited more than 10 minutes. When I got my food and brought it home, it was ice cold.

I’ve had issues with this location many other times as well. Cold food, missing items, etc.

Update 4/21:
Gave them one more try and my order was wrong again. I will no longer visit this location.
Also, regarding the response below suggesting that I contact Potbelly customer service via email: Already did that and received no response.

Went in grabbing what I thought was a quick and simple lunch two pick your pairs soup and salad and sandwich and salad my salads were just toppings and a few random pieces lettuce. Was told that whatever lettuce I got was what was on the truck. I was however offered they be remade but I was already two far for that... Just wanted to have lunch today is all... Why not make them correctly the first time confused 🤔

I usually order out but it's always hot and yummy and the people working there are friendly and quick.

We ordered one of the family plan meals for pickup. Two of the sandwiches were incorrect. The soup was so watery and unappealing we could not eat it. This location is very hit or miss, as this is not the first time we have had a problem. If there was more consistency we would get food from here more often since when it is right the food is good.

Chill spot with good food. Both my wife and I enjoyed our meals. The service was friendly and welcoming. Would come here again

I came in for my free sandwich reward at Orland Park because I would thought it be closer and more convenient and unfortunately it was not because they gave me less meat and they took forever to make a sandwich. I like going to Lennox because they always take care of their custom customers. I’m sorry this one does not only seem overwhelmed and untrained.

Associates have no experience and are completely incapable of helping you navigate their app or any promotions. The associates can't even speak English and are unable to communicate to even fulfill job duties. So unless you already know your exact order and are planning on going in and out, I would highly NOT recommend this specific location. Any form of needed communication will most likely end in a failed or at least very dissatisfied result. This is a non-bias review, I am merely stating the facts of what will transpire if one should decide to attend this location. There are plenty of other good choices near by that will cost the same and have associates that are actually able and willing to assist customers if needed.

The food is almost always good, and the employees are well-trained. I love me a customized smoked ham sandwich..it is divine! 🥪🔥

I like this place for a quick lunch. I usually get the pick 2 combo and choose half sandwich and half soup combo. You get in line and it can be long and slow sometimes and you tell the person what kind of sandwich you want, choose your sandwich toppings, and if you want it toasted. The soup selection varies but my favorites are broccoli cheddar and vegetable soup. I usually get the half turkey and Swiss sandwich, and they have good pre packed cookies to choose from by the cash register if you want something sweet. Drinks are self serve. I've gotten a grilled chicken Mediterranean salad before and it's good too. This is one of my fave sandwich shops bc it offers soups and salads too. The only thing is the service could be a tad faster.

Came in and got two sandwiches to go. The sandwich I got for myself was made by an employee who must have been making cookies in the back and then helped make the sandwiches WITHOUT changing her gloves.

I have a tree nut allergy, and up until today, I had never had a reaction THIS bad. I ate half of my sandwich and then began to have the normal reaction of an itchy tongue when I eat something that has touched or contains tree nuts.

Then, 5 minutes later, my lip swells and goes numb, and my right eye swells up as well.

PLEASE begin to take food allergies seriously while preparing food for the community.

I placed an online delivery order. When I received it, I was missing a drink and a sandwich got mixed up. I called the store and they offered to redeliver the items. I was skeptical since it’s through a third party system. I wish I caught the name of the woman I spoke to! But she was phenomenal! She made sure the order was redelivered and fixed the problem immediately! The service I received was excellent! Even though there was a mistake, I will be returning to this location because of the great service.

Wonderful food, great portions, decent pricing. Love it when the chef treats the dish like a work of art. Now I have cravings to return almost every month.

Before today, I hadn't been to Panera in a long time, and after today I don't think I'll be back. For the prices Panera now charges, it feels unconscionable to skimp this much on ingredients. The salad I ordered came with a tiny cup of dressing. If the cup had been completely full, it still wouldn't have been enough dressing for the salad. Yet instead of being full, it was less than half full. It was enough dressing to eat not even a quarter of the already expensive salad. Unbelievable, do not waste your money.

We love olive garden and this is a re review. Wait time took about 45 minutes to two. We ordered calimari as an app it was a bit to soggy was not crispy like it usually is 2/5. We also had the stuffed ravioli with the grilled chicken 3/5 to saucy for out liking but flavor was good. I had the create your own no score because it never got to my table correctly.

Heres the downside of our visit. Within the hour we never recived breadsticks, drinks wernt refilled and our order was wrong twice. We recivived frita chicken instead of grilled and i recived sauce twice on my create your on when i wanted sauce on the side. When the kitchen drops the ball this way i feel that theres a lack of organization and it should be corrected. Management took care of our bill partially.

We stopped by Monday 10/23 about 8pm. Neither my husband or son had been to a Potbelly before. The two associates working were patient and worked really well together. The three sandwiches were made exactly as requested and were so good.
The meatball sandwich was great, the sauce on the meatballs had a wonderful flavor.
I had the smokehouse beef sandwich yummm the horseradish was there but did not overpower the other flavors.
Perfect toasting made a plain ham and cheese very good.

Love the daily specials. Super fresh veggie toppings and sauces

I bought 12” chicken teriyaki sub and the very cheap they didn’t put enough chicken

Stopped in today to kill some time and fill our bellies. Our server Alyssa was great. She was very friendly and patient with our table. My daughter was acting out, and each time Alyssa came to the table, she was so polite and sweet with my daughter, and it calmed her down right away. I really appreciate her spirit and positive attitude. The food was also very delicious. We enjoyed our visit and food. Thank you, Alyssa!

I went to the Orland Park Panera location on 1/14/23 to get an Asian Sesame Chicken salad and a cup of soup. I received my order and took it home to eat, as I was on my lunch break from work. The salad had no chicken in it, not one piece. I immediately called the store and spoke to a manager who blamed the mishap on new employees and gave me the option of coming back to the store to get a fresh salad or getting a voucher by mail. I chose the voucher option, as I needed to get back to work and didn't have time to return to the store that day. Two weeks went by, no voucher. On 1/31/23 I called the store to inquire about the status of the voucher. I spoke to a manager again, who told me to hold on while she checked. After 10 minutes of holding, I decided to hang up and call again, which I did twice. No answer. I then decided to go into the store, which I did. Spoke to a manager again and was given a voucher for a free you pick two, and no apology, by the way. I was going to use the voucher yesterday on 2/9/23. But to my dismay, it had expired on 12/31/22. I will not be going to this Panera location again even though it is less than 10 minutes from my house. I was not expecting anything other than to be treated fairly after their mistake. Competent management is apparently woefully lacking at this location. So you take my name and address to send a voucher, which was never sent. I call and you place me on hold forever and then don't answer the phone when I call again. And insult to injury you give me an expired voucher. Do better!

Most places are short staffed so I totally understand and have patience knowing how hard it is, yet I was still provided with great service. My mobile order came out pretty quickly, around 5 minutes which I expected to be longer especially since there was a lot of people waiting for their food and it was a Saturday. I was impressed and everything tasted delicious. I made a request on my order also and they followed through with it by putting certain ingredients on the side and I was pleased! One of the workers was also super nice and friendly who gave me my order! It speaks volumes when it’s busy yet you can still remain calm, professional, and make others feel good.

Well, I’ve ordered a sandwich with a lot of added ingredients, all I got is a sandwich with no additional ingredients slapped meat with cheese, mushrooms and no answer or call back when calling for 30+ minutes. Thanks for making a simple task look super hard! Do not recommend going there.

This was my first trip to this location. I did here because the other one I used to go to allows people without masks to sit in the restaurant eating and talking. This place was on top of the mask game. It was clean and the employees were very friendly.

The sandwiches were made well and tasted amazing! No complaints! It's expensive, 3 foot longs, no drinks or chips or anything ended up being $31. That's steep AF. But nothing is cheap anymore.

I'll drive out of my way to return to this Subway in Orland because they are respectful of the pandemic precautions.
