Zwei Jugendliche, beide 13, betreten das Geschäft. Die Jugendlichen schauen sich mal um und sehen dabei Hüllen für AirPod Kopfhörer. Jugendliche 1 hat AirPods und möchte sich die genauer ansehen. Jugendliche 1 packt ihre eigenen AirPods (Mit einer Hello Kitty Hülle) aus um zu sehen, ob die Among Us Airpod Hülle passen würde. Klingt eigentlich ganz normal, oder? Naja, für die Barbara (Name ausgedacht) in ihren Mitte-40ern und mit den totgebleichten Haaren und dem verschmierten Make Up anscheindend nicht!
Kaum packt Jugendliche 1 ihre AirPods aus, stampft diese komische Bestie zu den zwei hinüber und verlangt J1 sofort die AirPods wieder dort hin zu tun wo sie hingehört (nämlich auf die Verkaufsfläche) oder sie rufe die Polizei. Daraufhin versucht man dem zänkischen Weib zu erklären, dass die AirPods und die Hülle die Jugendliche 1 in der Hand hält nicht geklaut ist und die Jugendliche 1 auch gehört (welches auch stimmt.) weil Jugendliche 1 definitv NICHT eine 3€ Among Us AirPod Hülle klauen würde. (Wieso, wenn ich sie um 1,50€ auf Temu bestellen kann???) Die Antwort der Gewitterziege im mittleren Alter? “Na, I ruf sofort die Polizei an und dann werdens die Kameras anschauen und enk verhaften!” Da Jugendliche 1 und Jugendlicher 2 nicht so unreif sind wie diese Giftnudel, entscheiden sie sich einfach zu gehen weil ihnen diese Among-Us-Airpod-Hüllen-Tragödie einfach zu dumm ist.

A nice place with a wide variety of shops, a very good choice for shopping, with many big supermarkets and mini restaurants or cafeterias to have a good time. Also, it has 3 places with sofas and free WiFi, two of them at the first floor and one at the second! Recommended!

A very nice shopping center you can find pretty much everything you're looking for; however, it's a little bit outside of the city center. It's better to go there by car, by bus or by bike. From the city center, it takes around 15-20 minutes to arrive there by bike. There are a variety of shops such as clothing stores, shoe stores, souvenir shops, cosmetics shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes and so on.

Went here to get a map and starter pack for Adlerweg, customer service told that separate map is not needed for it is in the starter pack, well after opening it at the path to Solsteinhaus I wouldn't agree with that. That is not a map and trip book is also good only for stamps. Please be sure to have a proper map before heading to the Adlerweg!

You can find nice-looking clothes with good prices here. It's even possible to find something extremely cheap when they don't have all the sizes especially, but you should be careful of what the products are made of. Unfortunately, they use polyester very often, which is something neither healthy nor comfortable to wear. However, it's a nice shop in general.

It's a quite nice shop where you can find very good-looking clothes with a very reasonable price here, which is the reason why I like very much here. Furthermore, they even started to sell a Dirndl (a traditional Austrian dress for women) for 50€ this month, which it's very surprising because normally you can't get one for this price.
Great shoppingmall with a variety of different stores. They have everything from clothes to vegetable/fruit stalls to homeware. Will visit again for sure and recommend to others 🛍

so I love shopping at city shop but I was unsatisfied with ether return policy!! My auntie had a naming ceremony so I didn’t know what to wear,I went to city shop and bought a dress which I was unsure to wear…they gave me 20% off because the threads on the armpit were removing yeah so it was Saturday,Sunday was the ceremony and I tried the dress out for one more time and it wasn’t giving at all and I chose to wear something from my own closet…i had a receipt and there was still the price tag and everything..I couldn’t return it on Monday but Tuesday because of work and guess what ?? the assistant there told me that they don’t take dinner dresses back ??? without any reason????! oh I am sorry that I couldn’t read that on the receipt but even shein?!! has a return policy of 30 days please..this assistant couldn’t offer anything or said oh I am really sorry but that’s our policy,just said that and said a friendly but to me? how heartbreaking was that ?? I now have to keep that dress and my 40 euros is just wasted…please improve on your policy!!! It was really unfair to me !!

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Wurden trotz, dass wir etwas gekauft haben von den Mitarbeitern an der Kasse als ohne Hausverstand beleidigt. Als wir daraufhin etwas sagten wurden wir nur blöd angemacht. Uns wurde kein Hausverstand nachgesagt, da wir mehr als 3 Kleidungsstücke mit in die Umkleidekabine nahmen ( steht sehr klein). Wenn solche Bemerkungen schon fallen müssen, dann eventuell nicht mehr vor Kunden. Würde 0 Sterne geben.

It is the famous Zara brand. The site is located in a mall in Innsbruck DEZ. They have all the good and beautiful clothes and reasonable prices as well, especially at the end of the year. There are good offers for customers, and the staff also treats customers well. I really liked this place👫👩❤️👨✨

You need to put more kassa, what is the point on shop when you need 15min to wait so you can get your turn to pay + 15 to try it on.

Die Verkäuferin hat mir 6 Wassergläser und 1 Wasserkrug um € 120,00 (!) zusammen gestellt, währenddessen musste mein Kind (3 Jahre) dringend auf die Toilette. Also fragte ich die Verkäuferin, ob mein Sohn das WC benützen dürfte, und ich bekam ein knappes, unfreundliches "Nein" retour.

I’ve always had great service here, but today they outdid themselves. I bought a jacket here ~2 months ago and last week the zipper became defective. The sales staff quickly identified the defect and proactively offered to replace the whole jacket, saving me from a lengthy warranty process.

Ich bin zwar Deutsche aber ich liebe Tirol und kaufe seit ein paar Jahren immer wieder gerne im Tirolshop ein, sowohl vor Ort in Innsbruck im Urlaub oder auch gerne online. Die Sachen sind super, tolle Qualität und die Mitarbeiter:innen total nett. Den etwas höheren Preis bezahle ich daher gerne, vor allem weil man etwas langlebiges kauft, das auch nicht jeder andere hat. Von mir daher 5 Sterne 👍🏼😀

Unfreundliche arrogante Mitarbeiter, ein Mann der Unterwäsche für Frauen verkauft und erzählt dass meine Tochter die Unterwäsche falsch gewaschen hat, deshalb ist es nach 7 Tagen gerissen ist. Ich habe es an die Konsumentenschutz Tirol weitergeleitet. Das ist ein Witz. In jeden anderen Geschäft hätten sie es sofort getauscht. Bekommen es sowieso ersetzt, bzw mann kann es als Unternehmer abschreiben. Ich bin auch Unternehmer und kenne mich ein bisschen aus .
Da werden wir garantiert nicht mehr einkaufen, und werde jede meine Bekannte auch vom Kauf in diesem Geschäft abraten.

Absolutely degusted about service. I order a product online, it was available for delivery in 3 days. I have almost one month since I wait and I don't receive nothing and what is not nice is the fact that I don't receive nothing from GigaSport to let me know about the status of my order. I only have the tracking number and the status there is "recorded by sender" and this is all. With this kind of management its better if you just close the site. I don't recommend GigaSport to nobody.

Well organized and clean Primark. Yes, this is not the case in all Primark stores, which sometimes are pretty chaotic and messy. Luckily not here.

Ich bin eine überzeugte online Käuferin. Nach Corona war ich das erste mal wieder in Innsbruck unterwegs und habe mir gedacht - lass und die Wirtschaft unterstützen und kaufe direkt im Shop ein. Kundenfreundlichkeit gegen 0 aber was mich noch mehr geärgert hat, ich habe das neue T-shirt in der Umkleidekabine auf den Stuhl gelegt und eine Staubwolke hat mich, sowie das Shirt eingehüllt. Da wurde seit 2 Monaten nicht mehr geputzt. Auch wenn nicht viele Kunden momentan am Weg sind könnte man wenigstens 1x am Tag die Umkleiden putzen.

Es gibt eine tolle Auswahl an Tirol-Kleidung und auch vielen anderen Dinge, die man auch gut verschenken kann. Die Bedienung ist immer hilfsbereit uns kompetent. Der einzige Sternabzug sind die doch recht stattlichen Preise.

Shopping center offers shops with various brands and restaurants (very good Civantino - fotos). Good parking. The center is also suitable for children.
The Zara store is basically comparable to other Zara stores around the world. Since I live in Innsbruck, I am here quiet often and the quality of the store continuous to go down. One of the most annoying things is that all the locks of the mens changing room are broken. This results in people coming in when you are half naked. Please fix this.
