Everyone busy with there phone watching videos and reels no one working as a responsible I never seen like this better change the staff or else change management system , if I’m wrong check your CCTV footage what they doing in working time.
In pragathi nagar it was the place where you can buy all different type of clothes in best prices they also giving discount coupons on every purchase above 1500rs
This store is one of the smaller stores and a lot of times the collection is not that updated . Visited here for a quick buy but i think based on the location the collection is outdated.
They provide the best discount on festivals with a variety of products.
However billing takes lots of time due to the rush in festive seasons.

sales girls need to be trained how to receive the customer....they are simply standing & ignoring....i was shopping for first time for my husband so confusion will be there & the sales girls were not even helping me in choosing...so I took time to select in the mean time sales girls were laughing and making fun of me....I felt very bad...sales girls must be behaved properly with customers.
Three stars given for the collection u have got, rude and confused billing executive, don't go with 500 rupees voucher it's useless....
We've made a bill of 9500 and didn't even get any more coupons or so for free. Even then we were asked to pay 500/- to get 500/- worth of coupons. And also bo extra bag was given when asked. Very disappointed with these things

Worst Staff and management, they even don't checking the alarm pins and every time at the entrance gate it is alarming like anything. The Staff person, is very harsh and not even responding.

Reliance trends is a place where we get avarage clothing and not soo quality cloths . And this trends will attract with nice offers and don't fall in the trap . They ask to buy 4k and you get 2k offers but u can only redim those of u buy 6k only . And all items are not fall under this category. which will not have any offers at that time those items are eligible for to redim 2k vouchers .and the workers are lazy in billing need to wait more than 30 min and when our turn comes they will say this will not be applicable to redim the vouchers. Just they are attracting people with worth less offers .
Coming to the outlet with elderly persons is very inconvenient. Some foldable simple to handle chairs should be provided so that inconvenience to Sr. Citizens may be avoided.
Shopping at Max Fashion Mehdipatnam Hyderabad has a special character in the hearts of the visitors of this mall, because they care about fashion and modern models of clothes and shoes and all the types of clothing you need for all groups, ages and tastes. The prices are also reasonable and discounts and gifts are always available. It is one of the favorite places for most upscale families. Hyderabad natives and visitors.
We reached the store at 9:20 pm, which is 10 minutes before closing. I traveled 30 minutes to reach this place to do urgent shopping. The store executive is not permitted us to go inside. Keep closing time 9:20 pm if you don't allow us after 9:20 pm.

They’re repackaging the used Ac’s or the Ac’s which had manufacturing defects and delivering to customers and also every other electronics like geysers which are damaged. Also I want to highlight on Ac installation team who are worst at their work! They don’t install properly and over charge you and loot you. Even when they come to rectify the issue which they’ve created while installing won’t be repaired,can give ‘0’ rating for them! And instead we need to ask some experienced installation guy to come and pay him and help us with the issue. Never gonna go to reliance again.

Worst staff, they don't know how to redeem the magicpin gift voucher itself and kept us waited long time & replied that voucher wont redeem as discount already provided on their dresses. After that I Said that I will give complaint on them for that instead of consoling me, they asked me to return back their compliment vouchers which usually given to the customers for their bill. so I returned their vouchers without arguing like them. This is the best example of their worst behavior with customers.--- Trends- Besides Radhika mall, kamla nagar, ECIL, Hyderabad.
I had come for a product exchange as I had a size issue. The second time also, I had an issue with size after exchange and went back to check if they accept it or if a refund is possible. I had no idea, so I just asked the person concerned. His behaviour was not very customer friendly, he replied saying " That's not my problem if you have an issue again." Of course, it's his problem and the store's problem. Reliance trends is a customer based business and I was not happy with they way customer service people behaved when I had an issue with a product I brought from their store. I understand that store's have policies. As customers not everyone is aware of how it works. But I believe we have the right know when we ask about it in a polite manner.
Store is spread across three floors. Parking space is available in front of store for few two wheelers. Lift is available for each floor. Each floor is quite big and lot of clothing options are available. Ground floor has women Indian clothing and a watch station. First floor has Western clothing for women, kids clothing and footwear. Second floor has men clothing and footwear. Alterations counter is on first floor. Minimal chairs near the lifts to rest after lengthy walks if shopping with family and covering all floors. A bit understaffed for the size of store. Negligible offers on branded clothing. Not too much crowd even during weekend.

Worst show room and worst service. Very few routine collections with high prices. They don't respect customers, They have lots of rules for exchange or return. All rules as per their convenience . Even they charge for paper bags. Better to go to traditional show rooms than this type of so-called corporate show rooms.

Good place reasonable prices and you find different models.
Best near kothapet area for fresh design clothes. Better than LB nagar trends which doesn't offer many designs or trendy outfits
It has good top ware collections especially full sleeves t shirts. Unfortunately I didn't found 36 and above sized jeans.

Today I have been to the store. And it's really a horrible trial experience. The store is huge but it is short of trail rooms. The waiting time is too much. The staff here is arrogant. The staff decide to close the trial room way ahead of the closing time of the store almost at 8PM.

Less gents collection, children collection is ok, women has got more collections, When you are in a hurry you can go and buy. Only Netplay brand for gents. Overall it's average.
This is to inform that some people are misusing your trends coupons... We have shopped in mens section and about to pay the bill ...a young man approached us in lift posing as a customer with cart bag..saying he has coupons and he would like to give us coupons... He gave coupons worth rs 500 and in return he took rs 500cash from us.... I think the company needs to be aware of such fraudsters roaming in shopping malls posing as customers nd misusing coupons this incident happened today evening in trends kothapet and guy after taking the money saying he is need of money went inside the mall again after taking cash... I feel the shop management should be aware of this fraud... Thanku

very poor experience today there was a 70%off offer and we selected items from that section but when we were at billing they said that one of the item was not in that offer and they gave the bill at full mrp and they didn't even tell it and moreover they kept 70% offer board near a track pant section so i selected 4 pants but during billing they said they removed the offer for that section very bad staff service i asked for explanation for the offers and coupons but the staff have no idea about them but the 70% offer was good instead i recommend the pantaloons beside it it had very wide option and reasonable prices
They will give you coupons to buy in next purchase and when you buy something of other brands like us polo they will not redeem the coupon
One of the worst customer service experience in reliance trends across hyderabad... no consideration for customers, wouldn't even try to ask what they want or what is the issue... There is no way to even raise a complaint, they know that very well, so treating customers like dogs instead of god's..

Staff is not at all friendly. I generally like products and services offered by trends. This store ruined my experience because of bad staff and bad product arrangements. Staff are just chatting and not even caring to answer any of my question. Billing section is bad and slow. I will surely avoid this store.
The executive who works here are very rude enough they just literally not allow 2 persons for the test trial how can the clothes to be selected without checking the quality and the fitting and they just don't respond for the coustomer call. They just get irritated when some one ask where is the section for the men's ware etc i wish not to encourage this things
First of all the location of store in google maps is wrong. It just ends on the road itself. Second they have put flat 50% off on everything and then saying it is not applicable on all items. There were very few items on flat 50%. Really waste of time visiting the store.
Store needs lots of improvements for how to manage space and rearranging of clothes. For a moment felt like cloths dump. Should arrange more staff who can maintain Trial room and Rearrange cloths to rack, due to that customer are not finding their size and as per thinking near to 32-34% customers are returning without being finding their optimal size. Ladies section should be defined for hangers with minimal folding sections. Can understand that their way of shopping is quite vibrant.
Store space management is a big question this is my 3rd visit and I do not see any improvement at all even after giving multiple feedback to store people.

It got OK OK collection. Formals are less stocked, soiled due to bad maintenance. Other collections are fine. The variety is adequate, not large, may be due to the size of the store. Just a decent place to visit but cannot compete with other stores in the same league.

The clothes were average, I’ve seen better. There were only two trial rooms in the entire store and the employees expected us to wait in the line that felt like a century. The quality of the carry bag was so poor that it simply tore to prices and if it wasn’t for our good luck, all of our clothes would have been ruined. The billing counters were so unfair, it took an hour for each person to pay their bill. Frankly, they ruined our experience and made a very bad impression.

Great Experience I have gonna felt.I went to buy Dresses for my Sister,there was a variety of Tops,Jeans,Hoodies, T-shirts...etc are present which are Branded.Nice clothing and watches, Bracelets also available.At 2nd floor u will get all electronics that is Reliance Digital also placed here.All the Different items at one place, I enjoyed it.

First time i went to trends after my cousin requested to take her. She bought two tops. she is okay with those. and we went boys section where just found 5 varieties exist for 12-15yr boys. so sadd.

Good place to shop for women, kids and men. The most I like is men's wear, can find all sizes and different brands. If want to purchase anything for men, first shop that comes to my mind is Reliance trends that to one which is in kachiguda. Every visit I at least pick one pair more than actual requirement. Same with kids collection and women. Friendly staff to guide us in selecting as per our choice. Billing staff explains us the regular offers and how we can avail them. Looking forward to shop again. Not that great....and what i dont like is they don't have escalators ,since its a basic necessity in a store of their size and brand but do have lifts...They have discounts throughout the year but wen I checked ,the discounted clothes are old stock...kind of stock clearance.
Max is one of my favorite shopping store. This outlet has got good appealing and modern dresses, foot ware for different age people including kids etc., Staff are courteous, helps us to find right sizes, billing is smooth.

Guys, won't say to never buy here, will just share my experience as customer of this shop... I bought a kurta-pyjama here and when I reached home, there was no 'nara' for the pyjama, nor any buttons for the kurta... I could come here after approximately 2 weeks after, for my residency is in Balanagar, which is a little far, and when I told them about the things missing, they recognized me but told I had to come within 2 days... The part that hurt me most, is the way of attendance: very rude people...
