Don’t try to ask if they have an item in the store. they all don’t know and u have to spend at least 30 minutes pathing labyrinths to finally leave with nothing.. Thanx god I met a nice young guy who said me that I have entered the wrong place.

Tolle Auswahl an Klamotten und vor allem an Jeans. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich, kennen sich aus und ich wurde super bei meinem Jeans-Kauf beraten, sodass ich die perfekte Jeans gefunden habe.
Absolutely shocking service, in a bad way! Only cashier open on a busy Saturday and sales assistants cut queue on behalf of their customers without lining up or asking. What is worse is the shop condones such behavior!!!

The worst shopping center ever!!!!!!! No service, no sales assistants!!! People who work here are unprofessional, and not educated!!! In such an “exclusive” mall so awful service!!! Moreover, the management also doesn't do anything! I wrote a complaint and nobody responded me!

I had a frustrating experience with the return policy at JD Sports. Despite being assured in the Nuremberg store that I could return items in the Netherlands, the Dutch branch refused my return. Efforts to resolve this online with customer service have been unsatisfactory, leaving me with products that do not fit. Communication has been clear from my side, but the responses from JD Sports have been rigid, denying any assistance for a transaction across borders, even by post. This experience has been inconvenient and disappointing, especially for an international customer who relies on flexibility and clear policies.

freche Methoden im online Shop! Eigentlich Null Sterne. Produkte werden zur Auswahl angeboten, eine Bestellbestätigung wird verschickt - dann erfolgt Hinweis auf möglichen Zwischenverkauf. Man ahnt es schon - es folgt die Stornierung. Der unlautere Versuch den Besteller zum weiteren Besuch des Stores zu bewegen erfolgt mittels Gutschein, der fast alle hochwertigen Labels ausklammert. Somit also völlig uninteressant und witzlos. Der Online-Besteller dient wahrscheinlich nur als Resteverwerter - ich finde live-Einkaufserlebnisse auch wichtiger - aber dann lasse ich als Shop die Finger vom Onlinehandel. Newseum never ever.

Schicker Laden mit teuren Labels. Wollte einen Kaftan kaufen, aber 650€ ist doch weit über meine Budgetplanung😂. Man weiß aber, dass Weltbekannte high-fashion dementsprechend auch kosten. Hatte hier während eines Umbaus sehr gute Schnäppchen gemacht. Gerne wieder bei einem Sommerschlussverkauf.
Eine Liebeserklärung zu Bekleidung, ist dieser Store auf jeden Fall, egal ob Auswahl der Produkte von Accessoires bis High-End Bekleidung oder Kompetenz und Liebe der Mitarbeiter, bis hin zum überragenden Service des Geschäfts. Einfach ein Traum, selbst wenn man in Stuttgart wohnt, komme ich jedes Mal in meine Heimatstadt, um einen Besuch in dem wahrscheinlich besten Store in Deutschland für Streetwear abzustatten.

The worst costumer service. Mu mum bought me shoes as a gift and didn't open until I came and try them on. It didn't fit so I came to return them and get other size. They didn't accept it because of black streaks under which obviously every shoes has if u try them and walk in shop. Maybe they should clean floor more often. Don't recommend to buy something there.
Really liked the store. Staff were very nice and kind. I liked that i was not kicked while touching and looking at the clothes because usually at this kind of stores i am usually get kicked out since i am a kid. I looked items that really really amazed me but sadly i am just a kid and couldn’t afford anything. Although i was very scared while i was touching and photographing 500€+ clothes while my whole outfit was worth like 50€. I really liked that i got the chance of atheist touch some cool clothes once in a lifetime!

I walked in not knowing what I was getting myself into and was generally confused for the first few minutes. At first it was hard to find staff as everyone works in their own specific bubble.
However, when I found someone they were extremely nice and knowledgeable about international shopping laws and credits. This whole time as well I did not feel like I was obligated to buy anything.
I left the store with a pretty good deal on two wallets and an overall positive shopping experience.

Super Location und fast die einzige mit hochwertigen Klamotten in Nürnberg. Die schlechte Beratung kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, sogar am 24.12. bei vollem Betrieb waren alle zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Und Champus gab's auch, nicht nur für Stammkunden, aber wir werden zukünftig welche.

Pretty small considering you’re in a major city of Germany. Also pretty empty right now. I’m assuming we can just blame Covid for that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Though the other stores around them seem to be doing a better job of keeping their shelves full..? I’m talking just straight up empty shelves everywhere lol. Still ended up getting something shoes though, friendly staff :)

Great place for all shopping needs. There's a lot of brands to choose from and the sales assistants are always ready to help. The place is very elegant and it feels great from the moment you walk in. There is also a café where you can have sweets and relax for a while.
Nice tidy store with lots of choice, all sizes available, shame about the changing rooms, no staff attenting, long queues, people taking lots of clothes in to try on, leaving them piled high in the cabins.
Three days ago I have bought some amazing new pieces from the new Mango collection. Today I have retuned to the shop to buy more of the same articles and I was even wearing one of them. I showed Mrs Inna (she didn’t want to share her surname) my shirt and kindly asked to help me find them in the store (as their place was changed). She answered that it’s an old collection from years ago and that she can’t help me. To which I have answered that it’s a new collection and I have bought it three days ago. She answered that I was wrong and left. In a couple of minutes I have found the articles I was looking for (on the same 0 level as where Mrs Inna was working) and showed them to her. She didn’t apologize and didn’t say a word. I’m surprised to see such rude, impatient, lazy and not willing to help people at Mango company. Never before I had such an experience in this exact location.

I bought there an adidas continental 80, in the store I didn’t realised that the shoes were different one with like “rough” surface and the other one with “smooth”, I found out later and came back to get both same. They already knew what was going on and told me that they didn’t have the one fitting with the other. I can’t think of a way how can this happen. They returned me the money, but zero effort to make it right. With calm heart they sold me a pair with both shoes different.
One of the best shops in Nurnberg for #hiphop style lovers. They have everything you want from head to toe 👌sports wears, training clothes , Nikes, Air Jordans, Basketball clothing, football/ rugbi clothing, hats, zip-ups, balls, backpacks...etc. Clean shop, very friendly staff, cool rap music and nice service. 💪😊 🎧💪🏀🏈

Special thanks at Sevi, she is excellent at her job!!! It was Saturday and I had about 20 minutes to find a nice outfit for a dinner on Sunday. I was on rush, because the next day the stores were closed and I was looking for something elegant and new to wear. So I asked for help. Sevi, not only recommended me some clothes but she also helped me making nice combinations! I bought what she said and I didn’t regret anything! She knew exactly what to do and she was well informed about the new trends!

Staff was quick and helpful. So glad I stumbled upon this fine store on my stroll thru Nürnberg old town coz here U found the Nike Foamposite that I sought after but sold out my size everywhere else.
