Second visit to Florence, Second custom jacket. Love this store and the family.

Mostafa lost a $600+ sale because of his ego. From the moment we walked in, everything was a “quiz.” We are not leather connoisseurs, hence needing direction upon entering the store while browsing. We are on vacation and wanted to make our experience memorable, yet we had a less than memorable experience. The store itself has beautiful goods, yet not a friendly salesman. We took our business to a much nicer and professional Italian man and purchased our two leather coats there instead. Common courtesy goes a long way, Mostafa.

We bought jackets here in 2018, it is now 2022 and they are still looking great! Well made jackets, exceptional service, nice sales staff, I would definitely recommend them

A lovely shopping experience for one that prefers classic quality merchandise. The family designer was extremely helpful, and made our afternoon very enjoyable. The reversible leather jacket that I purchased, is the epitome of Italian quality and design.

Four months after i bought a jacket the inside pocket fell apart...when i bought it marco said that i could contact him for any replacements needed due to manufacturing defects for up to 7 years. I contacted him over facebook and he didnt respond, so i tried email and he didnt respond there either. Not sure what else to make of this but that he was lying.

Amazing clothes, custom made leather coats, top quality material, and very nice and friendly people! I highly recommend this place if you love high quality and are interested in exceptional fit. My daughter got this reversible antelope skin jacket - and she is difficult to buy for as she is so tall!
