Wow, that was the quickest, most hassle free car buying experience I have ever had!! Conklin is the only place for this kind of an experience! I took my car in for an oil change, expecting just that, and was given a ride to work, and picked up when the car was finished. The service department had done an extensive inspection, AND washed my car!!!! I was extremely pleased with the entire process. The friendliness of the staff, and the speed in which everything was done, is very much to my liking. I purchased my vehicle from Conklins and would highly recommend them to everyone I know. I had to get a new transmission in my 2016 Rogue. We called around to other garages, most didn’t return our calls, but the ones that did couldn’t/wouldn’t get us in for six weeks. Conklin had the part in 3 days. We took the car in on a Wednesday and had it back by Friday. They were wonderful to deal with and we will go back for sure!

The service department is friendly and trustworthy. They thoroughly review and explain the work that was done on my vehicle, and the areas that may need additional maintenance on future visits. It’s reassuring to know my vehicle is dependable while I’m on the road. It is also nice to see the same employees each time I visit as that means they enjoy their job and the service they provide to others.

One word: OUTSTANDING! Joel in the service dept that "checked me in", was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He immediately put me at ease, assuring me his service techs would have my vehicle up and running in no time. And he was right!! And it was fixed right the first time! They have a new customer, thanks to Joel and his techs!!
