Top Chophouse restaurants in Göreme/Nevşehir Merkez, Turkey

In the short time we spent in Cappadocia we visited this restaurant twice, and everything was great. Very delicious kebab, we tried pistachio, Adana, and kofte kebabs, I highly recommend the first two, and I also recommend their hummus with kebab. The balloon bread they provide besides the lavash bread is super! We also tried the pumpkin dessert since pumpkin is one of the best products in this area and it was super interesting! Both fresh and cooked honestly I don't know how to explain it, must try!
The staff are friendly and attentive and the environment is pleasant!

Unfortunately a joke of a service :(

We came here and ordered some starters and main dishes.. and when the starters came, there was one that we didn’t order but thought was complimentary.

However, 10 minutes later while I was eating the main dish they came and told us: “sir.. you ate this thing but it wasn’t yours.. it was for the next table.. what do we do?” What are you expecting me to answer?.. i said I thought it’s complementary, they said it was not.. alright, I offered to pay for it, they said “oh, really? Ok thank you!”.. as if that’s what they were waiting for, instead of admitting the mistake.

However, the pistachio kebap and the lentil soup were delicious, hence the stars.

Very sad to get treated like that, but oh well.. I do not recommend the place due to the poor service.

Fantastic place with the loveliest staffs here, Azim is so friendly helping us with his amazing choice of chicken signature dish here. It’s Something I haven’t done in my life. And Can never forget this guy name Metin who is talented with his amazing photography skill that took a video for us not just that he also made a special video for us. Definitely love the food experience here and feel very nice sitting in this place. The vibe is amazing I’d recommend to try to experience in this place. Don’t miss!!! ❤️

Pistachio kebab was unique
Lentil soup was good
Saffron Chicken wings were great
Crispy pumpkin dessert is insanely sweet, couldn’t have more than a few bites

We had very delicious food. Traditional Turkish specialities. Very warm service. But not alcohol. Metin served us very kindly!

Can’t say we enjoyed eating here. We ordered the lamb and it came out over cooked and dry. This is also the only restaurant in all of Turkey that doesn’t provide side dishes with your mains. The table beside us received their Testi Chicken raw. Finally after paying cash for my over priced meal. I had to ask for my change. Don’t be fooled by the flashy fire outside. I’d recommend you check out somewhere else before dining here.

We ordered their special, lamb chops on pottery. It tasted very good. The lamb was soft and the sauce was very good for bread. The service was also good. Thank Adnan for serving us.
