My husband and I took a deep tissue massage for 90 minutes and were completely delighted!
The massage masters are professionals, all the staff are very helpful and friendly. The interior is relaxing.
They give us water, towels, slippers, a bathrobe and disposable underwear.
After the massage, you can use the separate sauna and Jacuzzi for free and drink delicious tea.
We will be happy to come back again!

Not nice experience and waist of 300 aed for 90 min massage.

I don’t think that the therapist had any knowledge of how to do massage at all. Hard to communicate, therapist wasn’t able to understand what I was saying however at just 10 min before massage over asked tips. I didn’t respond and she continued… I said no. And what do you think? When massaging hair she decided to make it much more painful to make the last minutes even more uncomfortable and unpleasant.

The place itself needs renovation & trained employees. Absolutely unprofessional behavior at the end! My advice - stay away from this place.

I experienced a SPA for the first time in Dubai. The therapist was Ms. Sara. I booked a Thai massage. It was very thorough, and my fatigue was very well relieved. I would book her again. I am very satisfied with the quality service I received.

Great spa! I loved the massage it was a lot of pressure which I like. The sauna, steam and jacuzzi was very clean and beautiful. I will definitely return.

Do not go to this place, the service is not good, i paid 300 AED for a Moroccan bath + massage for 75 minutes, they opened thy steam room for 5 minutes and the girl couldn't breath so she closed it and i didn't even feel the stream after she was done she did the worst massage ever yawning all the time and didn't know what she was doing. And the total time was less than 60 minutes since they kept me in the room for 10 minutes before even going to the steam room. Go to another place since there are many around.

Excellent treatment in Chi, Irene was the best and I would highly recommend her for any of the treatments offered, I left Chi feeling refreshed and full of energy, will definitely be back again.

The masseuse at this spa was a very educated lady with a great experience in medicine. She explained to me everything about the feet points she was targeting and gave me dietary recommendations after knowing exactly what was wrong with me.

Great experience with Impressive Spa! I found the massage I was looking for on their place. They quickly confirmed that it was available and set up an appointment for a try. When I arrived it was such a relaxing place and the ambiance was really good. The receptions are nice and very approachable. Their staff are all professional and nice. Friendly and they know how to approach guess. The rooms are clean and have good fragrance. They give what you need and they know very well what services they are giving. IMPRESSIVE IT IS! A must try Spa in DUBAI. You will never regret coming.. definitely a thumbs up. Will comeback again..

Impressive spa? More like depressing spa. To begin with, the prices are not worth it concerning the poor massage which was given to us. It was not relaxing at all with people yelling outside and the woman who was chewing gum and sick at the same time giving us a massage. There wasn’t even a proper bed that three individuals could lay on resulting me to lay on the edge of one of the beds. Extremely poor massage that even my 7 year old sister could do with her eyes closed.

Actually I never knew that here was a mall inside the building along the Marina Walk! Chi food spa in the mall here is as good as the other branch in Al Barsha. Very relaxing atmosphere and very therapy centric which gives us real sense of refreshment.
