The venue was smaller than expected but still held a large crowd with mostly standing room. There were 4 bar areas to get drinks with one in the VIP section. Restrooms were large with 15 or more stalls for the ladies and kept very clean and cleared out for everyone to be able to flow in and out. The stage was large, offering many people to get a close view. The back viewing areas were sectioned into 3 tiers, allowing a higher view of the stage. I've never seen soo many people crowd surf. The staff was plentiful and created a safe atmosphere. The front stage staff definitely got their workout catching all the crowd surfers. It's was a fun experience with Set It Off! Parking was plentiful just across the street, open and covered lot.
We had a good time at the Juanes concert. The line was fast, even though there were a lot of people. The AC was great, I never felt too hot. The sound and lights systems were great too. My only concern is that in case of emergency, the place was too packed, it would be almost impossible to evacuate without getting people hurt.

Great experience! Small(ish) venue with pretty good sound.
$15 for a beer is ridiculous though. come on.

I went for the Eric Bellinger tour. It’s a big open space. I just assumed that it would be a chair and table setting. I had to leave my umbrella at the front and it was stolen.
Very pretty venue. Had a great time seeing The Dead South, The o ly down fall is not having seating for General Admission. Would recommend to anyone. Stagg was very friendly as well.
Purchased the $50 for VIP viewing area advertised to "provide excellent sight line" of the stage but was a complete waste of money. Viewing area ended up being side stage Behind the wall of speakers and provided no visibility whatsoever. Be prepared for $20 drinks! I immediately relocated to General Admission standing area to enjoy the show.

Very cool venue. Great staff, nice drink options. View to the stage was excellent. Plenty of details prior to attending that this is a standing room only venue. Will absolutely return. Attended Mayer Hawthorn concert.
Great venue! The staff cleaned continuously throughout the show, which made it feel very nice. Accustics were not that great in the back, but over all a fun experience. Bathrooms were clean too, always a plus!

This is a very well-run venue with a clear path at all times to get to the bathroom so you don’t have to fight the gen pub to get there. I chatted with many employees and they all seemed happy working there. Great sound and ample space. I miss Tremont Music Hall but this makes up for it. Highly recommend!

A really cool venue. The ceiling is oddly low so the stage can't be seen super well but it was a good time anyway! Staff were great too. Love it.

I have been to this Fillmore location for many shows, most recently “Les Claypool’s Fearless Flying Frog Brigade” which was amazing! Have always been extremely happy with the sound, vibes, quick drink/restroom lines, plentiful parking, and friendly staff. Lines to get into the venue can be quite ridiculous, but move pretty quick when they finally decide to open the doors. I would suggest getting there early. Be prepared to follow pretty strict venue rules, and adhere to their green tape law for general admission shows, which helps keep walkways clear and safe. Security is helpful and friendly, but can also be a bit brazen at times, but feeling safe is never a bad thing! Overall, love coming here to see some incredible music, and is always a great night out.

Easy to get to. Great parking. Food options inside and very nearby. Awesome show experience. Can't beat how close you get to the bands. Helpful and efficient staff. Will go again

As an avid concert goer, I love small venues. This one was by far my best smaller venue concert experience. When I come back down this way, I will be checking to see what's playing and hopefully catch another show.

Great venue! I sat in the VIP section, I was able to watch and enjoy the band. It was also nice to have access to the private bar, no lines. You can come and go as you please, well worth it to be able to sit and enjoy the show.
Really great stage area and concert venue. Staff is helpful and attentive, and did their best with the crowd that was there. Would happily come back again. Only issue was a little confusion in the outside line, but as long as people were listening and being cooperative we figured it out. Also be careful, what appears to be free parking is actually employee parking and staff. Make sure you park in paid spots or in the garage, or walk from a further parking area.

Awesome place but I'll never pay for VIP again. I stayed in the general admission area the whole time. Can't buy anything inside with cash, it's all digital pay. And they have a strict no re-entry policy. Other than that I had a great time. I'm absolutely thrilled they still allow mosh pits:)
What YOU NEED TO KNOW Before you get ROBBED by this Venue
I couldn’t find any of this information online, or on the reviews, so I’m going to let you guys know what I found out(too late) and got robbed blind by this venue.

The VIP ACCESS AREA IS NOT WORTH IT! I labeled the pictures. You stand way in the BACK. It’s the furthest vantage point from the stage. If you want to sit in those barstools near the railing, it’s $70 extra. Other that, you have to stand near the ramp OR behind the people with the $70 barstool seats.

They offered to upgrade me to the $70 barstool seats, BUT THEN THERE IS ANOTHER UPGRADE, for $100 table seats to the left side of the venue, with a much higher vantage point. And a much better view from the side. ANOTHER CATCH! You can’t buy a SINGLE table seat, YOU HAVE TO buy TWO seats, so $200. Luckily I found another single-concert goer, so we went in together and purchased a table together. That’s still $100 per seat, so I paid $100 and he paid $100.

The drink prices and food prices are OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH! I have attached a picture of that as well.

Plus, the service at the “special tables,” not so special. It was super inconvenient that the server didn’t show up to take any trash away, or ask for any refills. The dude sharing the table with me had to leave the concert to go to get a refill on his drink at the bar because the waitress never showed back up.

Then she-MAGICALLY decides to show up during the artists’ encore, and tries to settle the tab. I’m not a person to walk away and not pay for my meal, but I know a lot of people aren’t like that. I would have closed out my tab after the encore song was over. Ruined the last song for me completely. I would have settled my tab earlier if she would have SHOWED BACK UP DURING THE HALFWAY POINT OF THE CONCERT. She also didn’t offer a receipt, so now I’m fearful of getting scammed.

This venue will rip you off BLINDLY. Neither me, nor the man I shared a table with knew about the $100 seats beforehand, or about the $70 barstools in front of our standing area in front of the VIP ACCESS AREA.

I hope the artist is getting some of the profits for all these schemes this venue charges for. Instead of pocketing the money just for themselves.

The only benefit to the VIP ACCESS, was the “fast lane,” just buy the “fast lane pass.” And get there early to get an awesome spot to stand. It’s what I should have done to begin with. But now I know and I wanted others to know too.

Small venue that allows an intimate concert experience. Hosts lots of diverse artists, not just people you’d hear on the radio. Staff is pretty chill too.
Up close and intimate place to see a band. Staff was cool also. Kinda pricey for a coke, but everywhere is the same these days if it's a livenation event. I really miss the 80's ticket prices. The Winery Dogs were amazing!

Seen Built To Spill and the band was great. Technical issues put us behind an hour or more but other than that it was a smooth experience. I would definitely recommend for more intimate shows.

Great place to go, food was good and nice staff but my only complaint is that I went to see Eluveitie and the VIP section is in the back, at the very end of the building, like what's the point of paying VIP if you are going to be that far from the show!? why not left or right side? Next time I'm paying GA. See pics below for reference.
Good venue I felt very comfortable taking my teenager there for a concert security was awesome very clean inside and out. drinks a little pricey but what do you expect it was a concert but it's a nice place with good employees Great trained security I got to meet I do believe maybe the owner or maybe the venue host she was awesome she made me very comfortable and help me understand certain policies that they did have in place definitely will go back for more shows..
