It has nice inventory but the staff profiles Black shoppers. After working in retail it’s easy to spot. It’s funny cause I just wanted to shop but immediately was followed, that’s the reality of discrimination everyday. Would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

This store, and any Vans store I have ever been in, is AMAZING. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. They always answer questions thoroughly and are more than happy to help find shoes you are looking for. Definitely recommend over other companies.

My friends came to visit this store and we loved it! We had the best experience with sales associate! She was so patient with us, very professional and accommodating and super friendly. She had great attitude and a smile. I would love to be shopping again.

Everyone was pretty welcoming except for a lady that seemed to be the manager actually, I believe the name was Sarah on her tag.. i dont know what her problem was or if she was just judging us but she had a resting B-face and had an ugly attitude and a terrible demeaner.. she was rude when the girl helping us had to call her over for help. I would say she's the only thing that made it a bad experience, and she makes that store look bad for sure.

Never been in a Van's store my entire life till today. Great customer service and I can honestly say Van's shies and clothing are starting to grow on me. Will definitely pick up another pair. 👍👍

Ben is the absolute best here. Friendly and very helpful. I came in with my kids and he helped find the perfect sizes and helped find the best prices!! 10/10 recommend!! Coming back soon!
This store is awesome! I went just to browse and the manager, I think his name was Ben, told me about everything being half off and seemed happy to help me throughout the store with getting different items. The young lady who rang me out was also super friendly and helpful.
One thing about The Gap you can definitely guarantee....Their clothing never changes... Same style every season since day one....Smh...Looks the same as the time I was there last....and that was at least 10 years ago...
I shopped there yesterday I bought a pair of sunglasses specifically for my motorcycle it was not what I needed for the motorcycle so today I took it in to get a refund return or exchange the manager there told me no we cannot do that I told him is this how you treat Veterans he goes being a veteran doesn’t have anything to do with anything he would not even exchange it for me when my veteran brothers Cvs they are not going to be too happy and I’m going to tell all my veteran brothers how he treated me by telling me being a veteran doesn’t have anything to do with anything I thought that was very rude and I’m not very happy with the experience I had over there and I shop there quite a few times before I will never go back over there again

We came to look for summer shorts and had tried on a few things. Janelle was so informative and friendly! She helped us find the sizes we needed and even let us know the deals and promotions that were on the specific clothes we were trying on. She also checked on us as we were shopping throughout the store. Great customer service! She deserves a raise!!
Vans are my favorite brand of shoes!! This Van's location has a wide variety of standard Van's, but also has a clearance section on the back wall!!! The on going promotion is "buy one pair, get one half off". The staff is friendly, helpful, and get you in and out quick when making a purchase. Great Van's store to shop at.

So many sales storewide! I was able to try on many clothing items as well which helped me so much to see what I wanted to purchase. The employees were very nice also. I appreciate seeing employees by the fitting rooms in case I have any questions and there definitely was someone there. Their selection is great, whether you’re looking for a sweater, a shirt, or even something more specific like I was personally looking for a long sleeve shirt and jeans which they had available in many different fabrics and sizes! Might be a bit of a wait in line right now, but I blame it on the holidays. All in all, great prices and beautiful quality clothing!
Mario was awesome just my opinion manger material for sure. He was awesome very helpful especially after trying to get help from that other place no names they don't deserve the credit. Mario explained in detail about the products we purchased. Very professional and insightful which means we will be back for sure. Makes our hour drive from Coalinga well worth it. Store has a lot of cool shirts but unfortunately the adult shirts are really expensive. I didn't buy anything here but my brother did. He spent a lot of money on a Santa Cruz shirt.
They have a ton of awesome clothes and other items to choose from. The guy behind the counter was super cool. We got a few graphic tees and some fun stickers. I will more than likely return to this store when I'm in the area again.
Great experience at this Eddie Bauer location. They had a ton of stuff marked down. I got a $300 jacket for $50. The lady at the desk was extremely friendly and explained all the sales and Deals they had going on. We will definitely return.
Employees were kind of blah but they had a lot of clearance deals going on. I was able to find three nice pullover v-necks for $5 each mark down from 65. They don't have much selection though and the regular items are kind of overpriced for the low quality material they use.
They had a ton of markdowns on really nice stuff. We saved over 300 dollars and walked out with 4 bags full of clothes. I got a lot of shorts and shirts that fit really well. We will definitely return to this location.
The nicest woman let me come in and shop to my heart's content when there was only 5 minutes until closing. She stayed about 20 minutes late and saved me because I needed a bunch of field clothes for the next day. The pants and shirts I picked worked out really well (although women's pants are still struggling with pocket design - always bigger and more needed). Thank you!!!

The only reason I didn't rate this store 1 star was because it was a single employee and one time so far. Today April-8-21 at 6pm the super skinny girl black hair was behaving inappropriately. She was using explicit language about a mother because her child was crying. I understand she was fustrated with the crying but after she went off infront of me, she was way far more annoying than the child crying 🤭 and made my shopping experience bad. If she did that after the mom was far away from her, i am assuming she does that with most customers. I think she needs retraining or she is just in the wrong job. The rest of the employees know who i am referring too because she was using the bluetooth system to share her disliked.

This store deserves a 5 star because of the great deals but due to the lack of customer service I'll give it 1 star. Lupita was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional when answering a simple question of sizing. I noticed it wasn't just me she was also rude to another customer that asked a question as well. Lupita made me not want to return to this location.

My overall time spent in this store was a waist of time, customer service satisfaction was a 0, a simple question was asked to their cashier and she was lost, curtisy was a 0, privacy was a 0, the cashier had us there overall an hour and nothing was solved.

A let-down when it comes to men's clothing options. Graphic t-shirts and polos seem to be the main sellers here. Would stick to premium outlets if you're looking for a bigger variety of men's clothing articles.

I was there today and I had a bad experience I have two shirts for 25.00 and I grab the two shirts from the same rack ,but at the time of paying she told me one is two for 25and the other one is two for 35 I and up paying like almost 40dlls. Is just a dirty trick of them to make you pay more is not a honest business because if they keep doing this the store is gone close for good the customers don't come back.

I was on Vacation in CA and went in to get some Harry Potter Slytherin Vans. The girl told me they didn't have my size and she could have them shipped to me in VA. Okay great, plugged in my address she said I was all set and they would be shipped to me. It's been almost a week and my status for shipment hadn't changed on the site so I called customer service. Come to find out, it's being shipped to this store and I'm all the way back in VA and can't do anything about it. I now have to wait for them to get to the store and then they are supposed to send them to me. I have to rely on this store and the call center to work together to get them to me which is absolutely ridiculous. If the process had been done right the first time, I wouldn't have to wait so freaking long for my damn shoes.
EDIT: the store and the customer service center were able to rectify the issue and sent me the shoes, I received them yesterday. I appreciate the fact that they did exactly what they said they would do to fix the problem.

I Walk In There Around 8pm To Purchase A Skateboard A Gift. I Was Greeted By One Employee Named Vanessa. She Helped Me Out In Every Way Possible In Choosing The Correct Parts That Was Needed For It. I Chose A Difficult Board. Now As It Came To Putting It All Together The Other Employee Lynda Or Whatever Her Name Was Decided To Make Herself Visible Only To Belittle My Sales Employee. Repeatedly Saying Goodluck On Putting It Together With A Stank Face. Bad Impression Already For Her To Again Come Back To Ask If I Can Pick It Up Another Day WHEN Vanessa Was Already Getting Ready To Start. Was She Really Trying To Kick Us Out 30mins Before Closing. Vanessa Started It Anyways And As She Was Fixing Any Problems I Had. AGAIN Comes Lynda Reminding Us Its One Minute Till 9 As If I The Customer Was Going To Leave As My Board Is Being Done. It Felt As If She Was Rushing Her To Get It Done. Well Lynda Sorry Hunny I Paid For The Skateboard And It WAS NOT Going To Be Rushed And She Clearly Had A Task To Do And It Was A Great Job & Vanessa Thank You For Doing Your Best If It Was Just You I Would Give You A 5 STAR!

Staff is very attentive. Sometimes you can find fabulous deals. Other times you're paying outrageous prices for the Eddie Bauer name. You have to shop carefully here, unless you have unlimited resources.
My girl went shopping here and for a mall that has alot of expensive stores this one is super affordable. BEST DEALS and fashionable it will be her go to place from now on. They need one closer to merced though

Great selection and bargains right now. Bought a hundred dollar rain coat. Was able to use my veteran I'D plus their 40% discount. Cost was around $60 after taxes. Nice personnel very courteous and friendly. Recommend shopping there. Tulare Outlet.
