Worse Car Rental company ever.
Arrived in JB at 6pm ( flight delayed twice). No personnel at counter in Senai Airport despite knowing our flight details.
Contact number unreachable.
Irresponsible staff.

TERRIBLE, currently renting, how to bring client with car with paint came off here and there, cannot even start properly, the key keep error detect and undetect, non lo so, whats the prob, ask for a another car, the staff dont even borther, left with no choice but to keep renting it, but THATS IT, last time using EUROPCAR

"Began the journey on an ecstatic note, car pick-up was smooth and staff were pleasant. BUT, car return left a huge dent in my wallet. I was charged a good RM1606, inclusive of RM106 service charge!?!! Like really? Service charge?? Thanks to a dent in the windscreen that either I failed to pick up before driving off or as a result of environmental conditions e.g. stones on the road that got thrown into the air) that was beyond my control. My advice if you must book with this company, scrutinise the entire car, not just the body of the car which is usually the focus. Windscreen, mirror, etc. Guys, I hope the price I paid for this experience will serve its purpose in helping you avoid these kind of situations. I have rented with other companies and its the first that I have been charged for damages not caused by me. Thanks Keddy Europcar for ending my holiday this way.

Would give negative stars if possible. They will find the most minor damage and charge you hundreds of dollars. This is not a rental company, this is a scam

**Alert 1 - Poor service
There are no representatives met you up when you arrival, you have to make many calls until someone told you she/he is around. Especially when you're overseas and mobile was unable to make calls! The feeling is terrible!
**Alert 2 - Arbitrary charges
They hold your credit card and make unreasonable fine without any receipt/invoice given, even without any independent third party evaluation! Just threw you the roll paper from POS machine with the amount they charged after you departed and able to see the things when you arrived hometown airport AND it just ruined your trip!
**Alert 3 - Even Poor Customer Service
When you tried consulting about the payment, how did it charge? Reassure there will be NOBODY reply to your WhatsApp (all calls and messages sent via WhatsApp from the beginning). And you have to find the email address all around the internet and being direct from here to there, then await for more than a week, only to realise Hey we charged you less than it should be! But the problem is hand-writing receipt only told me the car repair company maintained the whole car!!(the car has many scratches when it has been given to us).
So, avoid using this company unless you want ruin your trips.

Tried JB Sentral outlet. Dun recommend. hold ur credit card ransom so that they can charge "fines".
if want to rent, air freshener is a must before renting. sewage smell and they'll just say "durian".
On the other hand, car condition was decent. Got the car with 45k mileage and it felt like new with good interior. Some minor scratches and dents on the exterior, otherwise, good ride to KL and back JB.

Price is a bit expensive, probably due to peak seasons. Staff very friendy.
