Angie Winners Kitchen is a gem for anyone craving authentic Ghanaian flavors, original Nigerian cuisine and local drinks! The food was exceptional; we tried the TZ and tsofi (turkey tail), and it was rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The service was top-notch, with the staff being both friendly and attentive. The atmosphere also made it feel like a true slice of Ghana right here in Texas! We dined in and found the vibe welcoming and lively. As for parking, there was a free parking lot, so it was easy to find a spot. Overall, a fantastic experience—I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience an authentic African cuisine!

Although I was initially uncertain about what to expect, I am delighted to have discovered this hidden gem. The exceptional customer service truly elevated my dining experience. I thoroughly enjoyed both the delicious food and the outstanding service. I will definitely be returning!
The food was very tasty! I wish it was a bigger portion but it was still bomb. She was very sweet and kind. I will be back!
Great hospitality...music. attentiveness. I heard one of the staff (maybe the owner) singing alone with the music that was playing. The whole experience felt like home. The owner is very kind person.

Hands down they have best egusi in the area , and the only place to cook goat meet properly! I absolutely love this place! The owner is very nice lady ❤️.
Have in mind it takes time for good food, so if you in a rush you can use their app to order your meal in advance.
I seldomly write unsolicited reviews, but Madame Angie is a culinary genius when it comes to her cuisine. Aside from being sweet, the restaurant is extremely clean and the food is fresh ALWAYS. Please visit and take a trip to West Africa in the middle of DFW.

First time here and I absolutely loved it. I got their jollof rice with fish and plantain. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted great. I ordered when I was on my way and my food was fresh and ready when I arrived. Can’t wait to explore more of their menu. Highly recommended

Very cool , authentic, Nigerian and African flavors. Not many options…just take whatever they have made. Cash encouraged…cards frowned upon. Friendly restaurant. Come stop by!

Food always very fresh and delicious. I drive from Dallas to buy food from there at times. I miss the dine in that's why I'm giving it a four.

This restaurant is a hit or miss. The egusi is a hit. The pepper soup is a huge miss. Doesn't taste like pepper soup plus they had the audacity to serve just fish head. 19 dollars wasted!
Stopped by Angie’ while visiting Texas. I must say for my first time having African food, it was amazing. Everything was fresh and seasoned to perfection. The spice level was out of my norm but I was so down to try it and I’m so happy I did. The service was great. The drinks were great. Overall, my partner and I were extremely satisfied.

Call ahead, and call once you arrive. They don’t allow you inside. The food was good, and I’m a satisfied customer. I also got fish, which isn’t pictured, but it’s all good for a good price, and was ready when I arrived!

Stopped by on my visit from Shreveport. Husband had jollof rice, fish, and fried plantains. I had the same except for chicken instead of fish. We. Loved. It. Good, spicy, flavorful and fast!! Food was out to us in the car in under 20 mins .. I read a previous review about it being "bland", and I couldn't disagree more as a Louisianian- we season EVERYTHING so if I say it's not bland- it's not bland. Plentiful portions- give them a try!!

The food was delicious but the customer service was piss poor. Make sure you already know what you want because they’ll make you feel like you should definitely already know without looking at the menu.

Good place to eat African food...it’s best to pre order before you go there or you order there and wait for 10 to 15 minutes ....staffs very friendly ....great customer service...actually they need dishwasher and staff for hire...in case you’re looking for hire in an African restaurant industry you’re welcome to go apply ....they definitely accept applications to hire.
