Great hunt for Men’s Polo T. USD 75.99
This was my first visit to the SKECHER WAREHOUSE and was pleasantly surprised at the abundant selection of various shoes and reasonable prices. The store was very clean and the Clerk was very pleasant. A GREAT STORE .
I didn't receive any service during my visit. It seemed like the employees assisted everyone else except me. While I'm not entirely sure if it was due to any specific reason, I'm hesitant to recommend this place, especially for Asian customers.

Where ever I travel I look for the stores and spend around 2000 dlls every time at leaste twice a year
Yesterday I went to this mall in the schedule they said they close at 8 pm
1 arribe 7: 20 and both Doors were closed
I can bet you if they own the store they Will respect the hours of operation and the costumers time and money

King Lemonade found the perfect sneakers for a track suit he purchased in our earlier travels. Massively overpriced. I thought Ralph Lauren was meant to be cheaper in the USA than the UK but it was even more expensive to the point it's become overpriced compared to rivals like Tommy Hilfiger etc. No good sales or promotions available in store either unlike other outlets in the centre.

Good place to shop prices could be a little bit lower explicitly for winter clothes when it's not winter anymore or a in with the new and out with the old type of thing but overall good place to shop if you don't sk8 or snowboard keep a bench warm with a $300 coat lol

Our family loves this outlet. We buy from here often. A few days ago I was just doing a run through to see what there is so I can come back when I had more time. I was followed out of the store while leaving by an associate who told me she saw me steal or stuff something when I of course did not. All while having the smallest clear purse on. It was just really weird and I'm definitely disappointed cause I have no desire to go back

Theory was my best brand ever … but unfortunately this shop and the team made it the worst experience ever for me. Zero customer service, I get it because it’s an outlet shop but I am really disappointed by the Managment. I have been sending all my relatives and friends there and they spend big but from now on no more !!!!

Went in to exchange a few shirts that I purchased online. All I wanted was to exchange from a Large to a Medium. Tamara wanted to charge me the difference because they were a different price in the store. I asked her, "Why do I have to pay when I'm doing an even exchange?" She said with an attitude, "We don't do even exchanges." I took my stuff and went to the Galleria location guess what they did an even exchange without a problem!

I am in the process of refunding as my items had some issues. Managers have been very kind and accommodating. I was very satisfied with their top notch customer service. Would recommend buying from them. Follow up care is amazing even though it’s an outlet store.

closed early. I called and they said they close at 9pm. they lied and there was many other upset ppl. loosing sales isn't a good look on any business. rude customer service the girl was nor even willing to hear me Im leaving town at 5am and it was 8:01 so even if they close ar 8 (9 is what they told me and what Google says) and she wouldn't let me in at 8:01 that's definitely bad business.

I prefer this location over the Premium Outlets South location. The store was busy but not mobbed. There was plenty of staff on hand to answer any questions or to ring your purchase up. They had 40% off all clothes this Holiday weekend & 25% off shoes, bed, accessories. I love a good sale!

If you're looking for anime clothing they have a couple of selections. Price range is 24.95 and up, a little pricey for a t-shirt (my opinion)
The manager of this store is absolutely ridiculous and lazy! As you know Jordan’s are raffled off and the winners must show up by 7pm on pick up day to claim their shoes. We travel a lot so sometimes we bid on shoes in the city we are visiting, DO NOT BID AT THIS STORE. The manager said that his back room (not the shoe area was wet) therefore he was not selling shoes. I said as a manager if you know that you had a major raffle and you were not going to be open you should have walked the winner’s shoes UPSTAIRS to one of your other stores so we could pick up our items there.
He stated that he was taking directions from someone else. This is the difference from being managed and being a manager. Common sense dictates that the customer should be taken into consideration. This man actually told me to change my flight and come back tomorrow because they were not selling shoes that day.
He then proceeded to waddle back to his seat to join his employees who were sitting down on their phones. This morning we went to pick up our shoes, the website said they open at 10am they turned on the lights at 11am. Then the employees began to put on their work shirts, comb their hair, all while on the sales floor.
Around 11:11am they let us in Ridiculous!!! I love Champs (not this one) this one has a McDonald’s vibe. I swear I heard the manager mumble that his shake machine was down…

I've shopped there many times. Their inventory normally consists of last year and older models but they are heavily discounted compared to what you'd get in a typical store. They often run specials where you but one and get one half price or buy two and get one free. Their inventory varies and they don't always have all items in all sizes and widths.
Since I typically buy several pairs at once I usually call the store ahead of time and ask if they have what I want in stock. If they do they'll put my order aside until I came in later that day. It's very convenient.

They yell at you to get out just for being in the store little after they close. Why can’t we just shop. I am a paying customer I should be aloud to shop and I don’t get off of work till late it’s the only time I can go they should be understanding
I went today and two staffs were impolite. They were not focusing on the clients. They just reached the clients, when they wound up their gab. What's more, the clerk just put the receipt on our paper pack without inquiring as to whether we need to have the receipt or put a receipt on the sack. We figured we didn't get the receipt cuz she didn't make reference to it!

I went in there today with the intentions of buying some shoes because I was going to a archery class. But we ended up leaving because no one greeted us or asked if we needed any assistance. Also, on the way out no one even told us bye or have a good day. The gentlemen that were standing at the door didn't even acknowledge us and continued carrying on a personal conversation. It was not a welcoming and experience and I decided to spend my money elsewhere.
I went to this store last week with my mom and I lost my wallet, I found out when I was ready to pay that my wallet wasn’t there, although is not the best news, I wasn’t expecting to get the help I got, there was a couple of ladies working there at the time that helped us out but I want to give special thanks to April, she looked around, walked with me to a couple of other stores and contacted security for me so they could help me find it. Overall she just showed that she cared, and was very kind to us. I didn’t find it after all but my mother borrow me some money and I was able to pay what I needed on the store. I canceled my debit card and luckily I had a copy of my ID on hand so I didn’t miss my flight the next day. Thank you April for a great customer service experience, this is why I love this store and I’m definitely coming back. 💜

Scam artists! Do not come here if you are looking for the “Made in USA” line! I don’t understand how they could be selling factory seconds for FULL PRICE?!? I thought they’d have some sort of deal given they are an outlet store. But how can you charge full price for factory seconds and not even include them in your buy one get one half off deal? Will not even think about coming to the outlet any more. Just save yourself the trouble and buy online.

Favorite place for the latest street wear fashions, we’ve met their staff (Marco) who served my sons for their first skateboard and he even teach my kids to skate for their very first time.

For some items, the same fabric and style could be found elsewhere for very much less, but without the brand name. In other words, you are actually supporting the poor man.
I don't remember his name but this place has very helpful employees!! I was looking for a black button down shirt all day for my new job and couldn't find one anywhere. Then, I finally found it but it was expensive. The employee could tell I was dreading the price and offered me a student discount since I am in college. I really appreciated this and understood what it's like to go out of your way for a customer like that. He didn't have to but he did anyway which made it exceptional customer service! I also love the shirt so overall five stars goes out to them!! :)
Bought some dc's here, didn't get his name but the dude with the plugs at the door was awesome. Super cool zero pressure to push you into anything and extremely helpful. Weirdly knowledgeable he actually knew that shoes will stretch out 1/16th of an inch???...and was able to answer every question I had without hesitation. Great experience will definitely keep shopping here.
