Get a lot of support, fast transaction. They even loaded the 30 bags of mulch to my van.

This location has brought in high pressure solar sales people who walk around the store stopping people, being very pushy to get an appointment setup. It’s unfortunate this store is trading extra money for a poor customer experience.

My experiences at this Marlborough location has been fantastic! I go for their 100% inventory . Well organised gardening section. The staff at this location made my experience easy and stress free. Home Depot is also good to smell the wood😄Usual Home Depot experience with lots of options in the hardware , electrical and landscaping. Returns take quite a bit of time.

What a store! This is a real American mans heaven on earth. When I die take me to home depot in Marlborough Massachusetts. ELECTRIC! All the wood I could ever ask for and the associates are not handsy or flamboyant. The Johnny Cash flowing over the radio got the mood RIGHT! Not to name names, but this store sure is a lot better than some OTHERS in the area. Gets the night going! I love beer, trucks, women and HOME DEPOT!

Tough to find someone there that can help. I tried buying a gift card at Customer Service and they won't sell you one, you have to buy one at the self check out which screws up a lot. I was buying one for a friend's b-day and all they had was Xmas ones in January.

Place is a joke. We picked up 5 items, and all were wrong prices. When I was told, I had to talk to the manager, and the manager just laughed and said, "I'm not changing the price on anything." Whatever it scans for is the price, regardless of shelf tags or state law.

Needed a new TV just before holidays and the personnel at the home theater department was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was originally looking to replace the old one with the same brand but was told that that series has issues and was recommended another brand. Glad that I follow the advice, we like the picture and sound much better. Thank you and kudos!

Positive experience at this store location. The sales associates are quick to respond to questions and provide good advices about the products’ specifications. No complaints about this store. Would recommend this location.

I was able to order an item online and pick it up almost within the hour! I did need it rather quickly so I was glad.
I ended up ordering the wrong piece. Once I got the correct one, returning the other one was a breeze. My money was refunded before I got back to the office 15 minutes later.

Marva was EXCEPTIONAL!! I went into Hope Depot specifically looking for an old-style incandescent 3-way bulb. She happened to be working in the light bulb department when I went to it and immediately asked if she could help me find something. When I told her what I came into the store for, she knew that type of bulb was being closed out, so it was on an end cap at aisle 30. She also knew they were placed up high, so she happily volunteered to lug the tall rolling safety stairs that she was using when I first approached her all the way over to aisle 30 to help me get a close-out priced light bulb!! After all her kind service, although I only needed one pack, she sold me on buying two, so I did!! She also helped two other people in the process - one on her way while rolling the stairs over to 30 and another customer immediately after climbing down from getting my light bulbs!! Marva gives knowledgeable service with a friendly smile at a level rarely seen!! She truly is a real Home Depot KEEPER!!

One of my favorite places to visit, good service, recomend to check the price tag readers located in the that store because were not working at the moment but customer service was able to help us.
They have a wide variety of electronics up to the highest level of technology.
We were able to test some of them before making and inform the decision.

I went there to speak to a geek at Geek Squad, without an appointment. They were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday. The first geek could do it, but the second geek did it real quick!
