Kim and the Ultima team were absolutely AMAZING, with only 10 days to plan our wedding Kim bent over backwards and was available to us pretty much 24/7 she made sure everything was absolutely perfect after having a terrible experience elsewhere we cant thank Kim & the Ultima team enough for all that they did to make sure our wedding was everything we dreamed of . i HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend ultima for your next function!!!!
I am so happy we chose Ultima, the venue for both our ceremony and reception was amazing. I had moments of frustration working with Kim however when the time came for us to finalise everything, she and her team were absolutely phenomenal. They catered to our every need and provided so much joy for us on our special day. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing and I am so happy that everything worked out. Thank you so much!
We booked our son's first birthday at Ultima function centre with Kim and we have Inder as a supervisor as well. Inder did the amazing job. She gave her 100% and we have an amazing experience with her. We won't hesitate to book with them again and recommend everyone to book with them.
I have had the pleasure to visit Ultima Function Centre as a musician for weddings. Having visited many different venues around Victoria, this site definitely is one which can hold your dream event all in one place (ceremony, canapés, reception) with spacious and well-designed ballrooms. The team goes above and beyond to help and nothing is too much to ask. Thank you and looking forward to being back at Ultima again!
Been here for a few functions, upmarket feeling venue with multiple ballrooms, tucked away in a corner of Western Ring Road and Kielor Park Drive.
Freindly helpful staff, plenty of onsite off-street parking and a relaxed luxurious feel.

Catering (not sure if it’s in-house) but was so underwhelming. Wish function venues such as these would invest more with their food, especially charging such an exorbitant amount per seat. And the seats felt like they were made of legos, squeaky and unstable. Speakers felt like it’s all busted base, and sounded like someone blowing, screaming and scratching on the mic.
Btw the photo is a lasagne, which was cold in the middle, and tasted less friendly than the ones I bought from Coles.
