Adrian at the Westgate store was very helpful and took the time to go through sink options with me.
Today, I visited a warehouse outlet to buy a few items. Upon entering, I noticed a wooden rack full of children's books with a sign that read '3 for 12.' Excitedly, I picked three books from the rack, along with two other items. At the self-checkout, I scanned the books, but the terminal displayed 18NZD instead of the advertised 12NZD.
I sought assistance from a staff member who seemed unaware of the offer details. After some manual adjustments, another staff lady rushed in with the board from the book display. To my frustration, she pointed out a small, hard-to-read text stating, 'Only valid for sticker and activity books.' Feeling scammed, I expressed my disappointment, mentioning the potential impact on others who might have bought the same books without seeing the board.
My main question is, if it's a genuine offer, why include other books in the same display? I called it a scam and asked them to correct it, but they didn't seem to care at all. This unsettling encounter led to my decision to give the store a two-star rating.

Mall is very big. Heaps of cheap selection everywhere.
Terrible service, waste of time to order click and collect. Advertised as fast easy process to save time however they have wasted my time today. Make you Que in two seperate lines, new staff aren’t trained In Processes and stand there ignoring you whilst looking at other staff for help. Long time customer and this will be the last time I shop here. Absolutely over the service every time I shop here. Never have trolleys either so don’t expect to buy more than you can carry. Useless why have a sign saying you can collect from ANY counter when they ask you to wait at another.
Did a click a and collect. One of the supervisors there was amazing. She saw me waiting and helped sort the staff out as to not keep me waiting and get my click and collect items sooner . Great service thank you 😊

I had great customer service tonight, me and my bf brought our items at 9.22pm, I wish I caught your name but thank you to the lovely blonde lady at the checkout!, great cheerful customer service!
My sister and I were stereotyped by an employee working the check out, asking where our green payment card is to pay when we had clearly stated before that we would be paying with cash when she had first asked how we were to pay. (I am not saying it is bad to pay with a green payment card because it's not. I'm just saying it is rude to assume something like that when we had already told her how we would be paying prior)
Then she looked at my 2 year old niece and asked to see her jacket that clearly looked old and asked to check it because she suspected it to be stolen from the store. This type of behavior from an employee at this company should not be tolerated and is unethical.

Love the shop. Very good service. There is staff who can help you. Affordable prices. They also have a garden place where you can buy some plants.
I just bout this outside bistro table, only had it for 1 week and its already rusting? What can we do to remedy this situation. Pics to show 1 weeks damage... pks call me 021540553 to resolve this.

I left my little lunch box of cards in this Warehouse and rushed to the Train Station. When I realized that I forgot it? I went back to the Warehouse and informed the Security of the Warehouse and she gave it to me on the Spot.
I've been shopping here for 11 years and it's amazing how this Happened. I can honestly say that this Warehouse rocks and the staff are nice and chilled

Had a wonderful experience with the lovely Linda Ng at the Westgate store. Very knowledgeable and helpful; great customer service. Purchasing NEFF allowed us the luxury of a forward order for 1year which is perfect for our new build, and enabled us to lock in a great price during a time of high inflation growth.
I came here last week to buy a dryer and was helped by Allison who was very helpful and friendly.
Also love that there is kids toys at the store for kids to play with while you shop 😊

Kitchen things is the place to go! Jason was very knowledgeable about each item that we purchased and made an effort to accommodate our needs. Highly recommend Jason and this particular Kitchen Things.
Helpful, knowledgeable and realistic friendly staff. We were easily able to get what we needed with an adjusted package deal.
Good revamp store. Handy location, close to Motorway off ramp and ample parking. Friendly staff and most of the time have stuff in stock. Check out my photos. Recommending a visit. They now start selling branched sportsware such as Under Armour, Puma, Champions.. Adding competitions to other outlet stores in the Westgate Shopping Centre. Just one thing to note... This is the Warehouse, so would be unrealistic to expect same level of services and staff expertise comparing to Farmers/Smith Caugheys. :). Yvonne, Jess etc all gave really good customer service at the customer services desk. Much appreciated
We have been to this store twice in the last couple of months....once for a dishwasher and once for a new oven / cooktop. Both times we have been impressed with the friendly and very knowledgeable customer service of Gerard. Also very happy with the price both times, they have some very sharp price points for what we wanted. We would definitely reccomend going there for your appliance needs.

Totally new layout is a little bit confusing. Still the best place for all your household needs and everyone gets a bargain. Popped in because the temperature dropped so quickly that I wanted a few extra layers of clothing. Brought a reasonably priced sweatshirt. Had a quick tour of the store then used the quick and convenient self service checkouts.

Good place to be. Long open hours, very good. Friendly staff, very good. After 5 years still good
The expected retail therapy is easily achieved with a broad range of goods with varying prices but you'll find most of what you may need here. Ample parking. Gets busy and tills/ paypoints are not well staffed so queues often result. Come here for barely good service.
