Charging 20 kr for the bathroom is Hard pass for me. Will never step foot in this garbage hole ever again!
This place always have such a good vibe. All the fashion brands, super shop, many restaurants are available here. Tunnelbana, Trum line and bus station is situated just beside it.
Liljeholmstorget Galleria has potential. If they could add a Zara/ Mango, Åhléns and a better restaurant than O'Leary's.
A great variety of stores. I often find that I don't need to go all the way to the city centre because Liljeholmstorget has most things I need, and without a doubt the best grocery store I've ever been to with their ICA Kvantum.
Good place to shop and hangout for sometime if you are in liljeholmen.

On the 25/10/2023 me and my partner was served by wonderfulsalesman Michael. He was very helpful, and with a big smile despite that we couldn’t decide. We got shoes fast for try out.
But we did in the end- that’s to Micheal and his service. He is a keeper jd sports.
He is easy to approach, during our time he served several customer, even if the clock was running out. He even helped out at the cashier.

Horrible experience in this store, poorly trained professionals, one person says one thing, another one say something different. My mom bought a sunglasses there and a couple of days after, she wanted to return it after trying at home and decided that she didn't like it that much. The day we bought it, the lady that helped us said we COULD return it, she even wrote on the receipt that the sunglasses was missing a tag, in case we want to return it. Alright, we went there today to return it and the another lady said she COULDN'T take it because they don't accept sunglasses as returns. But funny because no one said to us on the day we bought it this information, they actually said the opposite, that we COULD return it. Very disappointed, I'll never buy at Cubus again.
Thanks to Dimi, a great guy who really cares about the customer without compromising with the policy's of the store. Bought the wrong size shoes and wanted to change the size. He helped me from start to finish with the process and explained everything to me very clearly due to the policies around returns being very unclear on the website. Made my day. He deserves a raise!
Has variety of stores in it. Good stop to shop variety of things at the same place. There are even few cafés inside in case you need to grab a quick bite or coffee.

The customer service here is very bad. I thought that a manager of a store should be the the one maintaining the peace and quiet of the store and not be screaming at people. I do not recommend going here or even going close to it.
By chavs, for chavs. I seriously hope if you paid the staff more and trained them they'd be more professional, but expect this isn't your business model.
Had a rude young guy tell me (after initially being rude about something else) that I should maybe go to JD Sports because he wasn't going to serve me.

They didn't answer phone when trying to check if an item was in stock prior to visiting the store & you guessed it, the item wasn't in stock once I arrived at the store. Totally useless once I was there as the staff didn't even know if they would be getting the item in again, so I would recommend using any other sporting store rather than this
The mall is awesome! It's huge and there are tons of stores from all the best brands! It's a bit hard to navigate though, but that's to be expected. It is a great place to go shopping ir just have fun
Returns are a bit of a hazel, they charge you for the return unless you travel to one of their physical stores, making trying out different sizes through online shopping for example less than ideal.
Very nice location and some really nice butik, the place is quite clean and vast with varaity of shops.. Food, clothes, electronics, restaurants..etc.
Long story short: my wife was buying a pair of shoes for our daughter exposed at 350 kr. But in the meantime she were searching the right size, a shop assistant removed the exposed price tag and they asked her 600 kr when she wanted to pay... Unprofessional and wrong! If the exposed price was wrong, they needed simply to tell her. Anyway, we will never go there anymore even if we live literally at few meters....

Ordered a pair of shoes from their online store. Once they arrived I noticed that I did not look quite like I expected.
Made sure the shoes where clean and still looked brand new and decided to return them via the Solna store. Was a bit worried about the return process from reading the other reviews, but the actual return process was extremely hassle free and handled by a very professional store employee.

Nice selection of shoes of known brands in the 100 to 200 USD range. I found a pair that was custom made for the store.

Awful experience. Tried to change a pair of shoes I bought 9 days ago because they hurt my feet. First, he told me they looked dirty and, to be honest, I had to clean them better. But then I told the guy I used them for 2 hours inside my apartment, and they say they looked like used for more time. I showed the employee the scars in my ankle and told him that even if I wanted to use them for more than 2 hours, I couldn't do it and he told me "that doesn't happen in two hours, It takes weeks". WEEKS. I bought them 9 days ago and today is freaking 28th. Hope no one buys here anymore, and it surprises me to find this kind of places in the Mall of Scandinavia.
Good selection of fashion forward clothing for more sophisticated men. Lack of medium sized items that day, unfortunately. Lovely staff, very friendly and warm.

I bought a sweater the another day at Mall of Scandinavia. The new sale price was 299 sek and I thought, -what a nice deal. But when I got home I realized they had increased the price before lowering the price.
This is deceitful and not okay.
When I wrote to them, they did not care to answer. When I wrote in Facebook, they gave me an email address and they did not understand why I´m angry.

För att säkra konsumenters säkerhet, så vill jag att alla ska veta att SALT på drottninggatan 66 har en jävla dålig kundservice och personal med hemska attityder. Då de inte har någon tillit för kundens ord, och har sin egna policy varav de inte förstår att deras butiker faktiskt är etablerade i Sverige och att vi har KKL (konsumentköplagen) som vi MÅSTE följa. Inte nog med detta så har SALTs HK ingen som helst koll på sina butiker och är inte medvetna om vad för beslut som tas, hur och varför dem besluten bestäms.
Tydligen så är det så att alla SALT butiker gör som dem själva vill, beroende på vem du lyckas få som expedit kan du visserligen bli nekad en giltig retur, reklamation.
Bojkotta Drottninggatan 66 om du inte vill bli besviken.
