I just bought a faja from this store and have absolutely nothing but positive things to say. As soon as I walked in the door they knew I was there for post surgical shapewear. The owner and her mother gave me personalized customer service and are both very knowledgeable, and prices are also fair. I HIGHLY recommend you come here first before any other store and support this wonderful small business!

They have different color shirts and stuff but charge too much tax and constantly treating everyone like thiefs and if you return a item no refund either exchange or store credit which is stupid

Recently moved to CT from NY and struggled to find a place to buy a faja. Hands down this is the place to go to. KELLY the owners daughter helped me. She was very sweet friendly and informative. She helped me put on both the faja and waist trainer. I ended up leaving with both. They have great prices and were a pleasure to speak with about the fajas, suggestions and other topics. They have a large selection and you are guaranteed to find what you are looking for!!!!

, initially I went to a store in east Hartford that was very dismissive with me and I was given The wrong size faja. I went to fashion latinas and was treated with so much care, and compassion. They really know they’re products annd benefits , and answered all of my questions with out hesitation. I felt so comfortable , I am so grateful I found fashion latinas’ go ladies you won’t be sorry!!!

Was just there today and as soon as I entered I was welcomed by the owner and her daughter. Kelly, what a team they are. Loved every minute of my experience there. Both Snipes in Hartford can’t pick up a phone for the life of them. Been calling every day for at least a week now. Crazy to think they can’t pick up a phone when I walk in to the store and every associate is on their cell phone. Would’ve given more stars but I’m ticked. I shouldn’t have to drive 20 minutes to ask a question, and this company needs to stop hiring people who are too busy slacking off to pick up a phone.

If I can give it no stars I would. My son went in to buy some sneakers yesterday. He's disabled. They asked him for the zip code. He doesn't know it. The cashier laughed in his face. You should train your crew to handle disabled customers more better. We aren't doing anymore business with this company anymore

The owners costumer service was amazing and her team is very polite. This environment helped me feel comfortable after my surgery. I would 100% recommend this store. For anyone in need of a faja.

5 stars are not enough to rate Latinas Fashion. The attention given to you from the moment you walk through the door to the moment you leave is amazing. I'm a post-op customer and the owner is very knowledgable, she gave me all the information and showed me the products that would help me accomplish my "body goals". I left feeling like I made a new friend! I truly appreciate her attention and help. I know people come from far to get her service and I'm so lucky to live so close to this store.

The one in hamden right now seems to be ok for the season. Its a well kept store and the prices are really goos. However the store in Hartford really doesnt have much to look at. Not worth the trip right now if you are from out of town. Ill be sure to keep updating on the stores as the seasons bring different looks.

Bought a jacket for a Christmas gift so i didn't have receipt all i wanted to do was exchange for the same jacket the lady was like no , nope , hell to the no .... She so lucky I calim down & I'm not wild like I used to be !! The clothes are cheap & a size smaller than marked so if you a medium get a Large !!! I'm not shopping there anymore they could of exchanged the Jacket !!

Worse experience here recently I went pick up an item and I waited in line for 15 minutes. The cashier jasmine so was rude she purposely was running around ignoring customers! Me & the lady behind me ended up leaving without purchasing anything.

I went to see what I liked and bought me a couple of t-shirts. Not bad, nice,quiet, and clean not a lot of people. Which is a good thing for me (social Distance) it's a pretty good store.

I ran in here last minute. I needed to grab some things to go out if town with and as a gift. I did not have my car. If you are familiar with downtown there aren't really any options for retail shopping. So to be stuck downtown during the day without your car is a nightmare. You may as well go to CVS and hope the have some leggings or something like that. But I was looking for my husband not myself so that really wouldn't have worked either. I ran in found some really great deals. We got some sweat pants sweat shirts and even a few dress shirts. One sweater since than has shrunk all the others have been washed and dried no size or color change. Some sale items although not clearance are still not refundable or exchangeable, but most items if left with the tag on you can exchange or return as long as you have your receipts. This place saved me and I am waiting for a warmed day to walk over and see what else they have.

Quickly became one of my favorite places to shop after one visit no less. Warehouse sized clothing stores can't compete with Track 23's selection, hip style and pricing. I imagine I imagine I shop there every other paycheck period, and yes I look good!

I am in love with this store! There is definitely something for everyone at affordable prices. My only suggestion is that maybe the displays in the windows could look more appealing. It took me year's to go in because I was just judging by the displays. Other than that I am hooked & love just about everything in the store!

Horrible staff!!!!!!!!!
Purchased an outfit for my son and left my bag there. Realized i had left it their i call and let them know i was picking it up and they gave me a hard time to give me my item even when i had my recite and there was video of me purchasing the item and leaving it at the store . Never again will i step foot in that store

The clothes are 1 of a kind!!! But the attitude of that Man manager the one who acts like he owns the store is the rudest person in that store he thinks he's irreplaceable very very VERY rude is all i could say on here. He don't care WHO you are it's his way or NO way! Example of recent rudeness, it was MAY 23rd 18 a Wed. To be exact they were doing inventory until 2:00pm that particular day.
There were a few people outside including myself as well as UPS we were standing there Not realizing the inventory was going on nor did any of us see the paper off to the right side of the door that said closed till 2:00pm we see the rude MAN manager i told You about right they're near the shoes when You first walk in to the store looking at us shaking his head. We looked like why's he shaking his head with a smirk on his face? It was after 10:00am at this point so we thought what's going on? No decency to tell us or atleast point to the sign. The UPS driver left after 5-10 minutes of waiting without explanation. Finally i looked in and as i backed up i noticed the sign in black letters like the rest of the signs way to go manager-wanna be owner.Also after that incident i was walking back by after shopping at other s Stores in that plaza and i saw him actually open the door and in a louder voice say can't you see the sign??? The elderly woman who couldn't speak English just looked at him clueless and thought she was able to go in so she proceeded to walk towards the door and he shut it and locked it back up quick in het face. I've witnessed him numerous times be disrespectful i say to my self I'm not the only one. If that was my store, I'd be ashamed that That man was treating my customers like that. Actually a person like that Would NOT be running my store. He's got to go for the sake of your customers! I see others here wrote about this manager he's the only man manager there so it's gotta be the same one. I shop here nearly every week but i just kill him with kindness cause that's my nature. He's just to disrespectful to those of us who spend lots of money there. Other than him, You get clothes out of there nobody else has! It's 5 stars for the clothing. But 0 for that manager. Corporate will be contacted and I'm not like that but when i pull up and wonder if he's working which he usually is knowing I've gotta see that Man i don't even want to go in to my favorite go to store for my entire family.
