I was looking for a mother of bride outfit with only 6 weeks to the wedding. I had ordered numerous outfits online but not found the right one. I noticed some online at Pretty Perfect Boutique and thought I would contact them to see what they had in stock in my size before travelling from Bristol. Naomi was amazing. Naomi sent me details of the designers and codes of dresses for me to google for those she had in stock and when I found some others online that I liked, she tried her very best to order them and get them in. Naomi responded promptly to all emails and phone calls and went above and beyond. Even coming to find us when we got lost when visiting the shop. Naomi made me feel very welcome and was extremely helpful in finding my dress. I would definitely recommend Pretty Perfect Boutique. The service is appointment only. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I will certainly be visiting again next year when my other daughter gets married. Thank you Naomi for helping me find my perfect dress and hat.

Beautiful shop with a stunning selection of dresses at all price ranges. Hannah did a great job, helping my daughter (patiently!) to choose and narrow down her choices and we were delighted to purchase a stunning prom dress today. Nothing was too much trouble and I would not hesitate to recommend Pretty Perfect Boutique to anyone - thanks also to Naomi, who was also on hand to support.
My experience at the pretty perfect boutique was amazing! We couldn’t fault beth in any way, she was so welcoming and helpful and i left with my perfect dress! All the staff were lovely and the prom dresses available catered for all different styles and colours. couldn’t recommend more!
This is the second time I have found the most beautiful dress at this gem of a boutique. Firstly for my sons wedding last October and then this week for my nieces wedding this coming August. The welcome is so warm and friendly, Naomi and Beth make you feel so relaxed, listening to what you think you would like and then showing you the most beautiful dresses to suit. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none. There is no pressure and you are given plenty of time with your dress on .There are also beautiful accessories to match enabling you to come away with your entire ensemble. We had an amazing experience picking my daughter’s prom dress on the weekend. The girls at Pretty Perfect Boutique were so lovely. Beth in particular was so attentive and gave us the best advice to narrow down her choices to the perfect one 😊 she was made to feel very special, thank you.
The main place for most of the tours ie Viking and whale and dolphin tours, plus ferry terminal to hope on to go to other island.
Went there to buy a shoo because last time we bought one from Albany Road outlet and which was quite good. Unfortunately there is not enough stock in this showroom

Really rude staff. Went to return a jacket today and the woman and man on returns were so rude. My receipt was a bit faded so it wouldn’t scan and they made a massive deal out of it. Really bad customer service. The manager however did come over and he sorted it straight away.

Lovely store in St David's Centre. The staff were very helpful. The store is very well laid out. Easy to find the type of garment your looking for. The staff jump on the tills as soon as customers start to queue. Great shopping experience.
I took my mum out shopping to Cardiff as she’s never been before and we wanted to pop into Yours as I had a jumper to return. The staff there are awful and weren’t friendly at all. My mum and me were very polite to them, but they didn’t even say thank you or anything. Me and my mum certainly won’t be shopping there again and we will be going to another Yours with more friendly staff.

This was the dirtiest and messiest Urban Outfitters I have ever been in! The first three/four metres into the shop were fine and the racks and floor were tidy but the further you went in the more clothes were on the floor and the more displays were messy. I went to try something on and the changing rooms were dirty with big clumps of dust on the floor and mucky doors and walls. The staff who were supposed to be supervising the changing rooms were busy talking to each other so customers were leaving clothes in the cubicals. Some of the plants in the home section were half dead as they clearly hasn't been watered in ages. A very disappointing visit to this particular store.

i am appalled by the customer service i received from Fran today in Bershka. she didn’t greet me or even say one word. although she was more than happy to discuss private conversations with her fellow employees. no eye contact was given, however she glared at my friend. i will not be returning. obviously customer service isn’t important to bershka, and i do not feel welcome. Fran needs to go back to basics.
Why is the high street struggling? Because some genius’ in big offices and managers of stores haven’t a clue ! Went to Bershka in St David’s 2 today . Bershka , 2 self service counters (1 broken) in a circa 3,500 sq ft store , with 5 standard counters , woman on desk refused to serve as have to use the self service (unless you’re paying cash) - remember 1 broken, in the meantime I count 5 sets of customers walk out waiting too long, in the next 10 minutes not one transaction is put through as the customer ahead is struggling with the machine (this is a Saturday in the summer holidays) with around 3/4 left queuing, finally manager sends a staff member to manual till and moves us over, when I asked the manager nicely with my retail experience if by not manning tills the lost business of people walking out is ok his response “eventually we won’t have manned tills and everyone has to learn, and be patient, we don’t have enough staff to man them, more staff come in later in the day hopefully” - there were literally 4 staff hanging up changing room returns , I think young man (I’m old now!) you’ll find eventually your store will be closed like the other city centre stores because you haven’t taken customers money who actually want to part with it ! Get your priorities straight your tills are there it’s not because you don’t have them, people want to buy things take their money before it’s too late. Ironically parent company ZARA few doors down have more tills manned than any store in the city ! if an average transaction in store takes 5 minutes and they have just one till just 12 transactions an hour 10 hours open is 120 transactions at £30? £3,600 a day in a huge store in city centre with maybe 15 staff? isn’t going to pay the bills on a Saturday ! But maybe I’m wrong ! It’s a shame as I love the products and designs and regularly shop but I guess this is more of a reason to just shop online !
If you can find something that fits and is a good material then it will be at a great price.

Bought a jacket but when the tag was removed it left a hole that you could see would only get worse. Took it back for a refund, the staff put a new security tag back in the same place which I can only imagine means it was going back on the shop floor!

The other lady just kept saying that I needed the paper receipt which I didn’t have, as it was 2 hours away because there are no Yours stores near me!
You don’t need a paper receipt to return, you can just use an email, so she was wrong! It was apparently a lot of trouble. The lady I was dealing with was very rude and aggressive, barking orders at me like I was a child (even though, no one deserves to be spoken to in such a manner).
I also put my phone away after showing her the dispatch note after finding it (with no offer of help) for her to demand it back again so she could fill out a form! I felt like I was doing something wrong due to their aggressive nature.
Both my mum and I were going to buy something but didn’t bother after that experience. Don’t bother. I would take your custom elsewhere! Never again.

Accompanied my daughter this morning to return a pair of trousers and right from the start the lady serving behind the counter seemed to be moody and there was no “good morning, can I help you” she just said “yes”. My daughter had to log on to the shops WiFi to access the info the assistant requested with no offer of help. Eventually my daughter found what she thought the assistant wanted but it was incorrect so we had to move to the side again so that she could find the invoice. Another assistant was saying she needs a paper receipt. Why do you need a paper receipt when all the info is on an email. They were both very unhelpful and aggressive in their demeanour. My daughter did find the info and then when she put her phone away the assistant wanted some further info. I have never been to a clothes shop like it before. It seems ridiculous all that info just to be refunded £19.00

me and my friends came here after our final exam, sat down waiting for our friends who are buying stuff to try stuff on, women who seemed in a bad mood who was a worker comes over to us “can you guys move this is not a community center” as we are sat down where a big sofa and table is??? we come here ALL the time and sit there for hours at a time and nobody has ever had a problem with it. not sure if this person is having a bad day and taking it out onto everyone but someone needs to sort her out !!! 😡
Popped in this evening as I needed a wedding guest outfit in a hurry, they have gotten rid of their curve section and even though all their sizes run to a size 22 (I'm a size 20/22 depending on fit) they had no dresses above a size 18. I am really disappointed as I don't want to have to spend over £200 on your website ordering 6 dresses just to try on because you don't stock them in store, it's bad customer service and very disappointing that the High Street is being so un-inclusive of size.

Was very busy but got served really quickly considering the amount of people in there. I was having a refund which was so quick and easy no fuss no filling in return forms so yea 10/10

Awful and rude customer service staff. All look angry and annoyed to be working there. Customer service at every other store in that shopping Center other than urban outfitters has lovely polite staff. This stores staff is just rude and bitter. Whoever was working upstairs last night absolutely horrid!

was there yesterday and noticed today that one of the items i purchased isnt in the bag even though it's not something very small that could've gone unnoticed. on the receipt it even says that it got scanned. the girl that was at the checkout however was already in a miserable mood it seemed like and like she didnt even want to be there so i'm not sure if it was done on purpose or she really just forgot to put it in there but i'm really upset because i paid 30 pounds and cant even get a refund or get the same product for free. just very disappointing experience.
Terrible service!! Waited in the changing rooms to ask for another size, 3 members of staff looked at me, (standing, waiting in their clothes) and continued to ignore me and talk to each other! After i flagged one down I asked for different sizes and as i was talking he turned and looked away to chat to his friends, before turning back and repeating the wrong details (as he wasn't actually listening) then brought the clothes to me and didn't even acknowledge me he was more interested in chatting to his friends! Clothes are great, staff very unhelpful! Not my first bad experience there!!
Went here on the 21st March 5-6pm where I was approached by an awful bitter woman who either was having a bad day &/ or hates her job & likes to take it out on customers.I changed my mind on a piece of clothing & put it back where I found it! this is when she spoke to me in a nasty tone and insisted I put it back where I found it ?? confused, she gestured her hands to me to go away and would not listen or look at me, very rude and spoke over me.I went to complain about this brunette round faced woman who turned out to be a manager somehow, I then heard her speak about me loudly on purpose on a radio after I couldn’t find a proper way to make a complaint because no one of higher authority was available. This led to trigger my anxiety and almost cry in store cutting my shopping short . I’m only 19 I have no business of being a karen or rude to retail workers.Even if I did do what she said (which I didn’t) it’s in her job description so I suggest she takes another look at it before trying to make ppl feel upset for no reason. I have to return something from that day because I was too scared to try it on after, but I’m too anxious to go back!! Should not be a manager if you can’t listen to reason.
Absolutely fabulous service from Naomi. I accidentally stumbled upon this little gem while looking for inspiration for my MOG outfit. There was so much to chose from but she made the process such a lovely experience I couldn’t fault it. She found me the most gorgeous dress, the detail was phenomenal and just the thing I had been looking for. I thought I would be spending weeks looking for the perfect outfit but it only took one appointment thank goodness. Would highly recommend they have wide variety of dresses for most budgets, made my sons wedding and myself feel even more special!
Zara is frustrating. Nice clothes but the layout! Why, why have the fragrances next to the till? Tricky to access when the store is busy and they're always popular. Been to other Zara's and they've got a stand-alone fragrance section against a wall. Might be worth a try? The old Queen Street shop had it and it worked. Also big returns queue, but nothing new there!

Nice place. Certainly Good variety of kids and women stuff, though expensive. Didn't find a lot in mens, as most items seemed way too expensive.
Stopped shopping here as the customer assistants made me feel inferior. Not a pleasant experience considering I’ve made many purchases. I continued to shop at the Cardiff store after this low service but still felt the same atmosphere particularly from the lady who is the store manager. Not shopped there in months and no intention to return.
Very dirty in the store. The goods are dusty lying on the floor, no one is watching. The locker rooms are dirty. I've been to other stores, I've never seen anything like this anywhere else. Clean the store, then I will put 5 stars, because I love the clothes of this brand
I love the clothes and staff in new look, they are so nice and welcoming however there is always one who is too entitled. Where everyone was trying on their heels there was a pile of heels which is expected in such a busy place, the Capital of Wales.. a female staff member came over to a bunch of people trying shoes rolled her eyes sighed and went into the staff only area you could tell that the people there were made uncomfortable.

Only a relatively small premises but have been pleased to find hair decoration for a bride and wedding shoes here. Also noticed a good selection of fascinators now in stock, so if you're wedding outfit shopping give Quiz a go!

Ordered online. Item never arrived. Tracking number shows royal mail never received it. I have emailed their customer service with no reply. They have no phone number to contact. I have just lost the money and there doesn't seem to be anything In can do about it. I placed the order over a month ago and paid for it to arrive in two days.

It's quite a tiny place and so the selection is rather small compared to the online offer. But at least you can try their clothes on and see what size is suitable for you, and then order it online for a free collection in the shop. I find that I needed to buy a larger size than I would normally go for, so if you're for example a 10, try 12...

Gosh the girl who works in there with the dark hair needs to get another job , like seriously she doesn't even let the customers to touch the clothes rails. She stood next to people and straight away start to tidy up , make customer feel uncomfortable, like give us space.. and she has he'll of a attitude 🙄 she doesn't know any customer service whatsoever
The shop floor is tidy and well arranged. They have sale going on which they kept all together. I was collecting and I found staff at pay area straight away. I think finding order details is not that easy. They ask name order number two or more times to find the order in system. Simple bar code would be simpler and less time consuming. Overall good experience.
They do have some really nice clothes here for the larger lady, however!! When trying on bras it is becoming increasingly awkward, they always seem to place the alarm tag right in the clasps in the back, not good. Also, I know for some its ok, but to have bras with the straps held on with hooks, not good when you have very big lulas, the hooks seem to pop out of the loops, much prefer sewn in straps as they are stronger to keep the girls where they need to be
I always enjoy shopping at River Island. Because the choice of mens fashion there is always excellent . Im 47 now and ive been going to River Island since i was around 17 years of age. And i cant leave out the staff who are always helpful and polite too. ..... thank you for reading my review. .... Jay

Brand speaks for itself but the staff in here are really good especially Mica (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) very professional, knowledgeable and a really cool young lady although when she and my wife get together costs me a fortune lol. Well worth a visit!

I had never been to Quiz before. I LOVED it! I thought there was a great selection of items there from casual items to prom dresses. I wanted a jumpsuit and there were plenty to choose from and they were all beautiful. I ended up getting 2 and bagged a fascinator. Everyone told me how lovely they thought I looked. I thought the tailoring and cut of the clothes was amazing. I commented to people that it was like the clothes were cut just for me. I also thought the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be shopping there again. I am so glad I found this shop!!!!!!!!!! 😍👌❤
Great selection at fantastic prices. Lots of co-ordinated items making it easy to put together outfits. This included matching handbags and purses. Lots of fabulous gift ideas as well.

For a company that specifically caters for plus size women it's disappointing to find that their shop in St. David's Centre, Cardiff is so tightly packed it's restrictive and frustrating.
There are lots of great colour combinations that mm ran you can get some great ideas.

Service a little slow. Not many people to help. But great reliable clothing for great prices. I have short legs and muscular upper body and they cater to all sizes.
I had a wonderful shopping experience there. Staffs were very friendly. One of them offered us some drink, while another one prepared the clothes for my husband to try. They were very patient. They made us feel very welcoming.
Lovely selection of amazing cakes. But sat down in there for 10 minutes and nobody came to serve us. When I asked we were told we had to go to the counter so we left. When we visited before we had someone take our order at our table. So can be very confusing. We went to the Queen st shop.
I visited this store on 12 February 2018. The shop is very well presented and welcoming. My wife is a plus size but had never been to a Yours Clothing store before. Vicky (the manager) was extremely helpful in providing my wife with assistance when selecting a couple of outfits.
