5 stars for the Peach St. & Interchange Rd. location. It is always clean and the workers are always friendly and helpful, no matter how busy it is. Jordan and Miranda always greet with a smile, and provide answers and information to any questions you have. They are true assets to this company.
I'm New to indoor tanning but I have to say everyone has been helpful and the place always looks clean. So far it's been a good experience.
No other tanning salons match Zoom Tan and that’s a fact. All of the girls are super sweet and friendly. The place is always so clean. They’ll forever have our business. Although all of the girls are great, Jordan is our favorite! She’s always fun to chit chat with and loves her job. I am fair skinned, so she helps me with a plan of tanning and keeps me on the best lotions! With her expertise, I have a great tan going.

Alison helped me out today and was so sweet. She welcomed me when I entered the door, answered all my questions, and went over posing to make sure I got the best experience possible. Definitely recommend and would go back. Ali was so sweet!
Michelle is hands down the best person in the world.. don’t waste your time and money going into a machine to get a spray tan, she perfects your spray every single time and makes you feel like a queen!! I’ve never walked out of there orange or streaky. I will never go anywhere else!

Liquid Glam was amazing for giving me a nice natural light tan for my wedding day! They helped me feel confident and comfortable and explained everything perfectly as this was my first time. My tan lasted so long and I never even noticed when it finally went away as there was never any awkward blotches. Definitely recommend them to all!
Michelle is the sweetest person and you can tell how passionate she is about spray tanning. I love how natural the tan looks as well!! Whenever I need a tan liquid glam is always my go to :)

Jordan and her team at ZoomTan are some of the best people. Every time you walk in the doors they always have a smile on their faces and are always willing to help answering any questions you might have! Jordan also makes sure the salon is always clean. I love going to this location because when you walk into the door you always feel the positive vibes and homey feel the Zoomtan employees always bring!

I have been going there for 14 years, this year I have to say though the staff is great(most), It is so hot inside due to no A/C. Owner never gets back to you on a important overcharge issue...I will not longer be a customer
Very clean environment. Tara is an awesome tanning consultant. Always smiling. Very upbeat . Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because some of the other staff seem bothered to wait on you. And not very informative about services/ products available. I would have spent a lot more money my first visit, had someone shown me around and let me know what was included in the packages.

If you want the best in town. This is the place to go! Their tanning beds offer the best tanning experience you could ever ask for. Maximum rays for less time in the bed all while feeling cool, comfortable and getting the darkest most even tan possible. Compare that to other places in town that make you sweaty and burnt with no tan at all for a similar price! You get what you pay for. The staff is also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean salon. I liked seeing their cute kitty cat too. 😸

I like this zoom tan better than any other. The tanning beds are stand up and they don't actually like close like a door, more like a closet door so you don't feel trapped. The machines are loud but this one seems to have less sound on the fans compared to other zoom tans. I will only go here now. Pretty cheap and easy to sign up and the tanning machines are easy to use.

This was my first ever spray tan. Michelle was so welcoming and informative. We talked through the entire process, after care and future appointments. The space is super cute! Michelle turns the space heater on before your appointment so you don't freeze during the process. The spray tan looked amazing! I so appreciated the dedication to make it look natural and to add contour! Definitely recommend!

100% recommend. From what I’ve seen they have the most affordable unlimited monthly tanning being able to cancel your membership whenever you want. Upper peach st location has great and helpful staff as well!
I have been going to Zoomtan for years. The cleanliness and friendly staff is what keeps bringing me back. I love how they are located in other states too. You can’t beat the prices.

For the most part the staff is great however, there is a couple who have the personality of a wet noodle. They won’t even make eye contact. Love going outside of the 1 employee who is not very pleasant.
I go to the one in Erie, Pa in the Tops Plaza on West 26th. I was in yesterday, and was disappointed to find out Heather was let go. I don’t understand why. She was always friendly and personable. That was a big mistake, if there was another tanning salon, I would leave & go there! Please bring her back!!
Great tans but horrible hours on the weekends. Really closing at 5pm on a Saturday? By the time you get out of work and take a shower the place is closed. If anything they should be closing early during the week. Not everyone has weekends off.

I've been coming to oom tans since I was just a teenager and I don't know if I'll be changing that any time soon 😉 💞 luv luv luv this zoom tan 😻ya know, I've been in like all the zoom tan places around where I am and all them are great 👍👍 the staff are always welcoming to me and the other folks I observe there hold I am there and the staff always look very presentable too. I think that's important especially when they work at a place such as this. Oh, and the facility is always clean and tidy and I don't think I've ever went into the room and seen anything in the trash cans r on the floors. It's always been on point and that is what I was so attracted to about the zoom tan places in the past.
It is always a great experience tanning at zoom tan and the Harborcreek location. Michelle is amazing. Michelle is always super friendly and is very knowledgeable about products and promotions. The store is always very clean when I stop to tan. I look forward to tanning there based on the excellent level of service I receive from Michelle and the cleanliness of the location.
Michelle has always been the most amazing employee. She always tells me about new products and daily deals. I know she really cares about my results not making a sale. I have an unlimited monthly package for UV and spray. I was about to cancel the spray tan package because I’ve been unhappy with my results. she asked me questions about what products I was using and explained why I wasn’t get the anticipated results. I’ m keeping the package but only because she cared enough to ask questions and give me knowledgeable answers. Michelle is a true asset to your company. She takes the time educate me regarding the products and results. I can’t express enough how grateful I am that she takes the time to anticipate my needs and provide exceptional customer service. Thank you for hiring an employee who goes over and above to service her customers. I will continue to tan at the Harborcreek location due to Michele’s excellent service. Thank you!

Michelle is the absolute best! I always go to her for a spray tan when I have a special event coming up. She does such a fabulous job and is so accommodating. One of the kindest, friendliest people I have ever met... highly recommended!
Okay seriously, this zoom tan has the NICEST workers ever to start off with!! They are ALL so polite and helpful and never judging anyone and just giving the all around best experience I've ever had, every time I go tanning! Out of all my times going, I've only had to wait 1 time and that was only a couple minutes!! And I'm okay with waiting because that just goes to show how many people love this place as much as I do! It's a quick and easy time!! Even when I only have a few spare minutes, I can still squeeze in a tan because you rarely ever have to wait and they're always so clean and ready to go!! Highly recommend this zoom tan, not only for tanning but for the simple little convos and all the help every worker there gives!!! Definitely a 10/10 for me. I've never EVER have had a negative comment to say about this place and highly doubt I ever will!!!

This is truly one of the best places to get your tan going. The staff is very knowledgeable of the products and processes you need to take to get the results you are looking for. You have the choice of the stand up and or the lay down beds they offer, as well you have the option to pay cash if you prefer and they offer several daily and monthly specials that are extremely competitive compared to the competition.
If you are not sure try a single visit and work with the staff to see what best works for you, I am confident you will be extremely satisfied.

Been going here for years. This location to be excat, before it was zoom tan. It was hit and miss with cleanliness for a little while but since new management, I'd say at least 2022 it's been great. The reps are nicer too. It does suck more that since covid they seem to have different hours not open as early and close earlier but still my fav location. The bulbs are always fresh feeling, not dull and old. Always in and out quick. I'd recommend.
I was looking to get a base tan before summer to avoid my yearly painful sunburn. The manager and all staff have been friendly and helpful. They are not pushy and did not try to sell me anything more than what I had asked for. The rooms are clean and cared for. I would definitely recommend.
I just have to disagree with Kate K... I have been tanning there for several years! The manager (Dezi) is so wonderful and always cheerful when I arrive! Helpful, Friendly and Professional! Also.. “severely Itchy?!” . you may want to GET that rash checked Sister!!! I have never gotten a rash and been back to tanning since January 2021! I recommend Sun Capsule to all Friends and Family! The Manager & Staff are truly Amazing and welcome you as family! Thank You Sun Capsule & continue to do the very best you always do!

The manager is amazing she's there all the time and does so much for everyone she knows almost everyone by name unless you are new but she will Learn it quickly along with what beds and lotions you like and go waaaaay out of her way to help you if Theres an issue. The beds are great the salon is always clean I never even think twice if the bed was cleaned right before I lay down and literally everyone there is warm and welcoming. Prices are fair too for what you get access too.

I have been getting sprayed by her for almost two years now, and I have never had a complaint! She is absolutely amazingly talented and really cares about all of her customers! Michelle knows how to make you feel great and is one of the nicest people I know! Her salon is so clean and has tons of awesome products to purchase as well! She only uses top of the line tanning products as well! If you’re like me and want a subtle tan all year round, this is the place to go! You won’t be disappointed!
Michelle is the queen when it comes to spray tanning. Her name and reputation speaks for itself. She takes so much pride in her work and is very dedicated and passionate about making each individual glow to their liking. Please do not settle for the local tanning salon sprays. The solution is cheap. streaky, orange looking and doesn't last. Michelle has done lots of research to make sure that the solution Liquid Glam offers is top notch!! My spray tan lasts 10 days easily. She also offers skin care products that will help keep you moisturized which also helps your tan last longer. I always get so many compliments on my beautiful natural color, looking like I just returned from vacation. Did I mention that she uses Jimmy Coco solution which is whom sprays all the celebrities :) I recommend anyone whom is looking to get that natural bronze glow to book an appointment with her. You will not be disappointed. I am hooked on Liquid Glam and Michelle Black!!
I will never go anywhere else to be spray tanned! Michelle is amazing- she is so meticulous and really formulates the perfect sun kissed color for you. She pays extra attention to your hands and wrists to keep your tan looking natural. On top of getting an amazing tan she is so friendly and easy to talk to!! Can not recommend highly enough!
