Im a regular customer of xhair lounge dcc those barbers are top notch , i tried the mirdif branch, unfortunately one of the bad decision i made. I asked for what i want but not what the barber made, semi mohawk, what i got is a barbers cut. I was expecting a fine cut for a price range that i pay.. i was so frustrated that i even refuse to wash my hair. Never going back.

Absolutely abysmal barbers, I asked for a wolf cut, showed him a picture and he processeded to ruin my hair for the next 3 months. Didn't layer my hair, just gave me bad texture and said my hair is "too soft" and "straight" to curl, even though I showed him a picture of me with the exact hair cut I asked for...yuh you couldn't even pay me to come back here.
Very good atmosphere but unfortunately not experts on shaving beards. I tried two of their barbers. The massage is excellent though.
Nice decoration friendly staff, had my beard shaved it was nicely done. Recommended 👍

Made me sit and wait for 40+ minutes. I can see 3 of their staff simply browsing their phones and having tea. But not attending me even though 4 of their seats were free.

I always have a amazing experience at Urban Looks! I specifically go to SarFraz. He is an excellent barber, very professional as well. He pays great attention to detail and always gives me an impeccable haircut that perfectly matches what I have in mind. Ive been going to new cut for pedicure services for a couple of years. The place is clean, professional and Ramon has been great for pedicure services.
First time in my life I trust a stylist to style my hairs as he like and he always sets a gorgeous look for me.

Ok'sh. I have not experienced the barber's skills because he was busy after my other treatment. He might be good but I was offered a 30min wait so I left without a haircut. Facilities for spa are lacking and just a bit over priced. I will not return.
