The sales executive was exceptionally convincing. She really knew what she was suggesting, what is the place where it was stored. My daughter bought almost bought everything that was shown. Also the discount offers were too good.

Very good service. Purchase a couple of jeans, joggers, shorts and shirt. Very patient people, helping with a lot of suggestions.

They have the best collection, do go for it

The shop is okay but they have only left over stock which is rejected by company they don't have any good options to choose from . They give huge discounts but they don't have any choice to choose from for that offer plus the rate is also not that reasonable even if we consider the offer . We can get that approx same rate in malls and also more variety of options.

Poor service. The sales professional doesn't even wanna get up to assist you.

I went there to buy clothes for 10 years old kid. They have very limited stock in the kids section. Usually stores keep different sizes for same pattern, but they didnt. So not much options to choose from. Also the store felt a little hot, as if the AC was not running. One good thing was that there was offer running in the store. I got 40% discount on the final price. But they didn't inform me about it beforehand. I would have bought more I guess. Lastly the carry bag is very cheap, i mean the glue on handle was undone even before I reached home.

Great collection of jeans, shirts and tshirts. Sales people are very helpful. Best thing is they provide lots of offers and discounts.

Alfiya was the best salesperson. Rest of the staff is nonchalant and not really looking forward to sell.

I am a NRI and as a fan of Levi’s Jeans I visited there to buy clothes for all family. However I experienced that staf are not aware of their own offer. Also after doing all purchase the bill was printed with a 7 day return policy but the supervisor stamped separately on the bill that NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND. It was never told by supervisor during selecting the product. So guys be aware to visit there and be sure about everything otherwise you will be trapped.
I am going to escalate this matter to Levi’s higher management also.
