King Lemonade was here! 🤭 Anytime we are abroad he has to locate some good shopping. And you will get that here at the Nike store. The sales associates were nice and accommodating. If you had questions, they were very knowledgeable and gave you the answers and the direction of where to find it.

This place is HUGE, lots of stores and kiosk.
Emily was a great help! She helped me and my sister a lot with choosing jeans, cargos and T’shirts. She got us different sizes to try and showed us different options that could work best for us! We really appreciate her help and for making our shopping experience so amazing :)

I was at the American Eagle in North Outlets and Estephany an Natalie did a Great Job assisting me with m Purchase. American Eagle should be very proud of employees like them. They deserve a raise 👏

They had what we needed at a good price. Even when the shoe places at the outlet mall did not. Staff there was also very friendly and helpful.

Really nice to walk around but very expensive stores. You can rent motorized scooters to get around which is great in triple digit heat. There are misters everywhere at least. Small food court.
It's just way too crowded. Super long wait line, way past the ropes. Service was good considering. Why do LMP officers have to be inside every Nike store I go to here in Vegas? IDK !!!! Other hi end shops don't have cops for security!!!!! SMH.
Natalie and Alondra were great at helping out in the fitting rooms. They were swift at getting correct sizes. If an item wasn't available in store, Natalie checked that it was online and offered to order it for us honoring the same sale price. Thanks Ladies!
You need to let them harvest your data through the app to not pay extra in the store. Also, app is broken and they want you to install it on multiple phones to not pay extra

What a fiasco/scam! Went to checkout, only to find that both pieces that we thought were on sale, based on UA signage, weren’t on sale. We were so angry we just left the items on the counter and walked out. Manager was very rude. Here’s the thing….we’ve always been avid Nike, Adidas, Lululemon fitness apparel fans. Decided to give UA a try - they won’t get a second shot with us. Really frustrating and infuriating!
Place is always nice for sports wear and camping needs. The friendly welcome wasn't present when I entered the store which is different. Who ever was working that day needs to work on there customer service skills a bit. Other than that I recommend for any outdoor activities in general.

Everything you need is here, from regular to high end stores. Prices look normal in some stores bit that's every outlet mall. Food options are also available. Great place to shop and try to find some deals.
One of my favorite outlets even though it's an outdoor outlet and can be rough with vegas crazy weather.... lots and lots of amazing options for everyone. Best Nike and Adidas stores with good finds. Love how they have a Box Lunch here too for randomness of Nerd culture stuff! It's huge here and so many cool options to shop for. Has a good food court with also a Chipotle and Cheesecake factory.

Had a decent experience here. My kids were able to find stuff they liked. We didn't get much help in the store. The employee was definitely distant while we were there. Not very friendly while we paid for the stuff. The store was clean and had good product.

For being in a shady location, I was surprised to find that it has alot of deals and large quantities of products. It's next to one of my favorite stores , Gen X on Decatur. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Shopping here with my college aged daughter today and was SUPER impressed with the helpfulness of Natalie. She was working the dressing rooms and was making thoughtful suggestions and bringing additional sizes and styles based on my kid’s selections. She made shopping here such a GREAT experience. I truly appreciated how much she cared and connected with the guests. The store is also clean and well organized. I’ve never experienced an American Eagle of this caliber. Will definitely be returning next time we’re in town.
I too had an issue with checking out...the young man would rather talk to the other check out girl then ring my merchandise up. Then couldn't wait to go back and stand next to her and talk while there was still a line of people. Young man just lacked basic customer service skills and seemed to rather be somewhere else

Nice and easy shopping experience. clean atmosphere and very organized. Shoutout to Luis for helping me pick out a new air gun, I was lucky he seemed to know quite a bit about the things himself. Will certainly return sometime.
I go here every year when visiting Vegas especially during the holidays. Excellent deals on all NIKE attire and shoes. This last visit I found Jordan “jump” shirts for $15 that would cost $45+ at the stores, latest shoes for $60 that cost $125! During this thanksgiving holiday they posted everything in the store whether marked down or not was an extra additional 30% off! I’ve never been disappointed and it’s well worth the trip.
Not the best service. The fact that the employees don't know that there's a UA rewards program is embarrassing...and let's not argue about with the customers....(just look it up, there's a reward system 🎉🎉)

Purchased a pair of dress shoes that I wasn’t sure would work. I asked the store member if they could be returned if I had changed my mind. I was told that I could return them without any issues.
The next day I changed my mind and wanted something a little less dress and more athletic as they are for a new job I start next week. I returned back to the store the next day to return the shoes I had purchase less then 24 hours ago.
The store clerk barley even opened the lid and stated “we can accept these shoes as they looked worn.” I asked to speak to a manager who then repeated the same thing as the clerk before him. He barley even looked at the shoes before telling me that can’t accept them, which made me think that this was rehearsed and both barley even looked at the shoes and the shoes were in the same manner in which I purchased.

They have everything here! This store is always great to shop around. I was looking for a winter jacket for someone & they have the best for cold weather gear. Keep up the good work guys! They were very nice & friendly! Lol! I thought that was great as well! Happy Holidays!!! You guys rock!

I needed a repair done on my bike, and went to a dedicated bike shop, they spoke to me with total disdain, then asked me for more money than the bike cost me. After that I came to this Big 5 to just get a new bike, I called and they remembered me later that day, the gentleman brought the bike to the front and said it would be there and I could browse as long as I like. Then brought it out to the car, not even making a face seeing we parked far. Everyone in there treated me with respect and was kind, which was nice after the way they looked down at me for not wanting a 700 dollar bike to just get to me school at the bike store. Great store, I'll be coming back.

I just left this store after a quick but enjoyable experience! I was greeted immediately and enthusiastically by the cashier and was asked if I needed help finding anything. I told her what I was looking for and the manager (I assume, he was wearing a tie), directly showed me where the product was and then took 10% off because the box was damaged. Both were so nice and so helpful, even first thing in the morning. Thank you both!!
AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Nolan and Cynthia went above and beyond. They're very Efficient and Courteous. Enjoyed shopping here. Do not shop here. They are over charged us. Do not shop if Manager name MANDY work there. She said our promotions are not the same with other stores. i got the suit here at $360 in this store. When i went to San Diego store one day a a part. I saw the same suit and same size but they are $179. Very disappointed how i got treated.

She helped me with so many special requests, such as helping me pay part of my balance with a VISA gift card & the rest with my credit card, placing a special order for a suit which it's size wasn't available in store to be shipped to my house with the discount applied, and so she was incredibly kind, sweet, funny, & above all friendly! She also offered to sign me up for the rewards program, which was a much faster process than I had realized!

Friendly associates and great sales. I wanted a white denim jacket and boom, walked right in and it was 50% off clearance price so I got my jacket for $12.49! Should have gotten 2!

My husband got a lot of new workout clothes and a new pair of shoes for ~$150. They have nice pieces, in nice colors, in a great range of sizes, that don’t look like ugly rejected merchandise for the outlet.

Kind of disappointed because their men's selection is not in abundance with what is needed for my husband. He's 6'4 220lbs & by me loving Express wanted to buy him some jeans and shirts but doesn't have ANY 2X'S or 38/40 jeans. They need to do better so they can take more of my 🤑. But I love Express

Great stores with great prices makes this Las Vegas mall one of the best shopping experiences in the city. Add to that wonderful customer service and you'll understand why almost every time you shop there, you may have some difficulty parking. There is actually lots of parking, but this mall is so awesome, their parking lots are always full.
The sales team is so poorly trained at this location. Not uprisings with managers like Greg. HUGO BOSS used to be a top brand with excellent quality. Now most of their product is made in China, not Europe.

Recently with Covid, the staff has changed so on my most recent trip my regular associate was not there. The tall, Bald, large gentleman that helped me was friendly, but also a liar. I was looking for an outfit for my teenage son, I asked about the return policy and was told, no problem, 30-days with tags. Great news. picked out 3 shorts and 3 tops, told him i would return 66% after he chose the outfit he wanted. We joked about how difficult it was to shop for teenagers.
the bill was $462. I returned 4 days later and was told, store credit only. concerned, I found the friendly, tall, large bald guy and he said hello, asked if my son like the clothes and then told me he never said I could return them for a refund. LIES!
the useless asst mgr told me it was ok as the store credit never expired and was good on line and at the full price store? I assured him i knew how store credit worked and would simply like a refund as I was told was possible. He would have to go in the back and ask "Greg" . He came back and said Greg said no. Now<either Greg is a coward or he is an imaginary manager. What type of leader refuses to come address a long time client who has a concern regarding being lied to by an associate that is currently on the floor?
Tall, Bald and friendly never emerged from the back either.
I was issued a $300 store credit.
There are no fewer than 8 places to buy Boss in Vegas. there is even another outlet 6 miles away. Go anywhere where Greg is not. NO customer experience here. Greg and his team are so bent toward tourists, all sale final. and LIES, go elsewhere. SHAME ON YOU GREG. You are a COWARD.
Go see T at Armani or Brenda at Ferragamo, or Lori at John Varvatos.

Entered into the store and was treated warmly. Malcom is the man!! Super friendly helpful and energetic. He is the definition of an amazing employee. The store itself was clean and laid out well. Tons of selection. The only downside was there was no sale :-( however, I will be back!!
Extremely poor service. Even if you overlook the unprofessional and off-putting staff, the lack of size range with dated inventory will disappoint. After departing the store, we went straight to Burberry for an amazing shopping experience with a helpful friendly staff with plentiful stylish inventory that never disappoints.
I feel like I'm shopping down the strip with folks trying to hand me fliers or "help" me clean my glasses. It's an okay shopping, overpriced mall. Unless you need more than one (get the second pair at 40% off) I tend to shop at other places.
This is a good Express store. I know there are many locations in the Vegas area, but this is one of the best ones. Conveniently located before entering the strip, ok the corner in Town Square, and a good selection of in-season apparel. Best time to go is during the week. Then you can avoid all the crowds and take your time browsing.
Great selection but being an older dude, 37 but look 25, the staff was not so helpful. Maybe less people whom judge you on your look/appearance and more about customer service. 4 stars on selection, 0 on staff.
Management is terrible on all levels, covering for an employee who is probably her friend, as it seemed. I asked for a promotion to sign up because my wife has an account with express. And received an email from them. When I got to the store I asked the employee where was the promotion he says what-you-see-is-what-you-get buy one get one 1/2 off that's it. I told my wife she said no it's in the store I looked for it inside on a, A-framed bored and it told me to text to number 397-737 the word EXP698 TO RECEIVE MY 15% OFF, an additional $5 for signing up with Express.

We are out of towners, and my husband and I stopped in as we like the fit of most volcom items for him and for our little boys. We were welcomed and greeted immediately upon entry, and had some of the best customer service experiences here I’ve had in a long time. The two young men working the night we came in were exceptionally helpful, checked in just the right amount, and just genuinely wanted us to find what we were looking for. Looking at my receipt salesperson name, it was Montgomery who happened to be helping us, so thank you! We bought some items, went home happy.
Fast forward a few days later (this past Monday) I realize I left a shopping bag from another store in here the night we went shopping. I called first thing Monday morning to see if by chance someone turned it in, by sheer luck and a whole lot of thanks to the integrity of their employees that night, they retrieved the bag, and hung on to it I’m guessing or assuming that someone would call in to look for it. So first of all, thank you to your staff for being honest! These days someone could’ve easily swiped it, gave my items away or sold it on the Internet you never know. Anyways, that being said, i spoke with your manager, Steven this morning after he confirmed he indeed have my bag of items. I asked him if he didn’t mind bringing it back to the original store and I would sort it out with them on how to mail it back. He offered to send it back to me, as I didn’t want to impose, he then insisted it was no big deal, and was happy to do it. This bag wasn’t even from their store! So Steven thank you for going above and beyond for us, you made this a memorable shopping experience and then some. You’ve set a great tone with your staff, as it has shown through with your management style and the trickle down effect to your honorable young men you have helping run the store. Thank you again from a very happy customer :)

This store is a disaster. Alejandra does not know how to do her job. She couldn't figure out how to see how much was on a gift card. So she scanned a random item and then processed the sale. After 20 minutes trying to get a refund back on the card for they finally figured that out. Then when I went to make purchases at the 60% off sale she couldn't figure out how to discount so she told me the price changed. We were about to spend well over 200 dollars but we're so frustrated with the terrible service we just walked out. Either there is a problem with training or management. Either way don't waste your time
Very helpful staff. Went in looking for a snow jacket. They had none on display this late in the season. Staff member went to the back and came out woth the options that they still had instore.
Nice collection and great deals on shoes and jackets. However, the sales representatives were no help though. There were two ladies who were busy talking and many times I implied that I needed help but they just pointed. Then I specifically asked for something and one of them came and literally ran away in a second. For the first time I ever saw such a complete disregard of customers.
The store was extremely busy on a Sunday night at 7 pm. And they had hardly any boots to pick from none were in my size. Very frustrating. On a positive note, they did have really good prices on some sweaters and jackets.
Sales staff at Gap Kids Outlet did their job exceedingly well. They helped us put together outfits for our grand kids. They spent time searching inventory, finding sizes and matching colors. Just what great sales staff should always do for the customer. Thank you for your help.
Not all Volcom stores have great promos, this one does. They also have Volcom Pipe Pro shirts, tank tops, and hoodies. Which not all stores have either.
Big fan of this location! Huge selection for a small store, because they pack it in! Women's section has a lot to offer! Love the pricing, sometimes they have extra percentage off sale prices! Staff is very helpful.
Good collection although need to improve their service. Trying to point out on sales 1st when asked about a product - Let customers browse and decide what they want or are looking for before you intervene and take over as it can be off-putting.
It was fine, more or less as you'd expect. Well stocked with lots of nice jeans. They have a clearance area at the back. Nothing struck me. if the stuff had been cheaper, I might have been more tempted. Always worth a peep inside.
I really love Columbia stuff and this is a pretty good one BUT, the discounts were tiny! Seriously not good discounts at all. Only 20% on a lot of the jackets which are $100 plus. I have seen way better prices in other branches. Lovely stuff, way too expensive.
You're certainly not coming for the non-existent customer service, nor are you coming for the outrageous, mind-boggling prices. I've purchased a few skinny ties here, during a winter sale. The men's shoes are very trendy, as are the suits and winter sweaters. Yet, $185 for a sweater that looks like the same thing from Target or Kohl's is just a pathetic price point and leads to horrendous customer satisfaction. The staff stands around, pretending to fold clothes, while avoiding eye contact with customers, or making eye contact and walking away. Your money is seriously better spent elsewhere.
My go-to store for all of my work clothes! I wear suits most of the time, and I get them all here...everything fits like a dream and lasts forever! Their wide selction of fun yet work-appropriate pieces in bright colors makes it fun to get dressed for work!
