Tog betalt för tjänst som inte kunde utföras. Vidare ansåg MacForum att det var upp till mig som ägare att på förhand ge information som jag 1) inte visste om 2) inte ens var medveten om spelade någon roll för önskad tjänst.

Köpte en MacBook Pro med ett felaktigt fungerande tangentbord.
Fick detta utbytt på 2 dagar då reservdelar beställdes.
I övrigt nöjd med servicen i butiken. Kan absolut tänka mognat handla mer här.

Igår bad jag dem om hjälp för att återställa mitt Apple ID lösenord - enligt informationen som står på Apple webbsidan, och jag tog med min gamla iPhone som jag behövde nollställa. Manen som jobbade där frågade mig plötsligt om jag hade KVITTO till telefonen. Jag blev först förvånad. Jag kom inte riktigt ihåg men sa ja (jag köpte den på Phonehero på internet). Han försökte göra nånting med sin telefon med min Apple ID och telefonnummer, min telefonnummer blev bekräftad, men han sa nej, att det inte går att göra nånting och att han inte skulle göra det på ett annat sätt i datorn eftersom de i Apple skulle be om KVITTOT till telefonen och det skulle ta längre tid. Jag frågade om han var misstänksam om nånting - att jag kunde legitimera mig och se samma namn som står i telefonen. Han sa nej, att det handlade inte om det. Att jag skulle prova med Apple Store i Helsinborg.
Jag har återställt mitt Apple ID förr genom internet och vet att ett KVITTO har ingenting att göra. Annars skulle Apple fråga mig om kvittot till min Macbook Pro (där jag inte använder någon iCloud tjänst). Jag bara gick till Mac Forum eftersom jag sålde telefonen och behövde skicka den snart. My phone broke due to water damage but before buying a new one I decided to try this phone repair shop. Kastriot was incredibly helpful and gave so much time towards trying to save my phone, even though in the end it couldn't be fixed. Furthermore, he managed to find me a new phone on the exact same day, so what was originally a very stressful situation turned out to be not so bad! Very grateful for all the help and would strongly recommend them to anyone needing help with their phone!

I popped in on a Friday afternoon to fix my cracked iPhone 8, and the men manning the front desk were professional and quick to repair my screen within 1.5-2 hours. Super nice people, and can speak fluent in English. :) Tack så mycket boys!

Kastriot is super helpful. My phone's screen was broken hard and the model is not even available in Sweden. He helped to make an order in another country and keep me posted about the delivery. The service is really good, after a blink my phone is now like a new one. He also provided good suggestion on a website where I can find the screen saver and other stuffs with good quality and price. Recommend this place to everyone. His bright personality is a bonus :)

They repaired my iphone in 30 minutes and my whole football team was satisfied with their service. Super place !

Oh lord this store is really the GO TO PLACE. Im travelling around in scandinavia and dropped my phone as soon as i arrived in halmstad..

I couldnt see anything on my phone since the screen was completely dead.

I asked different persons where i can fix it and everyone said TELEREPARATION and now i know why!
